As per the General Organization and Village Rules;

Stores generate a monthly income for the buyer in the form of an investment return. After paying the cost for construction, the player can invest any sum of money up to 500,000 ryo at max and see a 20% return every month.

If both of your shops were max invested at 500k each, that would give you 100k each per month (20% of 500k)

Additionally, as per the rules for the Investing Level Restricted IRD Building;

This allows the corporation to invest in player owned shops (max 1 Mil per shop, max of 5 shops) and received a 15% return of their investment at the beginning of each month. Store owners receive 5% of the investment from the company a month.

With both shops invested in by Darhk Industries (and then subsequently those investments were transferred to The Eclipse Federation) at 1 million ryo each, a 5% return on 1m ryo is 50k ryo. Which would give you an additional 100k total per month (50k each).

This would mean you should have a max of 300k per month personal shop income, not 400k. This does mean that all of the extra ryo will have to be paid back, since it shouldn't have existed in the first place. So, 500k (June, July, August 2021 and Sept, Oct 2020)

Excuse me but there's no rule written down saying that anywhere. The only written time limit in the rules on calming income is for Village updates which must be submitted for the 7th of the month.

People can and have gone on break and then come back to claim income from when their charters where in storage or in a coma plenty of times before.

If you want to change that going forward that would be one thing but it's not fair to punish me retroactively months later for a rule that didn't exist at the time when that update was approved.
