Arashi had been given the freedom to pursue her goals, which centered around finding his brother and hopefully returning him home...the man was going to be leaving Kumogakure for a length of time. The man went ahead and arranged for an elder member of the Inazuma clan to represent him in his absence, and deciding it smart--the young Inazuma decided to visit the market one last time. He had everything he owned it seemed on him, even a backpack on the man's back, him visibly looking as if he was about to go on a trip. Hitting up some shops after he had left the meeting with one Shimiko Chinoike, he would go ahead and pick up some final supplies.

Kitsumi walked through the marketplace with a somber look upon his face, he hated crowds especially market crowds. No one ever had any manners they were always worried more about themselves then those around them, bumping into one another or shoving past them. Nobody mattered but them and it made the man sick, if it wasn't for the fact that he needed something from the market he wouldn't have been caught dead there. Fate however decided that he needed a new blade when his old one broke earlier this morning, and so the man found himself in the market. Grabbing a new blade and some steel Spaulders and a bag of military rations, Kitsumi paid for his stuff and left as quickly as he could avoiding as many people as possible on his way out of the marketplace.

Osho strolled fabulously through the market, perusing the days catch, some fruit, and a variety of other items. He wore a full compliment of incognito garb, hat and all, to fully obscure himself. He wondered if he should have just used a transformation technique since he now had access to those, but it was much more fun to throw on a trench coat and meander around square. In particular, he did need to purchase some pieces for crafting, and he intended to being with some iron. As far as he could tell the qualities were pretty much the same so he picked up a few ingot and made his way back home.

It had been sometime since his last mission, namely the one to clear out some rats from a certain bar and grill place in Kumo as per the associated mission directive he had gotten at that time. Since then, Arthur had gotten back to the daily grind of his active Genin-rank ninja life consisting of daily study, training, and various other activities. Among them, recently, the client requests that he often took from various clients aside from the official ninja missions he was always assigned from the Kage's mission granting office had been getting trickier and more dangerous to do without any ninja tools.

So, Arthur decided it was time to go on a shopping spree to that end. Therefore, he headed off to the Kumo Marketplace located in the Fuyuki Outlet where he knew the ninja of the village liked to purchase most of their standard ninja gear to do just that. It took him a while to find the place since this was basically his first time going there, but he eventually found it sometime around early afternoon. After doing that, he entered the establishment and brought out a list of gear and other supplies that he had made beforehand and handed it to the employee working the counter who nodded and went off to retrieve the items requested for the purchase at hand. It did not take him long for the list was not very expansive and soon, the employee came back with the items in tow, remarking as he recounted the list to ensure all items were present and accounted for

"Here we are...one Bo staff worth 1500 ryō, three flash bombs worth 3000 ryō total, a baldric along with one backpack and one hip pouch worth 50 ryō each for 150 ryō total, one med kit worth 5000 ryō, and finally, one basic shinobi vest worth 10,000 ryō. That comes to a grand total of...19,650 ryō, Mr. Edogawa."

Arthur nodded and remarked with his usual polite businessman's smile while bringing out his money pouch and handing the employee the requisite amount of money for the group of items

"Here you go, friend. 19,650 ryō total as per your calculations and my own. Thank you for the prompt service and have a nice day."

The employee gave him the usual courtesy bow that was given to any other ninja who frequented the store and with a return smile, replied to Arthur

"Thank you for your patronage, Mr. Edogawa. I wish you a nice day as well and please do come on by again for all your ninja gear needs in the future."

Arthur nodded in response to the employee's wish for him to come back someday and then left the Kumo Marketplace and headed back to his residence in the Kumo Residential District.
