Master Puppet Crafter: Rita is capable of creating puppets that receive a boost allowing them to go above the A-rank level in the Constitution OR Strength stat during usage  in return for the Stat not chosen to be reduced to B-rank level.  This perk is registered and decided upon puppet registration and may not be changed.

One handed Seals: Rita is able to perform one handed seals but suffers a tier drop in coordination while preforming them with one hand.

Removing  the Master Puppet Crafter: ua at staff request.

Replacing it with the following UA

Explosive Heart: Because Rita loves explosions so much she's very used to using her bloodline. The cost of using Koton is decreased one rank. However, because of this, her ability to use Raiton has gotten rusty increasing the cost to use it by one rank.

Puppet Master: Rita is an experienced Kugustu artist that has spent years honing her craft. The cost of using Puppets is decreased by one rank. However, because of slacking off her ability with Doton has waned increasing the cost to use it by one rank.

Merchant Favored: Rita is well known and the market place and has earned a name for herself there, receiving a 50% discount on all market purchases rather than the standard 25%. However, the lack of time spent training results in the WC requirements on all of her training is doubled.

Entrepreneur: Rita has an understanding of the business world and how it works. allowing her to construct 2 additional stores above her normal limit, as well as see an additional 10% return in investments of all her Stores and doubles the maximum she can earn from all of her stores per month, however the cost of building each store is increased by 50%.

Good Spending: A player may have a permanent 50% discount within their village regarding buying tools or raw materials, but never both without an appropriate drawback.

- Entrepreneur: This one, I know who you got this from. But due to the changes that will be coming in the future with Shops, this will have to be changed out and won't be approved. While I'm aware Gyo and Kiyoshi have it, they'll be forced to change it once the new economy system is finished.
