[Invasion Thread] Behold! The Light!

Raijin would step out of the portal as if he were stepping through thin air. To every passerby nearby it would seem as if he suddenly appeared. No mask this time as everyone would notice who he was before long. Of course there would be no time to react to his sudden arrival as well. With his Sensory active he knew no strong enough ninja was in the area except for inside the building. Raijin looked forward and could see the Sensory building a few meters away. "Time to get started." A large of chakra surge from Raijin as he activated a powerful technique.

"Lets give Iwa a taste of their own medicine." Raijin said as a giant monster began to erupt from the ground. About 5 meters away from the Raikage, a monstrosity made of clay rose and started to form itself into the air. It towered the entire village almost, scaling as a high as bijuu.

The bijuu sized Akuta would be appropriate for this attack on the village. They would always remember their village being sacked by one of their own creations. The Akuta's first act after creation was to bring its mighty fist down and completely obliterate the Sensory building. The destruction alone would kill everyone on the inside.

Then panic and chaos would ensue. Raijin would just keep making his way to the Resource Center, passing by citizens trying to get out of the way. The Giant Akuta followed him too while swinging its arms destroying anything in its way.

"ANYONE COMING OUT TO PLAY? I RAIJIN HAVE RETURNED!" He yelled into air. He pulled out some cheap liquor and began drinking and laughing at the destruction he was causing.

Amidst the smoke and fire a form would appear. The illusion of Tadara stood in the things path. Empty eyes looking up at the earth creation Raijin was riding upon. It would be wearing his traditional red lab coat with his red hair shifting in the wind of each strike from the behemoth. Still he would charge in with the rest. Dodging and attacking to no effect. Of course the main body would be hidden elsewhere in the city but the illusion would appear to be doing everything it could to attack within what he had demonstrated before. The illusion would create fake bees and have them 'probe' for weakness. Waiting for the right moment to feign exhaustion and not see one of those blows coming. Dispersing the illusion the moment Tadara would have been crushed and buried under the attack. In clear view of anyone running away or fighting. To any reports that survived this...Special Jounin Tadara fell fighting Raijin with just too much of a difference in power.

Ren would arrive on the scene just in time to see the death of Tadara just as was planned, already in sage mode Ren would call upon the power of the sage forming Kunitsukami. A Bijuu size Avatar in Ren's likeness made of pure chakra would form around him as he would charge forth to do battle with Raijin's Akuta. He would not worry about the destruction, if he played his cards right Konoha would offer the village aid relief. His job was to beat Raijin back and earn the glory of protecting the village for Konoha, his mission to find and retrieve the Tsuchikage would have to wait until later. The Akuta had his avatar beat on speed, but it's coordination lacked compared to Ren's. Charging forward Ren's giant Avatar would drive a punch into the face of the Akuta to begin the act of defending the village as was planned. Making a spectacle of the fight between Raijin's Akuta and his avatar would give Raijin, the owl, and the dragon to continue with their tasks.

Kunitsukami:

Elena was tired; all three versions of the Tsuchikage Diana Elena Moneta shared this idea, this sentiment. Every step they took forward was a struggle, every breath every bite every little fucking muscle movement. And yet they knew they had to keep moving. Apathy was death, and by god some days she wanted to be apathetic; a lingering effect of the multiple times she had become ill.

Elena had been bedridden the past month (two? three? she didn't know) in the hospital, the illness having struck her frail body with a vengeance and forcing her subordinates. It was painful, to want to feel the need to work, but her body forced to stay stationary. She needed to move, to get up. To help. It was during this downward spiral that she saw a dark shape in the distance; one that she herself had discovered: Akuta.

For the briefest moment she wondered who in their right mind would break the law of not using a jutsu outside of the stone yard, but that question was quickly answered as she saw it's fist bear down onto the sensory center, and the alarms started to blare.



An attack on the village. Her people needed her, she needed to move, move, MOVE! Drawing upon the anti-bijuu chimera Nue for Chakra, Kata, and the beast's full power, one eye would slit themselves while the other activated her own Dojutsu as she sunk into the floor. Her body was barely containing the beast's power as she shot off towards the being; her sensory & Negative sensory active as she looked for whoever the FUCK created the being.

She didn't need to take long as she felt the massive source of chakra, alongside sensing nature energy and other...no something was wrong. As she shot off towards the source (of whom she didn't know quite yet was Raijin), she sensed a ninjutsu she was barely aware of...it had the chakra of Tadara, but in her improved state of sensing, she didn't sense him around. Something was wrong, and with a strike to the ground the chakra dissipated. Elena knew Tadara was smarter then Diana, their interactions in the past made that clear. She didn't have time to question what had happened right now though, she needed to disable whoever had created Akuta.

Another charka emerged, this one also filled with normal chakra and nature energy; Ren Uchiha. Even underground she recognized the chakra, and to know he had achieved this sort of power was concerning. Still, she wouldn't let that distract her as he seemed to focus on the Akuta; a small reprieve in the fact of overwhelming danger.

Placing herself underneath the large chakra source that was Raijin; Elena would do several actions simultaneously. She'd shoot her 10 Kata arms up to grab his 2 feet, 2 knees, 2 elbows, 2 hands (interlocked to prevent even one-handed hand seals), neck, and the final one wrapping around his waist so she pull him face down onto the ground; draining him of chakra to refill Nue's reserves as she attempted to crush every joint she had grabbed. At the same time Elena herself would shoot her left hand up and move to grab his face so she could not only assist in crushing the danger, but also to extract every memory this person had in them before they went to the pure lands and face the judgement of the Sage of Six Paths himself and drain him of even more chakra.

The Deets:

As expected, the Collector was greeted by a force to stop him. That came in the form of Tadara Kamizuru and Ren Uchiha. The illusion technique used for Tadara was convincing. Upon seeing Tadara he instantly activated his Second state mode. A grey skin like scales covered his body and wings sprouted from his back, boosters also created on the bottom of his feet and legs. Using his wings and boosters, he flew upwards so that the beast could fight unperturbed. Reaching a few meters away from the giant mask it wore. The Akuta attacked the illusion a few times before Tadara ultimately let the illusion falter under the weight of a giant punch to the ground. To those all around it would seem as if he was defeated in battle pretty handedly. Ren then appeared out of thin air just as Raijin had, his Negative Emotion sensing picking him up. Ren quickly saw the threat and summoned an avatar reminiscent of the entity Raijin once controlled. This must be the power of the Sage of the Sixth Paths. This type of fight delighted Raijin.

This battle would lay waste the land, and he immediately flew off to confront Ren's avatar. All before the Tsuchikage could reach them in time. Raijin faced the Kunitsukami at almost 150 meters into the sky to match the behemoths ready to duke out.  He didn't expended much energy himself trying to fight it as it was almost impossible, unless he really went all out. He let the Akuta take the brunt of damage and it was losing the bout. Now was the time to up the ante.

If Diana would still partially slip out of the ground, Raijin would also sense her and direct his attention to her. And if she did not this would still be directed in general. The Raikage looked towards the village from his height in the sky. Held his hand out and a surge of enormous chakra would pump into palm. A dark purple Rasengan-like orb of chakra surrounded by a series of white rings of chakra that orbit the main sphere. These rings then align into one disc-like shape around the orb, causing the rings to resemble planetary rings.

"Tsuchikage Diana! Show yourself or else! The Uchiha cannot protect your village forever!" He yelled towards the village.  Which was almost a moot point as the goliaths did battle and began to topple buildings in their skirmish. However this attack was assured destruction on a high level.

While the fight with the Akuta raged, Ren would hear the explosions of different buildings around the village. The Administration Building, Academy, Barracks, Armory, Hospital, Market, Interrogation Center and finally the Defense Coordination Center, each blowing up one after the other in the distance signalling that the second part of the mission had been successful, between that and Raijin's destruction of the sensory center, Iwagakure's government would be crippled if not in complete disarray. Ren had to wonder if the Tsuchikage had been caught in one of those blasts as she had not yet appeared, it was disappointing in the fact that a major village such as this had not provided a single individual that has even tried to stand against Raijin. Where was their Shinobi? It was clear to Ren that this was the result of the weakness that infected the world, and confirmed in his mind that what he was doing was right. Only the strong would survive, and finally the world would thrive. For now, however he had to keep up appearances. From within his Kunitsukami Ren would form a single seal creating 20 clones of himself with the Multi-Shadow clone technique, while he continued to battle the Akuta that Raijin had formed, the clones would hit the streets of the village beginning to try to get villagers evacuated. The destruction of the village during this fight of giants could not be helped, but he would do his part in what will be viewed as helping the village since none of the village's own Shinobi have stepped up to intervene. Ren would see cracks slowly forming on the masked face of the Akuta as his Kunitsukami delivered a third punch to it, while he knew the weakness of the technique was in the mask, he couldn't let on to that fact or stop the technique too soon and so he would deliver most of the strikes to the body of the beast holding off on strikes to the mask for when they were deemed open. When he saw Raijin take to the sky and begin forming the great spiralling ring however, Ren knew that if someone didn't stop him the village would be decimated. He could blame the reason that he couldn't stop the attack on the fact that he was dealing with the Akuta which required his focus, and the fact that he managed to escape the destruction thanks to his Kamui ability. It came down to the fact that he was fighting alone and his Kunitsukami fighting the Akuta was preventing him from being able to stop the attack from Raijin, or at least that's how he planned to sell it when he gave his report to the Hokage. He couldn't help but wonder why the Tsuchikage or any of the village's shinobi have tried to stop Raijin. There had been those that were slaughtered, but where was the strength where were the village's defenders.

As Elena made her way towards Raijin she'd sense him using nature energy and take off; ruining her initial plan of taking him down in one quick attack but not changing where she'd surface. As she surfaced however she was stunned for the briefest of yoctoseconds by the sight before her:

Her village, in the extremely short time it took for her to go from the hospital to the fight, was in flames. She had been so focused on the two largest signatures she had hyper-focused and missed the countless minor signatures that went out. Even if it wasn't Chen; it was the Sunagakure Massacre all over again for the Kage. Only this time she was here to witness the destruction, and this time she had a chance to make things right. And with her Eagle Eye as she rapidly scanned the situation, she saw something in Raijin's hand she had never hoped to see.

By the Sage why did he know that technique.

Even if it was a different chakra signature, she was well aware of the Great Spiraling Ring Technique from experience. Given she knew the technique Elena had several theories as to how Raijin of all people got a hold of it, none of them good.

"I'm here." In comparison to the destruction all around her, her voice sounded quiet despite her speaking in her usual monotone-speaking volume. It wasn't for Raijin who had called her out, it wasn't for the people of Iwagakure or Sunagakure seeing as they deserved better then her. It was not for Ren Uchiha, of which his convenient arrival was too much of a coincidence. It was for Elena herself, a selfish act to remind herself that she had a job to do.

Preforming the Horse Hand Seal, she'd channel her rage into the Great Fire Annihilation Technique; However instead of a bright orange flame; it was the cool, light blue flames of Meiton that exited her mouth; flooding the sky as it shot up towards Raijin, the Akuta's face and mask, and the Kunitsukami. She just needed to knock Raijin out and make sure that the Konoha ninja wouldn't try to pull something on her like take Raijin away. Konoha had failed to dispose of Raijin the first time after all, she couldn't let them fail again.

As she expelled the blue flames, Elena prepared for what she expected the foreign ninja to do the moment they witnessed the flames; thinking to herself as she watched through her eyes, her negative sensory, and her sensing technique for anything that could happen. 'For those we have lost. For those we can yet save.'

Meanwhile as their Kage fought the interlopers, Titania Leveilleur and Irene Moneta of Iwatomics Incorperated alongside countless Warmachina & Shinobi were assisting in the evacuation of the village as best they could at the hospital; having gone that was in order to visit their friend & Kage. Even if Titania was just a blacksmith, it was an all hands on deck situation. Irena on the other hand was on standby as she was going to be needed once Raijin was taken down; after all he was supposed to be dead, so sealing him would likely be the next best option.

The Deets:

The moment the Tsuchikage merged out of the ground to confront Raijin. He immediately locked on to her. She was completely invisible to his sensing until that moment. I'll be damned. He thought. There she was. A huge source of chakra and negative emotions poured out from her. She held a beast within her as well. Diana spoke saying she was there, then immediately attacked Raijin and his doton automation. As she held a single seal, he sensed a swelling of chakra within her and then she released a powerful jutsu. Activating the seal on his right hand, the Garian Sword appeared in it. He pointed it at her as she attacked. A wave of blue fire was coursing through the air at him. It was so wide it would threaten to hit the Goliaths behind him as well. Raijin smirked, she was strong.

The wave was indeed fast but he was faster. "Wrong move Diana." To the naked eye the three pronged sword wasn't doing anything. But through Diana's doujutsu she might've caught the appearance of a chakra dragon before being obscured in waves that could cover a 200 meter area. The three headed dragon would rear its head forward and redirect the wave of fire. The wave would halt before bending back on itself and heading straight back towards Diana.

At the same time with his other hand holding the Great Spiraling Ring. He fire it towards the ground of the giant Akuta and the Kunitsukami. When it touched the ground it would cause a destruction Iwa had never seen. Diana would have to deal with attack she just released as it was fired back at herself. And also the explosion to come.

The explosion would rocket the area and as it would engulf everything with a shockwave and destructive energy. Even at their height in the sky. Raijin and behemoths were still in range. Ren would be fine against an attack like this. The Akuta would of course fail. Which was fine to Raijin as he eyed the explosion threatening to annihilate everything. He thought to himself the mission was complete. And with that he would disappear with a flash as he activated the Flying Thunder God technique.

Occupied with the fight against the Akuta, Ren did not see the Tsuchikage arrive or hear her soft voice over the destruction that rained down on the village. What he did notice however was the wave of blue flames that surged towards Raijin, the Akuta and himself. Ren delivered a decisive blow to the mask of the Akuta with his Kunitsukami causing it to begin to crumble, Raijin however seemed capable of handling it as he pulled out the Garian sword that Ren had given him. Using the three pronged sword, Raijin would redirect the flames back in the direction they came before turning and firing off the Great Spiralling Ring in his direction. While it was a slight surprise as it wasn't part of the original plan, it did help to sell the act. Quickly dismissing the Kunitsukami, Ren would summon the Uchiha Gunbai to his hand placing it in the great spiralling ring's path and be redirected back. With Raijin already disappearing to escape the blast radius, it wasn't about redirecting the attack back at him but rather put at least some distance between its explosion and the village. It would at the very least reduce some of the damage that would have been caused if the technique had found its mark, to those that survived it would be by all appearance be thanks to his help and by proxy Konohagakure.

Using the Gunbai to send Raijin's attack back into the air above the village, Ren would move through the Kamui dimension to a safe distance to ensure he made it out of the blast radius of the redirected attack. He would pause for merely a second within the Kamui dimension to merge with his other half before stepping out well over 500 meters from where he had been, now whole Ren would create nine truth seeking balls that would begin to float in the air around him as he activated his chakra cloak as he emerged from the Kamui Dimension in the air above the village. Ren would look to the destruction caused by the attack, stifling a smile as he looked down upon the people below that either scrambled to escape the destruction or those few that were trying to help. His focus now on finding Diana, Ren would move through the air until he found her by either sight or his sensing. Despite the attack, he was there officially to deliver notice to the Tsuchikage and that was what he was going to do. To return to Konoha now without an answer, would be foolish and be viewed as a failure to his village. Of course if he didn't find her, then he would just have to return to Konohagakure with the Terrible news of Iwa's destruction and the Kage m.i.a. Konoha would then move in offering relief and aid, as he knew the weak Hokage would. It would work out in the end, no matter which path was taken there was only one true destination, living in the light or dying in darkness.

As the light blue flames grew ever closer toward Raijin, she'd both see & sense him activate a seal she recognized well enough and smiled. The more he was focused on her the better, and while she hadn't expected the appearance of the Garian Sword (she was expecting him to either tank the attack, fly out of it's range or use the Sphere to overwhelm the flames) he had taken the bait. Great Fire Annihilation was good with dealing with a crowd, sure, but it was ultimately a sub-par technique against a single or few opponents; it was much better against an army. Compared to Great Fire Destruction it was a weaker flame, had less range, and it matched the speed of it's sibling. The only advantage it held was that one could fire off the technique faster due to having less hand seals, and against a sealless technique it was almost the perfect technique given that the foreign Shinobi were on the technique's outer range; especially now as the flames grew ever closer to Raijin.

Seeing the dragon form from the sword through her dojutsu thanks to Nue improving her eyesight, she would watch as Raijin turned the flames back at her by the time they had traveled over half of the technique's range; not that it would matter as she watched him fire the Spiraling Ring and moving her onto the next step in her plan: Absorbing the nuke like she had the very first time she used the technique herself. It would be close, closer then the Kage would've liked, but with Mayfly she'd be able to activate the technique just in time.

At least that was the initial plan. As she dew upon Mayfly and shot towards the drop zone of the Ring above ground preforming the Horse, Dragon, Rat, & Hare signs; She would watch & sense Ren redirect the attack upwards into the air with a gunbai and giving her even more time to line up her technique before she felt his (as well as Raijin's) signature disappear. She made a mental note that whatever technique let Ren disappear originated from his eye; Mangekyou? Or perhaps the evolution that Kimiko had mentioned? Whatever it was, it gave her some possible answers...and a lot more questions.

Standing underneath the expanding sphere of chakra with time to spare, she'd extend her hand and finish activating Singularity. At the same time an outline of the Gozu Tennō appeared and glowed a fierce red on her back; Diana's hair becoming a white mane and claws forming on her fingers. As the sphere entered the Singularity's range, it's decent and expansion would stop for a second, allowing Ren upon returning to see the sphere in all it's glory before it began to shrink; the massive sphere being siphoned into the mark on her hand. From all around the citizens of Iwa would watch as the sphere that would've spelled their doom would disappear from the skyline; taking a solid 10 seconds in total since she activated the technique for even the mighty power of Singularity to absorb such a massive source of chakra. In a strange way, the fact that the Akuta had attacked first on top of the mystery explosions made it so that any nearby buildings that could've been destroyed by the sphere were already low enough that not a single person was caught in the massive blast.

As the last wisp of chakra slipped into the mark and Nue's traits faded back into the dissapearing seal, her hand still held up towards the sky, Elana took on heavy, painful breaths. Her better had absorbed such a blast once and without worry that she could harm someone. Elena had to do so in a crisisc and yet said crisis was averted by her hand. A repeat of the Sunagakure massacre was avoided; she had done it. Head turned towards that wonderful sky, Elena cried out as loud as she could while Titania and Irena made their way to their leader.

"ON MY BLOOD, HONOR, AND SOUL AS THE SAIGO-DAI TSUCHIKAGE; IWAGAKURE WILL NOT FALL THIS DAY SO LONG AS WE STAND TALL!"

The Deets:

Ren would stifle a smirk to himself as he looked down upon Diana as she called out to the village about standing tall, it was an easy thing to say. So patriotic and uplifting,despite the destruction that had laid waste to her village, she still tried to rally her people behind her. However, considering the fact that no one really stood in Raijin's way or stopped the other parts of the attack, it was not so easily done and it was too little too late. Still, as it would happen, the attack was over. While Raijin had not destroyed as much as was planned, and he left before actually fighting the Tsuchikage, it was more than enough to show the world that Raijin was still at large. While Ren knew there was a larger threat looming on the horizon, he knew that many would not believe it until it was too late. Using Raijin to shake things up would allow the villages to realize that there are threats that they cannot handle on their own and that they would need to work together to defeat the threats, or at least that was the hope. It was impossible for everyone to see the Light, there would always be those that resisted or believed they were capable of defending the world alone, they were all fools. Those few however that did truly see the Light, they would be the world's best and possibly only chance to survive what was too come. Only the strong would survive in this new world, and those too weak to stand would be left to turn to dust. Those that tried to protect the weak would also fall by the wayside in the days to come, there is always a price and soon the people of this world was going to have to pay their tab.

Looking down at the Tsuchikage from his vantage point a hundred and fifty meters in the air above the village, cloaked in chakra with nine truth seeking balls floating idly behind him, Ren would call down to her. "Tsuchikage Diana Elena Moneta Korikane-Kotoshura, I am Ren Uchiha of Konohagakure. I have been sent here to ask that you turn yourself in for the crimes you have committed against the hidden leaf village by order of Lord Hokage Tengoku Shinku. You are asked by the Lord Hokage to surrender yourself to me peacefully and return to Konohagakure with me to answer for your crimes committed in our land, you will be treated with respect and dignity befitting one of your station and viewed as a Guest of the Lord Hokage. Iwagakure will become a vassal state of Konohagakure until your release by the Hokage or another Shinobi of your village is appointed by your village to rule in your stead. However, in light of the recent attack your village has just suffered at the hands of Raijin, I am willing to give you the time to make arrangements with your forces so that your village may begin recovering in your absence. If you do what is asked peacefully, Konohagakure will aid your village in its reconstruction despite your crimes, refuse and your people will be the ones that suffer from your pride. You will receive no aid, your village will be considered at war with Konohagakure. You will become an enemy, at which point I will be bound by honor to take action against. Having just helped in defending your village from a threat we all face, that is not something I wish to happen. It is not just Iwagakure that must stand tall, but all the villages, we must stand against this threat together. As such I implore you to surrender yourself peacefully, because I do not wish for this matter between our villages to escalate further than words."

While he spoke his tone was calm and non threatening, even the part about if Diana refused she would become an enemy wasn't stated threateningly but rather as a simple matter of fact. Of course his impromptu delivery of the message was more on par with the original dictated by Airi rather than the one dictated by Tengoku, considering the latter had not stated anything about the potential of war, Ren took it upon himself to make the changes to the message as he felt it made more of a statement. He trusted Airi's assessment of the woman, that she would not wish war for her people. Considering they had just suffered an attack from Raijin, he believed that she would not wish her people to suffer further.

As Titania and Irena got close to the Tsuchikage they'd look up and see the approaching shinobi in the air, the two cautious but ultimately sure of their path forward. However as they approached they also noticed that something was wrong; the Tsuchikage wasn't moving. Her body just stood there; hand outstretched towards the sky & head looking up. It was a very strange sight to see and very unnerving for the Blacksmith.

Irena was the one to reach the Tsuchikage first about three sentences into Ren's speech, and the moment she placed her hand on her the body crumpled under it's own weight; Irena quickly catching her and checking over her for signs of what happened. No signs of a pulse, her body was still warm...one look into the Kage's eyes said it all. Titania was the first between them to speak. "Her heart must've finally given out after pushing her limits." Neither of them were paying much attention to the Uchiha's words now; whatever he wanted with her wouldn't come to fruition. Not that they could hear him that well given he was flying above the ground at about 35 stories above ground.

Whether he'd stop his speech midway through or finished it up, he would recieve no response unless he got within a reasonable human distance for Irena to yell back at him. "She's dead Uchiha, your words were wasted on a corpse." It was no secret to the village that the Tsuchikage didn't have the best of health, she regularly took medication to both fight off the plague that struck her multiple times, but also to keep her heart, joint pain, and allergies in check. From what she could guess the combination of the plague, the stress of being Kage, and running herself ragged to try and build the Western Alliance on top of her already weakened constitution was more then what Nue could heal on their own.

The Proto-Warmachina would lift up Diana and spoke to Ren instead of yelling. "We appreciate your assistance in defending the village, but we would appreciate it more if you simply left now. Go and tell your Kage that if they still desire to conquer Iwagakure because the Tsuchikage cannot comply to do the right thing and just leave us be. Or don't and gather an army that we would be forced to surrender to the moment you entered our doorstep; after all, Konohagakure has already conquered Iwagakure multiple times, what is one more victory notch for you warmongers?" She didn't glare, didn't raise her voice; Irena simply spoke like what she said was a fact of life. However her eyes spoke a different story; if Ren were to look into them they would see an anger that burned brightly. She'd look for a few seconds, and if Ren didn't say anything she'd walk off with Titania following behind. They had work to do after all.

Ren would stop speaking as he saw Diana fall to the ground as her companions joined her, disappointed in the fact that his speech was interrupted before he got to the good part. He would move down towards the trio slowly, his eyes watching the two that stood next to the fallen Kage as he landed on the ground approximately 25 meters away from them. The cloak dissipating as he landed, but the truth seeking balls would remain hovering in the air behind him making a slow circle as he silently looked upon the three of them. As one of the three would move to pick Diana up off the ground, two of the nine truth seeking balls would fly out from behind him closing the small distance between them in a fraction of a second. The two balls would come to a sudden stop mere inches from the faces of the two women that stood by the Tsuchikage, "I'm afraid I cannot allow you to do that." Ren would state as he began stepping towards them, if either of them moved the truth seeking orbs would be able to instantly turn the pair to ash for their trouble. While it was possible the woman was truly dead, Ren knew that she was also a wielder of a powerful entity. Considering the fact that the village wasn't currently being destroyed by this entity that would have been freed on her death, Ren doubted if this death was real or simply an act to try to fool Konoha. Either way he would have his concerns addressed later when he had Tadara perform an autopsy, for now his focus was on the pair standing by the presumed dead Tsuchikage. "I am going to have to take the body back with me, as proof of her death. However, while I'm here , let us not wait for an army or war to form. Surrender now, accept Konoha's protection and rule, hand over the village's artifacts and other treasures so that I can take them for safe keeping where they are better secured. Your people have no leader, and you can't hope to protect the villager's let alone valuable treasure if Raijin returns and finishes what he started. We can spare everyone a lot of time and bloodshed, if you simply submit now. Of course if you don't, you won't be around to see the days that follow this one."

Titania and Irena would stop moving as the balls got in their way, the Proto-Warmachina barely able to catch the Kage's hand before it touched the orb. Even though they didn't know what the orbs could do, after witnessing the attack they had no doubt these orbs were bad news. Then Ren spoke, and it took everything within Irena to not try to preform a suicidal attack. Once again the Uchiha Clan showed that arrogance they all carried. That arrogance all Konoha ninja showed. How Diana had seen good in them perplexed Irena, let alone the fact that if not for two of said ninja she would not have existed. Perhaps that was why she never went to confront the Hyuuga; the connection was too close to home.

As Ren finished up his speech, Irena glaring daggers she'd speak up. "Do you hear you-" "We surrender!...The Hidden Village of Iwagakure surrenders." Titania would sadly look at Irena, the latter shocked at being interrupted. "Irena, disarm yourself of the treasured tools and hand them over to Uchiha Ren of Konohagakure. Then we will go and retrieve the steam armor and other treasures." Irena began to open her mouth to say something, but Titania gave her own glare with the intensity only a mother could.

"ENOUGH PEOPLE HAVE DIED CERISE! ENOUGH PARENTS! ENOUGH CHILDREN! HOW MANY MORE?" Tears were running down her face, but the blacksmith persisted. "Now, disarm yourself Child of Moneta. For those who have died, for those who we can yet save." Irena closed her eyes, clenched her fist for several seconds till it was chalk white, then released. "...Very well. For those we can yet save."

Titania looked to Ren and gestured to the balls in front of them, and if he moved them out of the way Irena would disarm, putting the rope, gourd, and sword on the ground before picking up the body of the deceased Kage. Titania then motioned for the three of them to go to the vault to go and gather the remaining treasures...if any of them had survived the explosions that is.

Ren was pleased to see that at least one of the women had some form of sense, surrendering and pleading with her companion to do the same. Once the other one agreed, Ren would move the truth seeking balls away from them to give them room to move but would keep the balls between them and himself in case they tried anything. Smiling as the woman set three of treasures tools of the sage on the ground, he had not expected that they actually had artifacts on them but to see that they did was pleasing. When the woman would move back to pick up the body of the Tsuchikage again, the two truth seeking balls would instantly move forward blocking her from reaching the body. "I told you, I could not allow you to do that." Ren would state in an authoritative yet calm voice as he moved closer, his Mangekyou Sharingan activating as the three items that Irene placed on the ground would disappear into the Kamui Dimension. Looking to both of the women in front of him, "taking me to the vault will not be necessary. You would be of more use here, tend to the wounded, help those in need, and inform what remains of your forces that aid from Konohagakure will arrive as quickly as possible. I will tend to the vault myself before I return with my report to the Hokage, and I am sure he will waste no time in the sending of aid." Ren would state as he bent down at his knees to crouch by the corpse of Diana, his eyes never leaving the two women standing in front of him. Once he was done speaking, Ren would touch the corpse at her feet and disappear into the Kamui Dimension, the corpse and the truth seeking balls disappearing with him.
