    You may have noticed that we have a Technique Library with site-specific registrations of many canon techniques. While it is certainly a large list, it does not contain every technique out there.

    So, if you are interested in a technique that isn't in the technique library and either doesn't have a rank on the wiki or that you think needs a site-specific registration, post the name and a link here. You can also include what rank you think it should be, or what specific abilities it should have in relation to the site.

    We'll do our best to have it done as quick as possible and add it to the technique library. How do you know when it's done? Your request post will be deleted (so as not to clutter this topic), only once your request has been fulfilled. Alternatively, we may decide not to complete that technique for one reason or another, and in this case, we'll let you know why via a private message.

The concept is; The shinobi in question is required to emit thunder chakra and engulf both their hands in said Chakra. When this is completed with a  knowledge of basic fighting the shinobi in question has achieved Ikazuchiken. The gift of fists of lightning grants a speed boost to the user and an electric touch.

    Description: The user must perform this the same instance that they form the Shadow Clone in question. This infuses the explosion into the clone on-creation so that when the clone would normally disperse or be destroyed, instead of harmlessly bursting into smoke: it explodes. This technique infuses a highly condensed orb of chakra into the core of the clone, held in check by the clones semi-physical state. However the moment the clones form begins to disperse, the chakra is released in a massive, heatless, shockwave explosion covering a fifty-meter radius. This explosion triggers instantly with the destruction of the clone and travels at S-Rank speeds with S-Rank power.
    Weaknesses: Due to the nature of this technique, those with Dojutsu that can see chakra or sense it stored in a clone will be able to see a large amount (specifically 25) of extra chakra in the clone. Though they cannot tell it's a bomb, it will hint that the clone is different in some way.

    This technique is called "Bunshin Bakuha", or "Clone Great Explosion" its listed in Itachi's profile in the databooks as being an A-rank technique, with a 5m range. One of my particular favorites. Here's the Narutopedia article using information directly from the Databooks .

Manipulating the Dragon Veins requires fine chakra control, but if one has such skill, they can use this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defences, and even to attack.

    However, if the user has B tier base Coordination then they can only split the earth in a straight line in front of them. To use this technique effectively, having A tier base Coordination will allow accurate and complex dividing the earth. However this technique always starts in front of the user.
    Weaknesses:
    This technique is not an offensive technique so it cannot deliver direct damage. However this technique alters the battlefield and can cause permanent damage to the environment. Careless use of this technique in enclosed spaces can cause a collapse which will endanger everyone involved.

    Additionally, smaller waves of earth can branch off from the main one to attack from a distance. The sheer size of these waves is 1 meter height, width, and thick. The speed behind these smaller waves is equivalent to the user’s Coordination. Damage wise these small waves can deliver B rank worth of crushing power, but their main focus is to manipulate the terrain around the user and their opponent. Which can cause the terrain itself to bury their opponents or disrupt structure integrity.
    Weaknesses:
    If the user expands the main wave, they cannot manipulate the smaller waves of earth for that post. The limit number of small waves that can be controlled at any time is 2. Any use of other techniques will cause this technique to end prematurely.

    this is already in the Doton library, albeit under a different name. I believe them to be the same jutsu and don't see the need in approving a 2nd tech that does the same thing.

    I'm sorry but you can't lock a canon jutsu to a village, only the pre-approved ones that are already there can be locked or customs. Since this is canon it would be open to all, also up the rank to A please.

    Description: The fabled ritual of Jashin's followers, said to grant immortality of both the mind and body, has been preserved in the bowels of St. Memori's Cathedral. This ritual can only be placed on a subject by the highest authorities of the Church. The exact mechanics of the ritual are a closely guarded secret, but it involves inscribing the circled-triangle of Jashin on the Follower's forehead  with blood. Recovered surviving texts reference altars, while artworks depict different iterations, suggesting the technique has evolved over time.

    Jashin's blessing will imbue the body with profound levels of physical stamina and constitution. The Follower will be virtually unable to die from most causes. The ritual allows them to survive normally fatal injuries, surviving even dismemberment and decapitation (retaining the ability to speak and control their limbs after severing). Unfortunately, the body will still experience pain, but the most devout followers relish it. Jashinist's also are gifted extremely fast regeneration, recovering from normally fatal injuries very quickly, barring dismemberment.

    The Ritual grants the Jashinist a permanent +2 Tier boost to Constitution, and physical stamina (Coordination or Speed?).In turn, the Jashinist receives a level of indestructibility, and can no longer be killed via physical injury, including dismemberment, decapitation, blood-loss, internal trauma, explosions, etc.  Immortality is passive, and does not require upkeep, unless using Regeneration. For a large amount of chakra (30), the Jashinist can trigger regeneration, recovering from most physical injuries (except dismemberment and decapitation). Jashinism also allows access to Jashinist "Curse Techniques" (Including "Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood) and allows them to register Customs in this area.

    Curse Techniques: Lord Jashin blesses his faithful with unnatural abilities, so long as they take something from their opponent's in return, and suffer in his name. Curse Techniques harm the enemy by inflicting a curse. Blood is a common vehicle for Curse Techniques (Death Controlling Possessed Blood , and Body Controlling Manipulated Blood ), however records suggest there are additional avenues (Blood, Bone, Flesh, Chakra, Organs, Items, etc. ). Curse Techniques operate by seizing something from the opponents body, and using it as a medium to create a link between them and the caster. This area of Jutsu is very poorly understood by the broader Shinobi world. These techniques are subject to their individual rules and restrictions.

    Costs 1,000 Exp to unlock, + Granted by Jashinist authority.  

    Weaknesses:  Jashinist's blessed by this ritual cannot die or be killed by conventional means. Unfortunately this means the most agonizing  methods available can dispose of them.

    Dismemberment, and breaking the body into pieces will neutralize them. Regeneration does not affect severed limbs (e.g cannot regrow or re-attach a limb). The most effective weakness of course, is to fully dismember and decapitate them, ensuring they cannot regenerate and slowly starve to death.  Jashinist's can still be sealed, or contained within barrier-ninjutsu. They can also be defeated through malnutrition and dehydration and likewise they can still be drowned and suffocated. Draining a Jashinist of their chakra will kill them as well. .  

    Strong corrosive substances (e.g Chemistry, Boil and Lava) that can out-speed the regeneration can effectively neutralize regeneration, but will not kill them. Other unorthodox methods include freezing/petrifying/crystallization followed by shattering the body. Dust Release's atomizing will completely disintegrate the body and overpower this technique (naturally).

    Interestingly, Chinoike blood techniques interact strangely with this technique. The cursed nature of this technique forcefully rejects the Sakon-Ukon Kekkei Genkai, and similar abilities. Jashinist's cannot receive Cursed Seals or Tailed Beasts.

    We have "Jashinism" listed under Enhanced States, but it needs a technique. Used Hidan's wiki-page as a reference .

    Mayfly:

    Description: Mayfly is an infiltration technique, seizing upon the abundance of soil, water, and flora to merge the user's body with the land, and move at high speed through it. Mayfly is most commonly associated with illegal Senju experiments with Wood Release, but it has been researched, and expanded upon. While merge with the ground, the user can move across a country at high speeds, and they cannot be detected by Sensory or Doujutsu techniques.

    The user's ability as a Sensor receives an enhanced range of +250m. Bunshinjutsu can be chained with Mayfly, to produce a surveillance network of clones.

    Weaknesses: Cannot bypass Space-time Barriers, or chakra-barriers of A-rank or higher. If detected, user is vulnerable to Lightning Style, and technique will be neutralized by B-rank or higher technique.

    Description: By flowing chakra through the strings which control a puppet, the user activates a set of chakra panels which project a chakra shield to block an incoming attack. The shield can be made quite powerful, but the defensive strength is directly proportional to the chakra put into it. The shield can be shaped to an extent such that larger puppet generate larger shields to adequately protect them, but the size will not exceed roughly the size of the puppet. Alternatively, the barrier can form a hemisphere around the puppet.
    Weaknesses: If the panels are significantly damaged or destroyed, this technique will fail. Likewise, if the panels are in some way obstructed and locked inside the puppet, this technique cannot be used. Cannot use a rank of shield higher than their rank/intelligence would permit. If creating a hemisphere, the puppet using this cannot move until it deactivates this technique.
