Sachi Vrs Yui Battle of the Strong

Yui had been told to prove herself she had to battle Sachi, while she knew physically Sachi was strong she also knew she had a massive advantage jutsu wise, plus she had her gates if she needed to use them. As Yui made her way to the field she was the first one there, not surprised as sometimes Sachi was a bit aloof at least from what she had seen.

"I feel bad for her, I already know if I try my hardest she stands no chance, my attacks are simply far more than she can handle and the destructive nature isn't something I can hold back. I hope Masuyo understands this, she wants me to fight her that is fine but I won't hold back, I must become a Chuunin no matter what."

Yui had a serious look on her face, once she arrived Yui would get serious for sure, as she waited she tried to clear her anger, with her anger it could lead to her being reckless and that's the last thing she wanted to do. She felt Sachi would be a challenge for sure, she was a good fighting force when it came to physical skill, she just lacked a lot in other things. Yui, on the other hand, was quite well rounded, she had a good mental edge and was also quite physically fit.

Stats:

Sachiko was more or less ready for the match, at least as much as she really could be. She knew she would really only be as effective as she pushed herself to be, considering she would almost always be fighting an uphill battle during matches when she was limited to only taijutsu.

That being said, she had at least prepared for the match in advance, giving herself some unconventional weaponry to utilize that night end up evening the playing field out a little bit. Her backpack was filled mostly with bottles of alcohol, although they had been partitioned with some spare clothes and rags she had from home. That helped stop them from clanking together and making noise, as well as giving them some cushion so they wouldn't shatter easily if noticed. 5 of them had been individually  tied off at the tops with a 15 foot line of steel wire each, 3 of those bottles having explosive tags wrapped around them. The other 5 bottles had been opened up and had half of  a cloth bandage in each of them,  which had been soaked in alcohol themselves. 2 of those bottles also had explosive tags applied to them.

She had on her steel arm and shin guards, underneath the arm guards her hands had been wrapped in cloth bandages, much as many taijutsu users opted for. She liked to have them on for taijutsu purposes, but they had a secondary reason as well, which may end  up being apparent later. Her clothes were basically the normal Konoha outfit, minus a flak jacket because she wasn't a Chuunin yet, nor had she seen fit to buy one, considering her money had been better spent elsewhere.

She had on four pouches on her belt, 3 of which were filled with 5 Kunai each, one of the pouches having explosive tags wrapped around the  handles of the kunai inside. All 15 of those kunai had additional wrapping on their handles, as she had ripped up cloth bandages to wrap the handles to hide the tags. It was more or less going to be a surprise to her opponent and made the kunai actual threats to watch out for, while she would know which pouch housed the surprises.

An additional pouch held 2 flash bombs, 2 smoke bombs, and 2 chili bombs, for additional versatility in combat. She had 2 further kunai on each of her thighs in holsters for quick draw, although there was nothing special about them. Her headband was fastened tightly to her forehead.

She saw Yui already waiting for her at the Training Grounds, and bowed when she got close enough. "Sorry for keeping you waiting." She slipped her backpack off and onto one of her shoulders, fastening it to her side with a slide strap. It was easy release, so she could undo it fast if she needed to, but she wasn't planning on having it on for very long anyhow. "Do we wait for someone to watch over our match, or are they already?"

She watched as Sachi had arrived, judging by the backpack she likely had some surprises for Yui inside. That did not really matter to her however, Sachi would need to rely on dirty tricks to win but Yui did not fault her for that. She only used Taijutsu and Yui knew this much so naturally, Yui would use her advantages as well. She would ask Yui if they had to wait as Yui would shake her head no, still, she did not want this fight.

"Sachi I have no ill will toward you but due to my hand being forced I have to fight seriously, I cannot hold back. They think I am not strong enough to be a Chuunin and I think we both know that is a joke. So I will need to make an example out of you, in order to appease those of the higher ranks. I am sorry Sachi I hope we can be friends after this, but I can understand if you end up hating me forever."

Yui knew Sachi was certainly a threat in taijutsu and even with Yui having strong abilities in this she wanted to test her mettle and see how she would do against ranged attacks. Yui would leap into the air aiming her hands below her as she summoned forth a large clay dragon. It appeared quite fast as she would quickly dart into the sky. She would begin to focus on her plan circling Sachi as she had to formulate the best course of action to use against her. The missiles she could use would be effective. She needed more however, she had to force her into a direction to make it very hard or nearly impossible to avoid her attacks.

She would patiently wait to circle the field waiting to see what Sachi would think of, once she saw her make her move she would initiate her plan of action. She had three phases planned and would be prepared to use the first phase shock and awe.

Stats and Jutsu and UA:

Yui indicated that they didn't need to wait for anyone, which meant they could get directly to the fighting whenever the two of them were ready. Sachiko simply nodded as Yui indicated that she was further sorry that she couldn't hold back in the fight, since she wasn't deemed strong enough to be a Chuunin or something like that. Sachiko was a little confused by that statement, thinking that perhaps she had misunderstood the Exams Proctor and that she had simply failed the first part, but that wasn't really important.

Sachiko knew that Yui wasn't going to hold back, so there was absolutely no way that she was going to either. Posting up in the classic Strong Fist stance, Sachiko felt that she was about as ready to fight Yui as she really could be. She saw Yui getting ready to jump up, and using her own superior speed and coordination, would rush her before she could complete her jump up into the air.

When it came down to it, Sachiko knew that in order to beat Yui, she'd need to dominate her in a physical fight, and that she couldn't let her use her jutsu in order to get an advantage. One of the major disadvantages when only using Taijutsu was that when ninjutsu began getting involved, it became much harder to win a fight as ninjutsu had so many applications, but Taijutsu was almost purely close melee attacks. However, that same drawback could be applied as a positive, in that Sachiko was so used to melee combat that she knew how to interrupt her opponents with pure speed and strength.

For that reason, as Yui started to begin to jump, Sachiko blazed down the field, putting on an intense burst of speed. Yui may have been perceptive enough to see her movements if she focused, but reacting to her speed would be an entirely different story. She had learned some stuff from Kanna a few years ago, and perfected her usage of them in the meantime. Now, it was time to use it in actual combat for the first time.

She'd put on a massive burst of speed, using the Leaf Great Flash technique, which sent her charging down Yui, delivering a fierce lateral kick to Yui's side before she could quite get airborne, interrupting the jump. However, she didn't end her attack there, as she needed to get some damage down on Yui to hopefully end the match early, or keep her engaged in a close quarters match for the moment.

The strong point of the Strong Fist style was that, unlike Arhat Fist, a style which many utilized that focused on strong individual attacks, Strong Fist focused on speed and aggression, delivering a multitude of attacks which could chain into each other with ease, overwhelming an opponent. As she delivered the side strike to Yui, she'd immediately follow through, giving chase with her opponent, not letting her get any space. The technique she had used was phenomenal for closing gaps, but Sachiko didn't like to use it too much as she tired out fairly fast when going full force.

Spinning into the Leaf Great Whirlwind, as that left her hands open, Sachiko's body movement seemed to increase further again, moving into a low sweeping kick as she reached into her bag, pulling out an untagged bottle by the wire as she continued on with the momentum, bringing her leg up for a mid-body second blow, grabbing the metal wire and letting the bottle pull out with the centrifugal force of her spin, extending outward in the same motion as she delivered the high kick in the rotation, the bottle whipping around at extremely high speeds, aimed to wrap the entire 15 feet of cord around Yui, who was more than likely extremely preoccupied with Sachiko's own intense speed, maybe even too much to notice the wire, small as it was.

Her hope was that she would have captured Yui using the bottle as a weight, the speed of her spinning kicks and the wire to hit and wrap Yui, the bottle maintaining it's momentum and wrapping around Yui as Sachiko's high kick would have given Sachiko enough momentum to get airborne for a downward spike on Yui into the ground with much greater force than the other three kicks had given. If all went according to plan, the bottle would smash into her, leaving her wrapped up in steel wire which may even bite into her skin with the force and speed it had been moving, covered in shattered glass and alcohol from the bottle which would have broken on her, and slammed into the ground.

Sachiko would have released the wire if it was successful, using the final downward kick to springboard herself backwards and away from the trapped Yui, landing more or less where she had started the match off at, about 10 meters away. She had taken a long time to think up this particular strategy, but having already thought of the ways she could chain her attacks and her tricks in together, she had more or less come prepared with plans for fighting Yui. She wouldn't always have the ability to have thought ahead, but she was going to use that preparation to her advantage.

Yui watched as she rushed forward toward her, she was as fast as Yui expected, she could follow her moves but reacting would be harder. Still, Yui had a trump card as it appeared the girl would not let her fly on her dragon she was going to need to change tactics. She had several options, one was to swap what she was going to do as the girl got closer Yui would thrust her fist forward toward the girl. Suddenly a blast of intense energy would explode from her fist, as she did not want to kill her she would use a lower level of her technique. From there she hoped it would slow her momentum down some with her using blast on her feet to suddenly switch directions and dart sideways midair. This was an insane and intense change of direction. The change of her bodies projected path as well as the blast to knock the girl down without causing graves injuries.

As she would blast away she would throw several punches in the girl's direction as well, holding back some to prevent fatal injuries. She was sure the girl would continue to try to press forward but she knew at the speed she had just propelled away plus the large areas her blast attacks aimed forward it would be harder for her. If it worked Yui would safely land on the ground once more and wait for her next assault.

OOC: 4 attacks used with the b powered blast attacks, the dash was responsive so it is possible she sailed off and will collide with a tree or other objects that could be out of her line of sight.

stats and jutsu used:

Her opponent had excellent perception, but alas, she just couldn't raise her counter offense fast enough to stop Sachiko from completing her chain of attacks. Most of her attacks connected as she had planned, but Yui had techniques that Sachiko hadn't planned or accounted for, and those could throw her off fairly well. As she kicked Yui at the start of the combo for the first time, Yui had raised a hand not in defense, but to throw a punch towards Sachiko, abandoning her defense to try and knock Sachiko away.

However, Sachiko was an extremely capable Taijutsu user, and more than that, she was incredibly fast, more so than Yui was, able to discern her movement without much focus on it. One of the benefits that she had noted with Strong Fist and some of the moves that it utilized is the usage of kicks as well as strikes.

Having used purely kicks in order to free up her hands to begin with, Sachiko wasn't in any danger, and she used her rotational speed while she was pulling out the bottle with one hand, using one leg for balance, and one for a kick, with still one free hand to block Yui's punch. However, it wasn't smart to just block a punch from someone, and Sachiko wanted to continue her rotation, so she used her steel gauntlet along with her own strength, and the force of the rotation to smash Yui's arm out of the way, the blast from her punch knocked harmlessly off to the side.

With the rest of her movement going quite as she had planned, Sachiko's rotational speed was greater than she herself could actually pinpoint anything, the world little more than a blur. Her three whirlwind kicks connected, the wired bottle tightening around Yui's body and smashing upon her, spilling it's contents over the busty blonde and embedding some shards of glass into her, until Sachiko was just about to drop Yui with the heel to the ground.

Suddenly, however, Yui's body hurtled through the air, propelled by a blast that had come from her feet. The wolf girl, having been holding onto the wire at the point that that had happened, was yanked through the air, her shoulder torquing itself as she hadn't been prepared for that, and she was sent into a tailspin through the air as the wire she was holding snapped with the sudden forces acting upon it, those being Sachiko on one end and Yui's rocketing body on the other.

Unfortunately for Sachiko, she was disoriented slightly by the dizzying speed she'd been whirling, and then the immediate change with Yui's rocketing away, and so Sachiko smashed into the ground at an angle, sliding for a few feet before stopping herself. She had been lucky enough to not be hit by one of Yui's blasts head on at least. Beyond that, she had wrapped her arms and hands in medical bandages before the fight, purely so that the wire had no chance to actually cut into her hand if ripped through it, so her hand that had held the steel wire was completely fine.

Yui probably wouldn't have fared as well, as she hadn't rocketed under controlled circumstances, and had been wrapped up before hand, which meant she wouldn't be able to land properly either. Additionally, the way that Sachiko's arm had been torqued by the sudden force of the launch, and the fact that the wire snapped, meant that whatever wire had wrapped around Yui had also tightened immensely when that happened. It would more than likely dig into Yui and perhaps even cut into her skin, leaving bloody wounds around the blonde, who needed to free herself.

Sachiko pushed herself to her feet, regaining her bearings and searched for Yui, looking at her to judge what next to do based on what condition she was in. The wolf girl massaged her right shoulder slightly, rotating it to make sure everything worked decently without hurting too much. She reached into her pouches, pulling out a chili pepper bomb and a flash bomb, knowing the difference between the two of them due to the time she had spent formulating this plan.

She hurled the flash bomb first, closing her eyes as it would go off so she didn't blind herself, and even if Yui would do the same thing, she had prepared the second explosive for that same reason. Hurling the Chili pepper bomb at Yui's location, which, due to the amount of alcohol that was on her, allowed Sachiko to pinpoint her general location without seeing her, by smell alone, the bomb would go off, and should Yui's eyes have opened at that point, would start to burn and water due to the gas the container held. If she breathed it in, her throat and nose would burn.

Effectively, Sachiko's plan was to capture Yui, which she'd attempted with the wires, and succeeded in injuring her. Then remove her senses, so she couldn't deal with Sachiko's speed as much. Slowed down by injuries, covered in alcohol to help her wounds burn more, which would mess with her sense of touch and feel, as well as overwhelming Yui's nose with the scent. Further inhibiting her smelling and tasting with the Chili Pepper, as well as burning her eyes and forcing her eyes to remain unable to focus, and that's in addition to a flash bomb to blind her outright. All that Yui would have remaining would be her hearing, which Sachiko didn't think was good enough for her to pick up on Sachiko's movements fast enough to get her to react in time.

All this so Sachiko could conserve her stamina a little bit, and not have to go all out the entire time. It would let her conserve stamina, if Yui wanted to continue on with the fight after this.

”Seems like the party has already started.” A male voice spoke from the side as Rin Uchiha had just arrived on the scene. Granted he was just briefed that he was supposed to proctor this match in Masuyo’s place, but he didn’t expect that the match already started. Before Rin was worried about Sachiko’s health since he was aware of Yui’s destructive forces. However arriving to a scene where Sachiko was the one standing sustaining little injury while Yui Kotoshura was more than likely prone on the ground tied up by steel wire potentially being blinded by the flash bomb in addition to a chili pepper bomb to rob Yui’s senses from her. It was surprising to say the least, but Rin leaned against the tree with his arms crossed.

On his person is a flak jacket as it was commissioned to him recently upon his promotion. In the scroll slots over his right side of his chest is two small scrolls, one of which contains his ebony scythe along with other bombs in case he needs them. His utility belt contains a single karambit on his right flank with his hip pouch that contains the rest of his tools. Holstered on his left thigh is the handle of a senju wooden handle wrapped in leather while three kunai remains holstered in his right thigh. The usual dark short sleeved shirt underneath the jacket is visible as it hide the titanium mesh shirt underneath. His navy blue pants with the ends tucked under a pair of leather shin guards. On his arms is a pair of steel guards with fuuinjutsu seals engraved onto the surface. And finally the traditional headband bearing the Konohagakure’s symbol on the steel plate wrapped around his forehead with the steel plate facing forward.

If Yui is truly ensnared by this combination use of tools then Rin will decide the match, but for the time being Rin is giving Yui some time to see if she can get out of her situation. Even so it’ll be very difficult for Yui to focus with everything going on. Still maybe she has a trick or two up in her sleeves, but that’ll depend entirely on what Yui does next. Rin’s hazel blue-green eyes shifted over to Sachiko as he presents a wave of the hand in greeting with a slight smile before dropping back into a stoic expression.

”I am the proctor for this match, but it seems like you two started without supervision. However just this once i’ll take it upon myself for not being on time.” Then Rin turn his focus towards Yui’s direction noting the wires that potentially cut into her skin and in a tangled state no less.

”Unless you have something up in your sleeve Yui, I’m afraid this match has been concluded already with Sachiko as the winner.” From there Rin will pause to see how Yui’s reaction will be. No doubt there will be anger behind those eyes, but that is merely Rin’s anticipation.

Yui wanted to struggle she wanted to fight but as he has snared int he wire plus now the pepper in her eyes and mouth with the coughing and other things it made it impossible unless she planned to use gates. If she used gates and her powerful blast techs she could make quick work of her, however, she was told no lethal force and she had no desire to cause harm to Sachi. She used clever tactics and had this failed it was likely Yui would have crushed her but she planned this out well. The wire cutting into her skin was just a minor pain and she could tell Sachi hurt her shoulder in the process, either way, she would lift her hands showing surrender, the glare of her watering eyes staring fiercely at Sachi.

The fight was over as Yui waited for the wire to be removed from her body, she lost because of smart planning but it showed a fatal flaw in her power. She needed nonlethal attacks in case she needed them in a situation like this. She had to train her Doton and Raiton, something she had avoided to this point. She could no talk really with her coughing and choking but she would recover soon.

Sachiko felt kind of bad about ending the fight so suddenly. She hadn't really been expecting that to happen, to be fair, and wasn't really sure how to react at first. She was still poised to fight before she realized that Yui had given up on the match. A look of confusion washed over her face.

When it dawned on her, she went over to Yui to go and help her untangle from the wire trap that she had gotten in. "Please wash off. This alcohol is flammable." she said, apologetically. She was sure that it burned her cuts something fierce. She bowed to her opponent. "Thank you for the fight. Thank you for coming out Rin." she bowed to both of them.

Picking up the empty bomb canisters so she didn't litter, Sachiko headed out for the day.
