Kumogakure Gates

Rin would perhaps be the first of his team to arrive at the gates. He already got word that they were to leave from Kumogakure and return to Konohagakure immediately. Though the reason behind it was vague as something had come up that requires the other half of Konoha's military force back. Rin is garbed in a short sleeved grey shirt that hugs his masculine form as it is protected by a leather vest. To which is partially seen from a dark grey jacket with inside wool to combat the cold mountain air. Underneath it all is the titanium mesh shirt that really serves as the last defense.

On his waist is the utility belt with a single wakizashi on his left side and a hip pouch in his right flank. A peculiar knife with a curved blade is present on his right side, but it is mostly hidden from view thanks to his jacket. However where his hand is usually positioned at Rin can easily retrieve the blade with little issue if need be. Slung over his shoulders is his bag of supplies with a bedroll tightly secured on the top of his bag. His pants were simple black that was thick in wool with two holsters secured on his thighs. One holster on each thigh holds a singular kunai. The ends of his pants were tucked under the leather shin guards that protects just below his knees to his ankles. On his feet is a pair of sandals as he also wore socks. Finally his steel guards protects his forearms as they appear to be engraved with fuuinjutsu seals. The iconic headband wraps around his forehead with the steel plate facing forward displaying the Leaf's signia.

Whether they were traveling through the Land of Frost or by sea it was going to get really cold. In the case of what he wore wasn't enough Rin brought extra sets of warm clothes that remain inside of his bag. Rin's hazel blue-green eyes caught sight of the guards stationed here, and of course Rin made sure to sign off that he was checking out of Kumogakure. “It was a lovely stay here. Wouldn't mind paying another visit if i'm able to.” Rin commented to the guard as he signed out. To whom the guard said nothing except for thanking him for following procedure.

Setting the quill down, Rin turned on his heel as his eyes caught sight of two individuals. One was a blonde long hair, and other held blue hair. Rin recalls that they were to meet with somebody, but he didn't really stick around long enough as Masuyo and Yui were both getting ready for the trip at the time. Rin has already been up since 6am, so he's already ate both breakfast and early lunch and still had plenty of time to gather his stuff and restock on food. Still Rin greeted the two of them with a wave of his hand as judging from them remaining roughly in the same spot suggest that they are waiting on something. His expression is mostly stoic except for a small smile on his lips in greeting the two as Rin now waits on the others to show up.

Yui had been pulled from the exams not that she had exactly been happy with the results, being told she failed for not bending her principles stung. There had been news however something had happened back home and before she could even fight they were to head back to the village. It must have been something big as Masuyo the ever so calm person had a worried feeling about her, she could only wonder if the village had been attacked while she was gone. She doubted this as none of her clan had come to inform her and she was sure they would have if something so dire had happened.

She had gathered many supplies as well as some warm clothing for the trip if they had to go through the land of Frost the last thing she wanted was to be cold. Along with this, she bought a massive amount of food supplies, she knew she needed them or would feel like she had been starving. As she made her way there she could see Rin with her smiling and waving at him, she had all her normal equipment in tow her gauntlets and her armor she had been wearing recently. It could be dangerous so it was better safe than sorry, either way, she was ready to get back home she deeply missed Kanna and this had been quite a drag of a trip.

"I wonder what is going on back home, I have heard rumors something is up Rin, either way, I hate this stupid nation...I am glad we are heading back I miss Kanna and of course the village as well."

The Twins were soon joined by another ninja. Toonami saw him as a squirt with edgy black clothes and a gay smile, she flipped him the bird and then grabbed her crotch lewdly before turning awayy. Konami recognized that he was probably one of Masuyo's genin which meant he was probably being pulled from the Chuunin Exams. That was a shame and if she were in his shoes she'd probably be angry. Konami acknowledged Rin with a short nod but her face was impassive. Another joined their group, a blonde who cursed Kumo as being stupid. Toonami interjected loudly:

"You're fucking right. Kumo is boring as shit!" Toonami then remembered something that Yui had said. "Oh, and who the fuck is Kanna?"

She was sober which meant that she was restrained in some ways but entirely unrestrained in others. The woman was manic and eager to get in the thick of things. Her mind raced as she wracked her brain for something to spice up the moment. She considered starting a fight but because she was not under the influence of a substance, she reasoned herself out of it on the grounds that Konami would break up that sort of fun. She settled on shit-talking the village and learning more about this perky blonde who they'd be traveling with. Whoever "Kanna" was she probably wasn't half as awesome and wild as Toonami was.

Yui was startled by the voice saying what she had said making her laugh a bit. She suddenly asked who Kanna was as Yui blushed a bit and scratched her head, it was obvious Kanna was likely a lover by how she went from being brash and vulgar to showing a shy side and looking away from the woman. She was unsure how to answer who was Kanna well she was her girlfriend, her lover and dear friend, she and Rin were the closest people she had in her life and were important to her.

"Kanna...well...she is my girlfriend and lover...I... shes important to me, anyways yes I dislike this village, it smells of old musk and reeks of blood for some reason."

She felt like something about this place was not safe, she wanted to get the hell out of dodge and far away from this creepy place. Something was happening back home and she was not sure what exactly, but to pull her out of the exams and rush back it had to be very serious.

Their form of greeting was somewhat expected as Rin didn’t think he’d get a greeting from them. At least the one with the blonde hair gave a nod in acknowledgement while other was being a bit rude. Next to come up was Yui, and her comments were ones that Rin can’t exactly blame her. But saying how awful their stay was right in front of Kumogakure’s gates is brave on its own. Still Rin kept quiet as Yui seemed to have attracted the attention of the indignation one. Rin doesn’t recognize her accent as it sounded a bit rough yet has that spiritual passion behind her tone. Or at least that is what it sounded like to Rin.

What Yui responded afterwards, about Kumogakure in particular, Rin thought of the Jashinism. But that was only because of the basic knowledge Rin managed to obtain. “Well it is a bit polluted from all of the smoke certain places is producing. The smell is definitely different than home is.” Whether Yui was exaggerating about the city in general or some truth behind it Rin is uncertain. Then again Konohagakure is surrounded with forests and plains so naturally it has higher levels humidity and warmer for most of the year. Here however seems to stay cold for most of the year. Not as cold as the snow capped peaks in the Land of Frost however. Or so Rin was told.

Toonami raised an eyebrow as the badass blonde turned pink. The girl stumbled over her words and then confessed that Kanna was her girlfriend. The sudden shift from boisterousness to shyness was absolutely adorable in the drug addict's eyes. She oscillated between wanting to eat Yui into submission and wanting to dote on her like a niece. This disturbing line of thought was accentuated by her licking her lips and directly approaching Yui. Toonami tended to avoid the more innocent-types when it came to relationships. She liked girls who had been around the block a bit and something felt wrong about taking advantage of first timers. Then again, Toonami was also known to break not only the rules of others but her own rules. The blueberry twin strode over to Yui and looked down at her with a wolfish grin. She tossed her ultra-long braid to the side and followed up. The subject of Kumo being a shitty village was great and all but she wanted to know about Yui's love life. That was far more juicy.

"Ooooooh Kaaaaaaaanna" she said in a mocking tone. "Is she your first girlfriend?"

Toonami didn't mind being a homewrecker but if Kanna was Yui's first girlfriend she didn't want to ruin that. Toon remembered her first gal pal and it was one of the few nice memories of her childhood. She didn't want to ruin this random stranger's relationship even as wild and destructive as she was. The way Yui was so unsure of herself and shy of her relationship softened the twin's lustful heart.  

Konami crossed her arms and remained silent. Masuyo was not here but if Toonami began to make the girl feel uncomfortable she'd need to step in. They were fortunate to have earned the Jounin's favor but if Toonami kept up her shenanigans then what little goodwill they had earned would be lost. She inched closer to Toonami and Yui while still looking off into the distance. Rin said something but the Twins ignored him.

Masuyo was quite observant being able to see a specimen such as Toonami like a blemish among smooth skin. Her body language was insinuating with her students. A wave of primal aggression surged through her body. Although she got elevated within she kept cool heads not inclined to act on impulse. From the crowd she traveled in she would vanish in a blur to appear suddenly next to Toonami and Yui. Her footwear consisted of standard black sandals fitted for comfort and security. With the toes and heel left exposed they provided additional balance, while the rest of the foot up to the ankle was protected by the thick nylon material of the sandal. The soles of the sandals are reinforced with hardened material to resist heavy impacts and weathering. She wore a pair of loose fitting black pants with the bottoms near her ankles taped securely in white bandage wrap. This provided balance and reinforcement to her ankles while closing off the ends of her pants. In addition, more bandage wrap was wrapped around her right thigh which allowed a navy blue holster to be strapped over comfortably. Around her waist she wears the basic utility belt which carries two green holsters on her right side along with a tool pouch around her back side and a canteen to the far left.

A black mesh shirt is worn under a common long sleeve black top having a red seal of fire placed on the outsides of each sleeve towards the upper arm. Over that was a fitted green flak jacket provided by Konoha's armory. The jacket was zipped up and secure firmly on her body. On both of her hands were a pair of fingerless black leather gloves, each fitted with a steel plate on the backs for protection as well as a means to fortify backhanded strikes. Around her neck Masuyo wears her forehead protector as a collar. The black cloth is tied in a knot around the back side of her neck with the steel plate facing the front for identification. The steel plate has Konoha's emblem engraved on the front. Masuyo has straight black hair which extends down to her mid back. Two strands of hair drop down touching her chest which leads into her bangs, those being cut shorter and swept to the side. She stands at 5'9 weighing approximately 145 lbs. Her fair skin is complimented with her voluptuous form which is completed with a pair of hazel eyes.

"Hey there, Miss. I'm gonna have to ask you to not interact with any other members traveling in this here party otherwise you're gonna have to get lost. You still want to head back to Konoha, don't you?" Masuyo was facing directly at Toonami with both hands on her hips while speaking in a tone that did not necessarily come off as aggressive, but as threatening and rhetorical. She'd expect a reply, and a serious one in a behaved manner. Masuyo was intent on letting Toonami know her foolishness would not be tolerated around her or in Konoha for that matter. Whatever the gravity of the situation was it required what Masuyo could only assume was a lock down. Assuming Toonami replied and the situation was diffused Masuyo would turn to Yui and Rin. "Have y'all seen Sachiko yet?"

Sachiko worked on her gear while she moved from the market place to the gates, figuring she'd at least get everything organized in her bag and pouches. She could do more on the trip back, but for now wanted at least to get some items properly dispersed and set up.

The 10 bottles of alcohol and wires that she had bought had been placed directly into her bag, with the wires wrapped around them tightly to keep them from jangling around and making a lot of noise. Her hip pouches had been placed around her belt, with an assortment of her new tools placed throughout each. She'd put the non lethal bombs in one of the pouches, and dispersed 5 kunai each into the other pouches. Most of her cloth bandages were also in her bag, with the explosive tags carefully place in them.

The rest of her outfit was simply her usual wear, a pair of black combat pants adorned her legs, with a tight tank top over her torso, a greyish white color, accentuating her breasts, which had been covered by a black sports bra. She herself was well toned and muscled, which was easy enough to see just by looking at her. She was 5'7", weighing in around 130 pounds.

Her hands had been wrapped in cloth bandages, with her steel armguards placed over them. Her steel shin guards had also already been equipped, with Sachiko currently trying to attach one of the kunai launchers to the underside of her right arm guard. She was still working on attaching it when she came upon the gates, giving slight eye contact to Masuyo that suggested annoyance, before continuing going about her work.

Looking around at the gathered group, she saw she was the last one there from Konoha other than Akihiro. There were two others she didn't recognize, but she didn't know if they were with them or just talking. "Where's Akihiro?" she asked, to whoever wanted to answer. "And when will we learn what this emergency is?"

Konami cursed her luck. She was going to let Toonami have her fun for a bit longer before stepping in but the sudden arrival of their escort meant that a confrontation of some kind was now inevitable. True to form, the Konoha Jounin expressed discontent with Toonami's obnoxious behavior to her genin. Toonami blinked and looked in Masuyo's direction as though a boulder were speaking to her. She opened her mouth and raised a finger incredulous that the brunette had the audacity to speak to her like that. Konami saw that despite her sobriety the bug inside her younger sister that prompted her to act before thinking was in full-effect. Konami grabbed one of her sister's braids and yanked her backwards forcefully before she could respond. She punched Toonami in the shoulder and shot her a death glare. If Masuyo told her to get lost they were not in a position to overpower her and torture her into telling them where Konoha was. They'd be totally shit out of luck and set back weeks if not months. Konami had no intention of letting that happen and so she'd show the woman the respect owed. Toonami scrunched up her face and looked like she was about to burst. She held in her rage as she gave Masuyo a crazy-person stare. The woman was smart enough to realize that starting something would be stupid but she couldn't help but want to crack her across the face.

"Of course we do Masuyo. Your squad, your rules. I'm afraid my sister can get a bit overeager at times." Toonami was about to open her mouth but Konami gave a sharp tug on her sister's braid and the girl bit her lip and climbed inside her older sister's body. The movement was seamless and it appeared as though she was merely walking through a portal into another world.

Toonami curled up inside and sulked while Konami crossed her arms and waited for the party to head out.

Masuyo's appearance along with Toonami's better half put a stop to the childish behavior of the rotten twin. There was no doubt Toonami's response was a bitter one. If Masuyo were her sensei she had a feeling the bluenette would have been executed a long time ago. She was not one to euthanize her students for misbehavior but this one was to the point where she could not be redeemed. Heavy drug use, a malnourished body, poor hygiene, and lack of respect. Masuyo would be doing the world a favor getting rid of this rat. I'm sure an opportunity would show itself in Konoha. Masuyo remained unphased by Toonami's emotional body language as Konami took over. The sight of the rotten one creeping back inside Konami's body was a pleasant one knowing the journey would be without further interruption. "Very good. As a fair warning, your sister's behavior will not be tolerated in Konoha, let alone in our Administration. Any trouble she may cause, whether it be disturbing the peace, public intoxication, drug abuse, or the like may result in visitation rights being revoked under her name. So I insist you get her behavior under control from now until we reach Konoha."

The presence of Sachiko alerted Masuyo shifting her eyes to the wolf girl. She was an odd girl that she have not had much interaction with. "Akihiro? I hope he's still in Konoha where he last was. Regardless, he in unaffected by these safety measures. Higher members of Administration have more free will than others. But enough of that. I believe this sis everyone. Let's start heading out. Rin, take the rear. Yui and Sachiko travel in the center. Konami will be up front with me." Masuyo would wait for them to get into position while traveling side by side with Konami with a small two meter gap between them.

One of the things Rin learned really quick when he was younger is that Masuyo doesn’t tolerate being disrespected. Whether it was towards her own students or even herself. So least to say he knows better than to poke his nose into someone else’s business as everyone exchanged some words to each other that Rin did hear yet said nothing. Sachiko arrived and that seemed to be everyone. Of course there was question about Akihiro, but as far as Rin knows the prodigy genjutsu is probably at Konoha after all of this time.

Masuyo decided it was time to leave, and for once Masuyo gave specific positions to them. ”Yes ma’am.” Rin briefly responded as he walks over to the rear guard position. Once there Rin remained silent as he took a deep breath before suppressing his chakra from any sensory shinobi. Some might argue that being able to detect other things at a far greater distance, Rin’s experienced mind would remind them that just as easily Rin can slip through that field undetected without any issue. Not to mention his enhanced senses in addition to Masuyo’s own sense of awareness could pick up on someone trying to sneak on them. Or at least in most cases.

After being given the cue, they depart from the city of cloud for their long journey back home.

It was quite an interesting sight as she witnessed Masuyo being quite stern, as for the twins they were quite an odd bunch getting a good smile out of Yui. Sure Masuyo said no parties or anything like that but what she didn't know would not hurt her, Yui felt angry and needed a way to vent so if she wanted to go home and see Kanna and party that was her choice. It still stung that her desire to stick to her guns had made her fail, simply once her decisions were made they were set in stone, she had to be like this as a clan leader and if others could not understand that was on them. Yui would follow along as well, this was likely going to be an interesting trip but she did want to talk to Toonami some more, maybe it was her feeling rebellious after her failing exams. Either way, she felt like maybe she would out of anyone understand her the most, always looked down upon no matter how strong they were.

"This should be a fun trip, I never thought you had such a serious side Masuyo. Though maybe be a little easy on her, you don't know what kind of life they had suffered through or what had happened to them over the years, I don't think the twin that appeared to enter the other's body is that bad."

Either way, they were all moving out and heading off toward Konoha, unknown to Yui the world they knew would be shaken to its core soon, how would she respond only time would tell. She refused to back down and she refused to accept she was a failure, this would eat at her and give her dark thoughts.

The scouts that Shimiko had made sketches of Ken and Yomi. A report containing these sketches was sent to the Raikage's Office and ANBU. The sketches were plastered around the village indicating the two persons as wanted for questioning in connection with severe international crimes. The guards at the gates would be given the sketches as well. If Ken or Yomi tried to enter or exit the village they'd be stopped on those grounds and more shinobi would be called in to arrest them.

Konami nodded in response to what Masuyo had to say. She expected Toonami to be on her best behavior which was easier said than done. Of course, this meant that Konami had to find a way to keep her sister sober and away from drugs. Keeping her cooped up inside her body was a temporary solution to this problem. Luckily she had the journey to Konoha to consider how to do this. She walked beside Masuyo in the front of the party mulling over how best to proceed.

"Well, shit. I'm late." Curiously enough Akihiro had been distracted by some posters which had been placed around the village. His favorite kind of posters too, bounties! Well, these weren't actually bounties since no one was offering a reward. They were apparently only announcing the world they wanted these people seized. For nothing international crimes nonetheless! Some people certainly knew how to live. Akihiro couldn't help but wonder if they'd know how to die as well.

Alas, by the time he was done reading the posters, he noticed he was late. Racing for the gates, he took care of the regular checkout procedure and left well in time to see Masuyo's squad leave, accompanied by an unknown lady. Akihiro made sure to join them for a peaceful calm-minded trip, as it was unlikely that he'd have the pleasure to have a conversation with Toonami before reaching the village.

Sachiko was a bit confused as to why Masuyo thought Akihiro would be back home at Konoha. He had been a proctor during the exams, so it wasn't like she wouldn't have known he was here, unless she didn't know who the proctors were ahead of time. It really didn't matter though, they headed out anyhow.

Soon enough, Akihiro joined them, and Sachiko sent an incredibly smug smile Masuyo's way as she finished clipping in the kunai launching mechanism.

From there, she began switching her backpack to one shoulder and kept it at her front, so she could easily access the contents. She had some work to do while they travelled.

In a way, Sachiko had been the only one to pass in tbe exams currently. Yui outright failed her first portion, and Rin and Masuyo had been eliminated in their first rounds as well. It was odd to her that these prodigies would lose anything and that she would succeed, but stuff happened. She couldn't help but wonder though, what would happen to her? Would she remain a genin, or would she advance to chuunin?

Seid arrived on top of caravan with some of the most liveliest bunch of people. Their long journey he had grown fond of them. Seid had never really spent time with citizens, especially outside of the village. Where things were much different and life was even more diverse. He bid Naomi and her family farewell, and told Naomi to visit him in his home. Though he wasn't sexually attracted to her. He was attracted by her radiant nature, she felt like someone that people wanted be around. It felt...good.

He walked up the check-in station. "Seid Otsusuki reporting in from my mission." The Chuunin behind the desk nodded. Noting that Genin was returning to the village.

[Enter Kumogakure]

Seid Otsusuki picked up the tan scroll given to him. Finally earning his right to participate in the Chuunin exams and passing. His family though cared not for it. His father saw this as an opportunity to prove he could lead. But always told him not to be comfortable. That Seid was in this dimension because they were escaping a deadly threat. Someone with awesome powers and wanted Seid's power as well. But the newly ordained Chuunin was proud of his accomplishment even if his family saw it as a useful learning tool instead.

He was going to run his first team for a mission. On the scroll was information and location of farmer in need of protection. They were continually plagued with bandits and finally asked for assistance from the capitol. Now he was waiting at the gates for the Genin to show up. They would be a two man squad with Seid leading. He was interested in what they young Genin could do against foes like bandits. Seid was fully armored and had his items and tools all set to go. Not wearing his new Chuunin jacket as his own armor provided better protection.

The crunch from Leora's strides can be heard as she approaches her beloved city with her mission deemed complete. It was relatively easy, but still Leora notes how careless it was to go out on her own like that. Whether she passed in her test or not Leora is still a genin. Leora is naturally stopped by the guards before the gate and knowing the procedure she spoke of her name and rank. Adding that she's returning from the mission, and if proof is needed she is more than happy to show them the papers about the mission. Once everything i cleared and Leora signs herself into the register. Then Leora will walk herself into the heart of Kumogakure.

Mission Details:

It has been some time since Morikawa had been active within the village. After his run in with Honiko and striking the deal Morikawa kept his presence scarce from the village as the tournament and exams went on. Granted he was on standby in the hospital in case somebody came in heavily injured be it from the tournament or the exams Morikawa would be able to heal them on the spot. Thankfully no one was injured that they warrant medical attention, so Morikawa felt that it was time to at least do something as simple as guarding a caravan. He had heard of a few Genin that has been rising up in experience, and Mori felt like he should invite one of them into this mission.

Morikawa stands fairly tall with a lean build as he wasn’t muscular yet wasn’t lazy either. His fingers and the palms of his hands perhaps been coated in blood more times than he dares to count and lost countless times when those delicate hands dug into the living bodies. Most in his field would probably vomit or feel queasy because of how the intestines squirm like eels back into the host. To Morikawa most of the medical cases was quite common and burned into his body memory allowing Mori to perform such surgeries with precision even he’s been awake for 70 hours. Being a doctor can be very tiresome with little time to rest.

Donned on his form is a leather coat that has patches of steel plates on the torso, from the shoulders to covering his shoulder blades, and covering his back is hard leather layered beneath a large patch of steel scales. Underneath the coat is a long sleeved light grey shirt that is meant to keep him warm and a mesh shirt that is cheap in disposable beneath the shirt. On his hip is a belt with a hip pouch on the right flank side. Slung over his shoulder is a backpack filled with supplies of food, clothes, medikit, and 5 sealing scrolls in case Morikawa ever needs to seal an item or two for easy carry. His legs is covered by black pants complete with a pair of sandals. Noting of how his feet is also covered by wool socks. Finally his headband for Kumogakure can be found wrapped around his left bicep.

Morikawa sent word to a Genin that goes by the name of Kouen Korikane via shadow clone. If Kouen accepted then the clone would immediately disperse after informing to meet at the gates in the next hour. Then Morikawa waits with his silver hair falls past his shoulders as his piercing molten gold eyes wonder from one thing to the next. In hopes that the Genin accepts since the caravan that they’re supposed to be escorting will be arriving near Kumogakure’s border shortly. So time was of the essence.

Kouen had spent the last few weeks training himself to become a decent shinobi for the right missions, he's been somewhat slacking in his time as a Genin and took it upon himself to be far more consistent with his training, with resulted in him awakening his latent abilities. It seems that some of the other ninjas has taken note of his upcoming potential and are beginning to assign him more and more missions. It's not that he's complaining since he sees these missions as experience, and he can utilise that experience to help him grow but at the same time, he had grown used to his schedule where somedays he got assigned a mission, and somedays he just had the day off. This new change of missions becoming more frequent with him is a habit that he'll have to grow into.

He learned a few techniques thankfully and hopefully it's enough now that he can battle against someone should the need arise, though it's something that he wants to put to the test when he has a chance. When that shadow clone came knocking on Kouen's door, the timing couldn't be better in conjunction with how Kouen was feeling, a need to prove and evaluate his battle potential. He gladly accepted the mission and quickly dressed himself shortly after, he wore black pants that stopped at this blue sandals, a grey shirt and his headband around his head which is worn properly. His appearance seemed lacking as he didn't make that much money yet from his missions, but once he got the money to do so, he planned to make his appearance more fitting of a shinobi.

He made his way towards the gates, rather speedily as well since the clone had mentioned that the caravan for the mission they're supposed to be protecting is arriving shortly, so he wasted no time making his way down there. He dashed through crowds of people, even nearly bumping a few people along the way but he took caution to not harm anyone's property or people themselves as he soared through the lively crowd. He finally made his way towards the gate and saw the appearance of a man that was very similar to the appearance of the shadow clone that knocked on his door. He gave a wave as he walked on over. He usually wouldn't be so forthcoming considering his personality, but this is a mission that he wants to perform well in so they can send more his way. "Hey there, I'm Kouen." he said, giving a simple greeting.

Seid Otsusuki pocketed the tan scroll given to him. Finally earning his right to participate in the Chuunin exams and passing. His family though cared not for it. His father saw this as an opportunity to prove he could lead. But always told him not to be comfortable. That Seid was in this dimension because they were escaping a deadly threat. Someone with awesome powers and wanted Seid's power as well. But the newly ordained Chuunin was proud of his accomplishment even if his family saw it as a useful learning tool instead.

He was going to run his first team for a mission. On the scroll was information and location of the Walking Death and the meeting location. Now he was waiting at the gates for his partner to show up. They would be a two man squad with Seid leading. He was interested in what the older Jounin could do against foes like bandits. Seid was fully armored and had his items and tools all set to go. He had a messenger bird perched on his outstretched arm.

A message to the Walking Death who was now the leader of the village in the Demon lands. On it, it detailed where to meet the posse from Kumogakure. A cafe to make a mutual meeting. Seid launched the bird into the sky and it took off. It knew where it was supposed to go.

Mission Details:

Iro returned to the village gates with the same task assigned to her. Like many Shinobi she wears the common black sandals which secure her feet and ankles. Iro wears a pair of loose fitting black pants which extend shortly above her ankles, which she has wrapped in a set of white bandage wrap. Her pants are paired with a black sleeveless, backless top with a white undershirt in the same design. Her utility belt was worn around her waist which held a first aid on the back side next to her hip pouch and a single holster on her right. A single, tan obi is worn around her waist. Black leather arm guards covered both arms from the back of the hand up to the elbows. On her left forearm she wore a set of platinum bracelets which glowed a dim azure blue. Slapped over her body was a dark gray flak jacket with three scroll holsters, the basic secondary flak jacket provided by Kumogakure. A leather baldric is worn across her body where she carries a quarter staff made entirely of oak.

Around her forehead Iro sports her forehead protector. In a black cloth she has the forehead protector's steel plate facing the front with Sunagakure's emblem engraved on the plate. Iro has long, plum hair which is fastened in a long ponytail using a tan hair tie. She keeps the rest of her hair parted in the front with two long bangs reaching down to her chin. Iro herself stands 5'8 and weighs approximately 135 lbs. With deep tan skin she bares golden amber eyes. Iro has an impressive athletic figure including a toned abdomen with muscle work shown around her body.

Iro entered the security booth and situated herself in. There was certainly plenty of activity at the gates. She had hoped they recall protocol when leaving the gates. Full name, Citizenship, Reason For Leaving, Location, and Expected Leave Time...It's not that hard... Beneath her smiley, cheerful demeanor she was sweating bullets hoping to not have to apprehend either of them for not following the rules. They remembered all their faces very well and would not hesitate to record their infractions in the book.

For reasons left beyond the fourth wall. Seid waved the bird away. The message would get there in good time and possibly they would get a respond in good time. But he was weary of the response. Not knowing what to expect was all about the ninja life. He was going to get a taste of that from now on.
