You have to train the Scout and Assault Squads from C-Rank to B-Rank. I do not believe you can just purchase B-Rank Squads.

Naturally, because you did wait for the Org to be approved, I'll consider this on time.

I trained them before on the update before last which was approved. So I paid for their B-rank upkeep as well.
