It was the day of the Chuunin Exam. All participants were informed of the start date and notified where to sign up. The day had come as the academy was busy as early as eight in the morning. This would serve as the official registration for all Genin participating in the exams. If a Genin fails to sign up before the deadline they will be ineligible to participate. The main doors to the inside of the academy were propped open with two tables set outside along with faculty security present. Seated behind the tables were staff personnel each with their own sign-in sheet. Genin are to choose a line and provide the necessary details:
Each clerk also had a bow next to them with an assortment of paper slips, each folded to hide their content. Upon filling out the sign in sheet the Genin given a single paper slip. These will have a room number where the Genin are to report to immediately for their first exam.
