As a jounin came along, they could go to Kiri as planned. He walked alongside the other genin with the jounin escort and began to make their way to Kirigakure.

Quarashibanzai would come running after the group. The resident jerk had a massive backpack strapped to his back. There was no way the Agent Provacateur was going to miss such a historic event. He followed Kureji out of the gates and went along with the rest of the group to Kirigakure.

The gates were a sight to see. Raijin had actually been enjoying the view of the Senju forest. Drinking his cheap liquor, he needed a kick before tackling this goal. The Land of Fires Leaf village hemmed up to all the stories he had heard before. But it wouldn't be enjoyable for long. For the Society had business to take care of.

Raijin had on a black cloak, but left his mask off. He wanted them to see the beast under the mask. There were guards at the gates. He anticipated that he would be stopped. And they attempted to. However Raijin was quick as he dashed forward and drew his Tonto. Cutting them down. Then he entered the village with his clone close by.

[Enter Konoha]

With the guards down. Raijin's time in Konoha had come to an abrupt end. The leader would make their way here eventually. But he had seen more than enough. With his new belongings he made his way out the gates.

An 8 yrs old Tatsu, body covered with surgical scars, and wearing a burial Kimono wandered to the gates. Caked mud from the riverside she crawled out of, and scrapes from bramble and forest life like a hobo's attempt at body art. Entered the Gates.

Shivering, cold, lost and scared she waited to see if anyone could help her. If not find her family, at least help get her cleaned up and get her in the right direction.

Masaru would approach the gates of the village with Amaya intow, no doubt they would be suspicious of the two foreigners, however since Konoha owned the Land of Stone perhaps they would be allowed entry unmolested.

He's already lost several shipments to a group of bandits despite hiring help elsewhere, and he would like to avoid this happening any longer, lest he be put out of business. The bandits are small in number, but they are trained ninja, so use caution. More than one shinobi is suggested, though not required. Accompany Mr. Eto to the Land of Wind border at the edge of the Senju Forest while defending his large cart.

Jingo felt almost lethargic as he made his way out of his home this morning. There was a feeling as though he had sat around doing nothing for ages, even though he had just recently declared himself the leader of the Senju clan and made himself busy with their affairs. Even with his new status however, he was still a jounin, and as such he was beholden to the village’s desires. This meant that he must continue to go out on missions, even if they were somewhat beneath his status. He didn’t have any issues with arrangement, as it allowed him to continue to grow stronger instead of stagnating in his office. Today’s mission didn’t seem as though it was going to be too eventful, though he still had to be prepared for unsuspected eventualities. As he was going on a mission where he expected combat, he had forgone his usual extravagant robes and opted for a simple pair of black pants and trousers suitable for use in dextrous maneuvers and combat. Upon his feet he wore black combat boots and over his shirt he wore a simple flak jacket with the insignia of the senju clan on its back.

He had left his house a bit late so he quickly made his way to the village gate where he began to wait for his assigned partner for this mission. He had heard that he was supposed to drag a genin along on this mission or something, but he just hoped this genin was the sort to arrive on time.

Suguru opened his eyes in the way a drowning man does when he finally gets a grasp of air. There was an incessant knocking at his door and his mind was a complete jumble.

How long have I been asleep?

His whole body was a fuzz of pin and needles, was sleeping fully dressed and was that mould in the ramen cup? This and much more were on Suguru’s mind, yet the knocking broke the silence once more, and finally gained Suguru’s focus.

“I'm coming, I'm coming!” Suguru shouted as best he could, realizing now he had an extremely dry throat.

Taking a swing of the flat soda on his bedside, he made it to the door. There, he found a Shinobi, with a letter in his hand. He had no idea who they were, since he knew only about 4 shinobi in the whole village, the rest of his memory filled with all the woman who had breasts in the leaf, yet he could tell he was no academy student errand boy.

“Urgent mission for the Suguru, Genin ranked shinobi.” He began. “Clerical error, the mission was supposed to go to a capable shinobi.” He finished, after seeing the confusion on Suguru’s face.

“Thanks, I guess? Wait, did you just-” Suguru begun before the Shinobi in front of him weaved some hand signs and disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving the sentence unfinished. He broke the seal of the letter with his nail and quickly gave it a read.

You are hereby commanded... blah, blah, blah …mandatory mission... blah, blah, blah …At the northwestern gate…

Bingo.

…By 9:30…

It was 9:23.

Fuck.

Suguru slammed the door behind, rushing with all the speed a man could as whilst he was tying his headband, causing him to slam multiple times in the walls of the narrow corridor.

Dressed in a floral black haori and black bermuda shorts, he ran in the Konoha streets, narrowly avoiding even collisions with busty women. Finally, at 9:34, Suguru was at the gate, a mess of sweat and out of breath.

It was at this point he had no clue who he was supposed to meet. Fishing out the letter, he began speedily reading again, and this time, his eyes fell on something rather worrying.

This mission is classified as B-rank, and it is expected to be treated as such.

Jingo had been waiting there for a few minutes, just watching the people as they walked around the gate plaza. He hadn’t really interacted with the youth of konoha in the past few years. His tenure as a jounin and now as the Senju clan leader left him far too busy to be saddled with being a sensei. He had high expectations for the youth of today, given that they were some of the first to be raised entirely in a village setting, rather than having to deal with growing up in separate clans. This mission was a chance for him to see what this new generation was made of, and to hopefully take pride in his village, though such pride had been difficult to have given recent circumstances. He made sure not to get his hopes up too high of course, as even if this genin wasn’t up to his expectations, he would still treat him with plenty of respect and interest.

After waiting for a few moments, he looked down one of the roads and saw a disheveled, dirty young man sprinting towards the gate plaza. He looked like a man on a mission, covered in sweat and grime, clutching onto paper for dear life as he panted and took a look at the paper he was carrying. Jingo raised a single eyebrow at the sight, before smiling and making his way over to the boy.

After arriving a few feet away from the boy Jingo said, “Would you happen to be the genin I’ve been waiting on to arrive?”

Though he had worded his question as if he was chastising the boy for his tardiness, Jingo didn’t really mind. He just thought that messing with the kid would give him some insight into his personality, assuming he was of course, the genin he was waiting for. Jingo awaited the boy’s answer, all the while staring intently at him with as much of a serious vibe as he could muster, stifling his desire to laugh at his attempt at a joke.

Why in the name of all good, was he, a genin, not a prodigy or some product of a great clan, below average by most standards, being entrusted such a mission. He didn’t know much what the ranking actually meant, but he was sure he was not going to be walking dogs for sure.

Between panting breaths, Suguru couldn’t decide between trying to fathom why he was given a B-Rank mission or trying to find the shinobi he was partnered with.

Just as he was stuck in thought, bewilderingly confused at his situation, a tall slender figure cast a shadow over him. His eyes slowly rose with anticipation of seeing some full breast, yet the feminine figure was not a female at all, but a rather athletic man, of refined features and clothes.

Suguru assumed this was a rich merchant of some kind, as the rough and tumble lifestyle of a shinobi would definitely not afford either the finery of such clothes or refined physique.  Such people didn’t meddle with the class of person that Suguru was, so he decided to respond with utmost respect, even though this was at best hollow.

"I guess that would be me, aye. Apologies for the lateness, but this missive came to me unannounced whilst I was indisposed." Suguru began. “I hope this did not inconvenience you too much, master-"

Suguru paused for a moment.

"What should I call you? I am Suguru of the Leaf.” Suguru finished, with a slight bow.

Albeit this niceness was mostly just a show, this man radiated an aura of respect that even someone as uncouth as Suguru could not ignore.

Jingo watched the boy with interest, anticipating whatever excuse someone in his position could come up with. Surprisingly, he made no excuses about his situation and instead apologized. This was followed with the boy asking him for his name and acting especially cordial for some reason. This was all it took for Jingo to lose his composure and chuckle a bit before saying, “Well Sugaru of the Leaf, I believe you may have mistaken me for something I'm not. My name is Jingo Senju and I am going to be leading this mission today.” He could tell Sugaru wasn’t exactly well versed in etiquette, but Jingo could at least appreciate the attempt. He cleared his throat for a moment before continuing, “I apologize for the sudden assignment, but as you may be aware, the village has fallen on hard times recently, so even genin must be sent on somewhat dangerous missions.” Jingo had casually glossed over the dangerous part of this mission, assuming that the boy had some understanding of what was involved in missions of B rank or higher.

“Today our mission will be to escort the trade shipment of a well respected merchant named Mr. Eto as he makes his way to the border of the Senju Forest. Given the recent circumstances, a group of bandits have set up shop along the path we are taking. Be warned that these bandits are trained ninja and the threat they pose should not be underestimated.” Jingo attempted to drive home that the boy should be on guard and prepared for serious combat, but his lackadaisical way of speaking made it hard for anyone listening to imagine that he was very serious about the level of threat.

He paused for a moment and said, “Now that you have been briefed, we really should get going, we are already late. Remember to properly sign out of the village before we leave.” Assuming the boy was following him, Jingo made his way to the sign in office near the gate and placed down his reason for leaving. After doing so he made his way out of the village, with Suguru hopefully tagging along behind him.

The mere mention of Jingo’s role in the mission was enough to introduce a new form of complete panic in the young genin.

How could one be so princely and be a shinobi? Either he was a sham, bought rank with gold or else…a god of shinobi.

Either he was going to die today, or watch ninjutsu that will blow his mind.

Suguru nodded along as Jingo explained the reason why he was assigned, even though he had no idea what hard times the village had fallen on. Hopefully, that didn’t mean he was going to get kicked out of his apartment. At least, his partner seemed quite laidback when it came to the danger. Maybe he really was some shinobi legend.

Thankfully, Jingo took the time to explain the mission and more importantly, to actually sign out of the village. Suguru had never officially left the village, and the last thing he needed was a week under the knife on an ANBU agent because he forget to sign some form.

Following his every move, Suguru signed were he saw Jingo sign, stepped where Jingo stepped and practically made sure he did not invoke any suspicion on himself, which he, of course, was doing in spades thanks to his unusual actions.

It was as they were making their way of the village, that Jingo’s surname rung a bell in the genin’s mind.

Senju? He had heard that name before.

A busty gal? No.

A teacher? No.

A whole park named after that? Yes.

Kagura moved to the gate’s guard booth, quickly jotting down her name and giving the guards a smile. She had grown quite the reputation, and they recognized her on the spot, one of which getting nervous and fumbling over his words. The other gave her a respectful nod, and then sat back in his chair. Kagura then turned towards the path that went to the northwest and smiled, thinking about what she would be doing when she got back… and simply could not wait. Crouching low, she began to run, picking up speed rapidly until she was nothing more than a blur of white, black and brown. She already had memorized the route… and she could literally run for days on end. She would be there in a few hours at this pace.

Konoha Gates -> Land of Fire Borders (8 hours due to spending 25 chakra to use Kagura’s base A rank speed to travel the half major country.) -> to Waterfall Village (No time due to half minor country distance having none)

Kagura came to a stop at the gate, taking a moment to fix her hair that had been wind-whipped from the long run. Not many people could say they could make it to and from another country just by running in less than a pair of days, let alone have enough energy once they were done to worry about something silly like their hair. Who knew though, maybe Akari would be waiting for her at the gate... she wanted to be ready just in case. Moving back to the guard-shack, she signed back into the village and kept her eyes peeled. If she didn't see her imminently, she would report back to the Kage office, and if Akari wasn't there, she would check their home.

Chikamatsu would appear at the gates, two scrolls in hand and 7 puppets following him. He was given his missions for the month, and due to their close proximity he figure it's be best to get them done now while he had the chance.

Returning back, completed missions in hand now, Chika would hand the guard gate to the slip showing that he was coming back only to turn in his missions, but that they were quite successful.

Stepping out of the village, the sealed envelope from the Hokage approval his village transfer request. Madrigal moved to the guard post and gave them the unsealed version. He wouldn't turn in his headband though. Until he was legally accepted by the Mizukage, he would still be a Konoha shinobi and if he was denied he would be expected to return here. If he was accepted he would properly dispose of the headband then. His eyes seemed to be a bit lighter today than when he first transformed and he was harboring worries that he was losing them. It wouldn't be the potion reverting him, his eyes would be getting darker. Even the pupils were starting to lighten up. He wasn't sure why that was, but he was worried all the same. His vision didn't seem to be degrading in anyway though. So he would have to see what came of it.

Having his unsealed version of the request returned to him the guard would nod toward him before allowing him to leave. Madrigal would nod his head courteously and begin traveling to Kirigakure. It would take him a few days, but he'd get there soon enough.

Hana had all of her gear equipped, having disposed of the stuff she used in the raid. Her hair flew freely and she wore her combat armor along with her swords and essential tools. At the front gates Hana passed by the gate sentries and would travel across the country to the docks at the opposite side of the Land of Fire. Hana needed to charter a ship to take her back to Kirigakure.

After that meeting with Hana, Ikomiki fully intended to take up her offer and visit Kirigakure. With Iko would be two masked, cloaked figured, and the catgirl would be similarly cloaked and masked as she left. Luckily for her she could now read, as Akihiro had beamed the information right into her mind with the Sharingan. After a bit of struggling she would finally fill out the form.

As she was discharged from the hospital, it wasn't long before Ari took upon herself to get into a mission. She was never the type to sit idly and twiddle her thumbs around. Of course, to anyone she would appear to be just a girl covered in lightning scars from head to toe. Wearing a comfy long sleeved shirt with a pair of baggy grey pants. Her feet were covered by a pair of sandals, and the Konohagakure headband covers her eyes. However she currently lacks any gear whether it's armor or even a kunai. Both of her hands were tucked into her pockets as she leaned against the Gates. As she had already signed of sorts by telling the guards what she was doing and where she was going with.

Ari currently waited on another individual, a genin of sorts that went by the name of Maigo. She too was a genin technically, but Ari has proven to climb into greater heights that an ordinary bear would be little to no problem for her. Her bronze skin makes her lightning scars appear like Ari had been shattered like glass. Even so, Ari wore a common dark green hat on her head to not only cover her bald head, but to also keep it warm since the air felt so cold out here.

Mitsu arrived at the gates to Konohagakure, her long white hair half piled on top of her head and held with a wooden hair pin. It was warmer here than in the mountains and so during her journey she had switched from her red leather and fur outfit to a lighter white dress embellished with gold and yellow and brown. She had chosen the colours to better represent the Land of Earth, which considering she was on official business seemed fairly important. Seeing the guards at the gate made her feel nervous, she couldn’t put her finger on why exactly, but she would straighten her shoulders and affix a friendly smile on her face. She didn’t want to mess up yet another official interaction. Taking the offered form she would fill it out and wait for the guards to read it and hopefully let her in.

The guards would stop Mitsukira and demand to see her official paperwork. Once they confirmed that she was in fact an official emissary of the Iwa government. She would be waived through and sent to the office where the Hokage was.

With a bright but respectful “Thank you.” Mitsu would walk through the gates after handing over her paperwork for the guards to confirm her identity. She would head to the Hokage’s office as instructed, still nervous as she walked through the crowds of people. She managed to hold her head high and go straight to her destination, trying to push away the feeling of dread that filled her.
