Description: The user has the ability to manifest special red, glowing, malleable chakra, which, when on standby, floats in a chakram-like formation behind their back. The user is able to manipulate it to form various makeshift tools and weapons, similar to Truth-Seeking Balls, or produce these from their body such as making claws. This chakra in question has a natural durability and hardness equivalent to the user's base Stamina (Otsutsuki bonus included). The amount of tools that can be created on activation is three, plus one for every tier of Stamina above E-tier, maxing at eight tools at S-tier. However, each tool can also be made into small weapons like senbon, shuriken, kunai, tanto, knives, stakes, etc. at a rate of 5 per 1 tool. Doing so reduces the power of the tool that made them by a tier, but allows for an equal increase in straight pathed speed.
These Tools can be created and altered at speeds equal to the User's Base Coordination, but their manipulation speed is set at A rank. The force behind each tool starts at S strength, but the number of tools created affects the power of each individual tool. The tools can merge with one another to increase the strength of each depending on the mixture. If 2 of the same rank merge, the power becomes equal to the rank above them (ie, 2A=1S, 2B=1A, etc)
DEFAULT
1 Tool = 1 at S Strength
2 Tools = 2 at A Strength
3 Tools = 1 at A, 2 at B
4 Tools = 4 at B Strength
5 Tools = 3 at B, 2 at C
6 Tools = 2 at B, 4 at C,
7 Tools = 1 at B, 6 at C
8 Tools = 8 at C Strength
The creation of weapons always begins from the chakram formation behind their back.
Weaknesses:
All tools made by this technique disappear when the technique is ended. While the tools remain in existence as long as this is maintained, if they leave the range of the technique, the user can no longer manipulate the tool(s) until entering range again. This can be especially damaging if someone manages to capture all the tools in some sort of trap and keep them out of a range where they are able to return to the user, as the only way to create more manipulatable tools at that point would be to cancel the technique and reactivate it, or otherwise get back in range.
