However Tsuki has the tendency to pour excessive amounts of chakra when using Doton techniques. Causing her to use Doton techniques for 1 rank higher in cost.
Rising from the Ashes ~ Once Tsuki hits equal to 30 CP or less, Tsuki taps into the hidden reserves within her body. This UA activates automatically once it hits the threshold and Tsuki increases her Stamina by +1 tier as she recovers the difference between the base tier and the boosted version. In exchange however, Tsuki’s Speed takes a -1 tier debuff for the thread’s duration that does stack with exhaustion.
One-Handed Seal ~ Tsuki is adept enough to form seals with just a single hand. However she performs these seals at a -1 tier Coordination.
Learning Class Advantage ~ Tsuki is surprisingly well versed in the advanced techniques. Allowing her to learn techniques 1 rank higher than normal. However this causes her growth to be somewhat stunted as it takes +10% more Total EXP to Class Up. Such is the price for advanced training.
Appearance:
Tsuki is a 5’8” tall girl and weighs roughly 152 lb. Her body takes on a slender form with an ample bust. Tsuki’s eyes is notably molten gold as it is the signature feature that a Tatsuda has awakened to their power. Her wavy long hair looks like a river of darkness that flows along her spine and caress her curves. Usually Tsuki will style it up in some form whether it is just a simply ponytail, french braid, braided pigtails, or even the fluffy pigtails. Tsuki ends up having a bit too much fun with her hair especially during festivities.
Recently however, Tsuki discovered that she somehow has a very extravagant tattoo of a phoenix rising up from a pile of ashes while wreathed in flames. She doesn’t remember ever getting it, yet it is there and somehow it holds a sentimental value to Tsuki. The intricate details on the tattoo is baffling that suggests some majestic person is either very talented in his/her art or very experienced. Perhaps both, but Tsuki finds it pretty cool to have on her.
Tsuki actually prefers to wear extravagant clothes that consists of silk, satin, and sometimes wear soft leather. It makes her comfortable, but she will wear more practical clothes even though she hates wearing armor due to the weight. Which generally consists of a simple blouse that might show minor cleavlage that reveals the mesh shirt underneath and soft leather shorts completed with fishnets that reaches from feet to her thighs. Her feet will be equipped by either a pair of sandals or protective footwear such as boots.
History:
Tsuki’s family origin stims from Iwagakure that scattered after the plague struck the village. Tsuki actually doesn’t recall how she was born nor does Tsuki remember her parents. It wasn’t that they abandoned her as far as Tsuki is aware, but it is more like Tsuki woke up one day and just could not summon a memory of them and her memories as a whole are scattered along the wind. All Tsuki remembers is her name after some serious therapy from Kumogakure’s hospital to help recall that piece of her memory. Somehow she ended up in Kumogakure yet people from the Academy and even the Raikage acted like they know her. Yet she can barely recall on ever meeting them save for that day. Least to say Tsuki was distorted, but apparently she was a Genin of Kumogakure and after taking some time to relearn what the Academy taught Tsuki resumed to her duties.
According to what Tsuki heard is that she encountered what is best described as amnesia, and whether it is short term or permanent remains to be seen. Tsuki came upon Kumogakure after her parents brought her to this village. After a couple of weeks Tsuki had enlisted and was accepted into the Academy. During this time her parents apparently decided to make a trip back to Iwagakure, but that was about a year ago. Perhaps that because of her amnesia and inability to conjure any memory of them she doesn’t appear to be disturbed by this. Yet curiosity does peek over the corner of her mind as to what they are up to. Only time will tell though as to what will come her way.
Personality:
Tsuki is a courteous young lady who often adds flirts within her sentences. Often enough that some people can’t tell if she’s just joking or actually serious. One thing is for certain is that Tsuki is incredibly loyal to Kumogakure. More specifically the people who took her in and helped regain what Tsuki can remember from her past. It is the place that she can call home, and she’ll see to it that it is defended from those who wish to inflict harm upon it.
Because of her charming nature with ambition burning bright like a flame, Tsuki is easy to approach so long as the people are not bashful. Although she does tease a bit on those who are on the shy side for her own amusement. Otherwise she is a courteous lady with the right amount of etiquette to easily be mistaken as a noble or a maid of sorts. Her generosity and good will can be reflected based on the little things she does. For example she’ll happily aid people who are lost in the streets or even just walking an elder person to their destination offering a shoulder or carrying stuff for them.
