This UA activates automatically once it hits the threshold and Tsuki increases her Stamina by +1 tier as she recovers the difference between the base tier and the boosted version. In exchange however, Tsuki’s Speed takes a -1 tier debuff for the thread’s duration that does stack with exhaustion.
One-Handed Seal ~ Tsuki is adept enough to form seals with just a single hand. However she performs these seals at a -1 tier Coordination.
