Description: A kinjutsu technique gained from the defeat of the Indaina Kujira when Diana partook in the Tako-Hachibi a la Supreme, Her twin bloodlines mutating the effects of the meal into a complete reawakening of her Kekkei Mōra, something she had as a child but removed the memories of how to use through improper use. This mutation is reflected by the user's eyes changing into what Diana calls the 'Kiokugan' when in use, and a lack of physical aging past the age of 25.
The main ocular technique of the eyes are to extract and convert memories, be it their own or another's (even dead), into crystals no bigger then an baseball (A hardness, A quality). This is done by touching the target, extracting the desired memory, and then solidifying the information through the use of Shōton. The user can then share the memories with a target either by projecting the memory out as a hologram or by directly showing the experience within some ones mind. The process of locating the memory is instant, no matter how old, making it great for interrogation, but it's true power lies in how the user can reverse this process of extracting memories to instead quickly recharge enchantments. By touching an item with low/no charges remaining, the user can impart their own experiences into the item as potential energy for it to use. The process takes an entire post to preform as the user needs total concentration and cannot be preformed in combat if the item is not attuned to the user, but the user does not need to be the original enchanter nor have the element/skill the enchantment would normally require.
The upkeep ability of the eyes grant the user chakra sight, partial (50%) tenketsu sight up to 50m, infrared sight, the ability to learn & use the Blast Receivers derivative technique, and a +1 tier Unique Boost to Perception (this is treated as a bloodline boost in the stack). If the user has Kanchijutsu, the user can temporarily forgo the Percption boost to reduce the Sensing Technique's cost to 0.2 CP while the Dojutsu is active.
Weaknesses: Contact with the marbles are required to both play memories directly into the minds of participants and to dismiss them. Once a memory is placed into one of the marbles, the user only has a vague idea what the marble contains. If the user's eyes are removed, they cannot use this technique until they get a new pair of eyes, as while the technique is connected to the user and not the eyes themselves, using the technique does require having at least 1 eye. This restricted counts as a bloodline/KKG, and as such takes up a bloodline slot, and can be implanted into others. Implanting does not require Dual KKG restricted, but in order to use the Kiokugan, the user requires the Dual KKG starter restricted.

Description: The user creates one Blast Receiver, a crystal-like rod of up to 3 meters in length which acts as a chakra demodulator. This allows the user to remotely transmit their chakra into the rod and, by extension, anything the rod is embedded in. The maximum range for this effect is 150m. The quality of these rods are C-rank per the technique, however their hardness is A as they are made of Korikane crystal.
If the user has learned the Iwa Kinjutsu technique, the user can have up to eight rods passively float within 1m of the user so they can be used for additional derivative techniques; as the Kinjutsu allows the user to understand how to more aptly infuse their chakra into the rods for their flight.
To unlock/learn this technique, the user must spend 200 XP.
Weaknesses: The rods can be snapped by C-Tier or higher Strength and disintegrate if their creator is killed or incapacitated. Rods floating next to the user do not actively harm or hinder people unless they are physically interacted with, or the user pays CP to use them in a technique. The floating rods do not grant flight to the user.
