This is denied unless you can actually link me to where Tats trained her jutsus.
She claimed the possession of the scrolls sure, but unfortunately that's not enough to actually learn the jutsu, they need to be trained. Her character could only universally claim up to C-rank jutsu.

I guess I cant claimed the Chidori stuff but I can claim to doton stuff so I am editing to show this and will have those words to use later.

You can't claim the Iwagakure Exclusives either, I believe.

Like I said, Tats claimed possession of the scrolls but she needed to actually train the jutsu in order to be able learn them and teach them.

If you can link me to a valid word count post where Tats trained these, or to a valid claim (by character class), I'll approve this.

But at the time Tats made this claim, she was B-class. Which means she couldn't have claimed most if not all of these jutsus and immediately learned them.

She had the B rank Lightweight so I will claim this she took with her starters
