IC Explanation: After spending two years conducting research on the plague and returning to the shinobi fold, the Twins haven't really been able to get back into the grove of things. After being defeated quite easily by Akeno Tatsuda, they have realized that they are astonishingly out of practice and do not have the time or inclination to catch back up. While in their hometown and traveling abroad, they decided that it was best to retire from the shinobi lifestyle permanently. The pair have decided to focus their efforts on where they excel: Science. They have also noticed that what Konami has termed "The Criminal Veil" has yet to be pierced. There is an entire criminal undercurrent within the shinobi world that has yet to be truly exploited and harnessed. By dedicating their time to the pursuits of business, science, and politics the Twins are confident that they can obtain even greater wealth, power, and influence.  Hence, the Twins no longer consider themselves ninja but rather enterprising young women who seek to extend their reach far beyond what they had when they were Mizukage.

Removing the following UA & Flaw Combination:

- Wig Splitter


Adding the following UAs:

School of Hardknocks: The Twins (mainly Toonami) have a history of schooling young 'uns. They are seeking to build both a legitimate and criminal empire that will last for generations. To this effect, they will need to train the next generation of crooks and scallywags. They impart an additional +5 Experience in threads with their allies.

Hard-Headed: The Twins are a bit set in their ways. They have experienced a lot of different things but over time they have become accustomed to thinking and acting a certain way. This makes it harder for them to learn new things. -5 Experience for all of their threads.
