Unique Abilities:

Seal-Less Ninjutsu (Fire): Peragus is able to utilize Fire Ninjutsu without the use of hand seals, of course this is only gesture less casting and all other requirements for casting the Ninjutsu in question must be met.

One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.

Peragus:

Peragus stands at 6’0 tall and weighs in at about 170 lbs. His most defining trait is his dark blue hair paired with dark red eyes. Said hair is long and usually kept gathered in a messy tail and his eyes have a twinkle of mischief in them. He typically wears a black compression shirt with a pale blue, fur lined, hooded, mantle and robes bottoms of the same color. Simple shinobi boots adorn his feet and he carries himself with a somewhat whimsical and lazy air about him.

History: Peragus was born in orphanhood, his mother dying in the act of giving him life and his father dying before even that time had come. As such the boy had a childhood one could typically expect. One of loneliness and heartache. He learned quickly not to let that pain show or he would be picked on and bullied by other kids around his own age and as such he matured rapidly for a boy his age.

Peragus’ personality tended to come in a few steps before he usually did. His temper was short when it came to anyone belittling him. He threw himself into his studies as soon as he was able and quickly began to expand his mind. Intent upon giving himself a better life than what he had.

Oh the village provided for him of course, and provided well. It was that fact that solidified his loyalty to the place. The fact that the village had to provide for him was oftentimes the object of scorn from other kids their age of course. However Peragus did not allow those individuals to anger him. They did not know what it was like to be alone for the most part and he had learned early on not to judge them for that. Instead he focused on his personal training and the expansion of his mind.

Eventually he discovered his talent for Fire Ninjutsu and sealing and began to hone each heavily. Working to make himself into a useful tool for the village in order to make its investment in his livelihood something worthwhile. He came to love his home in those years, through his middle teens and while many might consider him a late bloomer for his talents to emerge so late. The fact that they did emerge was evident. Now he focuses on progressing as a shinobi, and further increasing his capabilities in his talents and learning new ones in the process.

Personality: Peragus is a very ‘Go with the flow’ type of individual, always willing to adapt to a situation. This is mostly due to a very overactive mind which he has spent a great deal of time improving so as to make it that way. He tends to be able to read people quite quickly and has a tendency to take apart a situation in its entirety with only a few moments of thought.

Peragus is a bit of a trickster and nuisance, more than willing to play a practical joke or two on someone in order to lighten a mood or even to poke fun in order to do the same. It’s always in good humor however as one would generally be able to see by the mischievous grin on twinkle in his eyes.

His own humor tends to be self-deprecating otherwise and he gives off a casual air as if there’s nothing that truly needs to be taken seriously. That said, when it’s time to get to work Peragus is always willing to throw down. The blue haired man is exceptionally loyal to Konoha as a whole and his loyalty to that concept is the very bedrock of his being. He sees the entire village as his family and loved ones, even those whom he might not get along with.
