Since Lightning is still in the grace period where she can change her UA's she would like to add these UA's:


Master at arms: Lightning has taken up her heir as a Mikiri clan member. As an effect of that she not only can absorb ninjutsu with her kekkei genkai, but also drain cp from an enemy whenever she hits him with her hand or with her weapon (if she holds the weapon). If she strikes an enemy physicly she will drain 5 CP from him that will be transfered to her. This ability caps out at 15 cp a post (3 times touching an enemy with the weapon or her body, or full contact the entire post). This comes at the drawback that Ligtning gets increased damage from chakra based attacks in the same post she uses this abiliy. (chakra based attacks deal 1 rank higher damage to her for the post). The amount that this UA allows for non-tech absorption in a thread is capped at half of Lightnings base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This can not set her over her maximum pool of chakra either, however she can choose to drain chakra (just for the sake of weakening the enemy). It also grants lightning the ability to register techniques that utilise chakra drain at the same drawback as stated above.

Bladestorm: Lightning has mastered the art of blade and chakra. She can perform hand seals with one hand at the cost of -1 tier of coordination while doing so.

With Sword and Shield: We don't allow UAs to increase the power of jutsu.

Can i keep it through my weapon then? Aka if i strike an enemies body with my weapon, cna i drain chakra? Changed the drawback to be chakra based techniques. Changed and added a part stating that lightning can allso app techniques that utilise chakra drain.
