Relevant Information:

Heartfelt medic -   Ryuko has put her heart and soul into being a doctor to the point that using medical charka is as natural as breathing for her.  She had has managed to bring out peak efficiency in her control, expending as little stamina as possible when using Ijutsu techiques making them cost 1 rank less chakra then normal.

Hidden Reserves:  Ryuko can pull out a hidden well of reserves when she's pushed to her limits, choosing to push herself farther than she should naturally be able to. When she accesses these hidden reserves, her Stamina is increased by a tier, granting her an increased pool of chakra, although this drains her vitality, lowering her Constitution by a tier in the process. Her stamina cannot be boosted to beyond A rank with this though. Instead, if at A rank or above, 20 stamina will be temporarily restored.

Rush Job: After spending years making armor Ryuko know's how to get the job done quickly. When selectively using this ability, the time she spends crafting something is cut in half [rounds down if ending in a decimal], in exchange for her Coordination losing a tier limiting what she could apply this feature to.

One Handed Seals: Ryuko has become so used to fighting with a weapons in hand that she has learned how to cast jutsu with only one hand. All seals made one handed are produced at a tier less of coordination.

Imparted Wisdom: Due to Ryuko's knowledge of the shinobi world, and her own personal experiences, she's able to train her students much more effectively. For anyone she trains as a student, she's able to impart an additional 5 exp per post on top of her sensei exp. However, since she herself has little to learn from her own past knowledge and exp, she suffers a -5 exp gain [to a minimum of 5] for any mission threads she's in.

This last one might be some of the most work I've ever done in a thread in my life. It runs a gamibt of emotions as Ryuko goes to break the news to Shimiko that she's going to be the Raikage when Shimiko should have been next in line. Things get tense as the Daiymo busts in since he doesn't want Ryuko to be the next Raikage cummulating in Ryuko overthrowing him.

Just when things seem like they are going to settle down all hell breaks loose when in the process of explaning her new power Ryuko mentions wanting Nozomi's help which sets of Shimiko into a near murder fenzie. Ryuko literally risks her life, taking off her weapons and burning a good chunk of her limited soul points just to talk Shimiko down, expressing her unconditional love and support in the process. Requesting 450 Bonus Experience.

Because some of the renown gains have been increased, we are allowing characters to retroactively claim the difference for renown for the following categories;

Village/Clan Promotion
Thievery
Acquiring Knowledge/Abilities
Political Renown
Crafting/Medical Breakthroughs

The retroactive claiming can be done through to March 31st, 2021, after which time no retroactive renown claims will be allowed.

To make these claims, provide a link to the staff approval of the previous renown amount (for each claim) in a new update, along with the requested renown amount and new renown totals.

It is important to note that a major change for the way renown works; Automatic Rank Ups are no longer allowed. All Ranks must be requested and given IC regardless of the Renown system.
