This minor illusion also allows the user to cause the mask to glow faintly, giving it the appearance of an all-white mask with a soft glow of light. The mask makes the user impossible to identify however they gain no renown while wearing the mask, the strange property of which it is made is so dense that even a Byakugan cannot see through the mask to the user's face, yet it remains light weight and unemcumbering to the wearer.

Once attuned, the wearer's chakra is completely hidden from most sensory type techniques as if they were using chakra suppression, as long as they are not using chakra. Some techniques like Rain Tiger at Will, Mind's Eye, or Doujutsu like Byakugan or Sharingan, that use other methods of detection (elements/Doujutsu/Restricteds) can still detect the wearer, however they will be unable to identify the chakra, even if they had sensed/seen the chakra before. When using chakra, the user will briefly appear as a blip of chakra on techniques like the Sensing Technique but like with the other techniques that can see the user's chakra, it will be unidentifiable. Even sensing/seeing the wearer on two different occasions, the chakra signatures would not match, the mask scrambling the chakra to appear as another random signature. This requires no interaction on the user's part beyond putting the mask on and attuning to it.
