Creating 2 stores and fully investing into both (Total cost 1.3 Million)
First store will be 'Seraph Craft Brews' which is a restaurant focused on alcoholic beverages with meals as well.
Second will be 'Wolfs Blood Poisons' which specializes in selling various poisons for shinobi use.
This will give me 2 stores with maxed out investments giving me a total of 200k a month in passive income with a 10k a month upkeep.
Haven't made any inventory for either yet, but I don't think I need it to create and get the investments done correct?

Raijū’s Blessing: Raijū helps those who help themselves for the most part. He’s willing to provide some assistance in the forms of certain capabilities but for the most part he expects his companions to be capable themselves. The first example of this is in how his presence augments certain lightning techniques. Raijū effectively takes the specific technique and helps his companion understand that technique on such a fundamental level that it becomes as natural to utilize it as breathing. Starting with the technique ‘Lightning Release Chakra Mode’ Raijū will show the user how to utilize the technique in a more efficient manner, removing the weaknesses from the technique. This allows the user to choose to utilize Level 2 of the technique as if the weaknesses simply do not exist. This means the technique will no longer ‘spread’ when under either water or earth but will instead be completely internalized and still give the boost of the technique to the user. Furthermore, the limitations on technique usage is completely lifted and allows the user to utilize any technique, non-elemental or lightning freely without disrupting the technique. This costs 1,000 experience to unlock.
Spirit of The Natural World: Raijū being a being that has been around for an uncounted number of years has the capability to sense nature chakra. He cannot utilize it, but he can recognize it's presence and keep track of it. He's willing to bequeath this capability to the user so long as they have the sensory skill to make use of the capability. This does not grant the user access to nature chakra, but simply allows them to sense and follow it with sensory. This augment costs 250 experience to unlock and requires sensory.
Spirit of Lightning: The next augmentation of Raijū is in regard to the users capability with the technique known as ‘Black Lightning’. The first benefit is that Raijū can ‘imprint’ the seal of Black Lightning upon it’s companion’s very soul and give them the capability to utilize it even if the physical seal is completely removed. The seal does have to be on the user’s body already for the Divine Beast to do this however. In addition to this benefit, the ‘imprintation’ of the seal upon the soul of the user gives the cosmetic effect of making all of their lightning techniques have the appearance of black lightning. This means each and every one of the users lightning techniques will now be black in appearance. This costs 500 experience to unlock and requires that the Black Lightning Seal be on the user's body.
Wrath of Lightning: This augmentation is to the user's lightning techniques in general and is simply another byproduct of Raijū's bond with the user. The lightning techniques the user uses can have a passive increase to the power of all raiton techniques by 1 rank. This boost cannot be stacked with additional lightning power boosts. This costs 500 experience to unlock.

(Free Clanless UA) Tamwyn is a rare prodigy with Lightning Release techniques and has a thorough understanding of the concepts to such an instinctive degree that his chakra can flow into the required forms without the use of hand seals. To elaborate, Tamwyn is capable of utilizing any Lightning technique without using any pre-requisite seals.
Mx, Mix, Mix!: The user is able to make chemistry creations one rank higher than their intellect stat would allow. In exchange the this the cost of the creations is increased by 50%
Due to his innate capabilities in channeling lightning chakra he understands how chakra flows through the body in general on a deeper level. This translates to him being able to utilize only one hand to utilize hand seals for jutsu. Of course without the other hand forming the full sign the process is a tad slower. This allows him to perform one handed seals, but at a loss of 1 tier to his coordination for the purpose of doing so.
By channeling Lightning chakra through his coils in a specific manner Tamwyn is able to jump start his chakra pools and restore 25% of his total chakra pool. This can only be done once per topic and in doing so he takes double the exhaustion penalty. If he’s at base A tier stamina he will simply suffer the normal exhaustion penalty.
Cosmetic Only: When utilizing lightning jutsu of any kind Tamwyn’s eyes light up brightening their natural yellow hue to a brilliant yellow.

Mx, Mix, Mix!: The user is able to make chemistry creations one rank higher than their intellect stat would allow. In exchange the this the cost of the creations is increased by 50%
Due to his innate capabilities in channeling lightning chakra he understands how chakra flows through the body in general on a deeper level. Description: A Typically item in a shinobi's arsenal, a small piece of paper with a seal formula written upon it capable of causing a 5 meter Explosion. On it's own it is just paper the explosive capabilities left dormant, however there are two ways the explosive can be activated, both costing no chakra:
1.) Igniting the tag with chakra or heat. This results in a slow burn and a four second delay allowing the user to benefit from the delay by throwing them greater distances, how far dependent on the user's method.

All this technique does however is give the target an idea of just how powerful the user is. It will give the target the impression of the user’s class level. This technique is meant to be used as an intimidation technique but of course how each character reacts to such things is dependent on the character itself.
Weaknesses: This technique has no actual combat effectiveness and is really just a neat roleplay option. The only way damage is done by this technique is if the target has E rank constitution as at that low of a level the pulse will cause actual pain and damage. Otherwise this technique only gives up broad information about the user, specifically that of their power class. Of course this can backfire depending on the target.

Description: Fulminating Slash is an incredibly effective Kenjutsu technique that makes use of the user's high speed movements as well as their usage of lightning release chakra. This technique causes a single slash of the users weapon to multiply into three with Raiton chakra making up the other two slashes. The secondary and tertiary attacks will have the same dimensions as the weapon when swung although they will not retain any kind of chakra flow the technique had. Being separate attacks in themselves made of Raiton chakra. These Raiton slashes will swing from two different directions from the original slash, effectively attacking from multiple directions at once. Each slash much originate from the user's position however. The secondary and tertiary slashes will retain the swing speed of the original slash but will have a slashing power of S class. The secondary slashes appear as black raiton does however will not have the elemental advantages of black raiton. Not can they be manipulated midway through the technique. Furthermore Lightning Release Chakra Mode must be in use in order to utilize this technique although either level one or two will suffice for the purposes of using it. These attacks are timed to occur at the exact same time with all three swings meeting the opponent at the same moment.
Weaknesses: First due to the necessity of having Lightning Release Chakra Mode active the chakra cast is going to be higher than stated on the technique. Secondly this technique has an interesting way to be blocked. Which is via a defensive type technique that the technique has to slash through. Finishing the crafting started on July 7th which should have finished four days ago. Claiming the following items
5 C/C grade Iron Katana, using the marketplace format, the name is unchanged this requires 10 units of Iron Crafting time due to Master Craftsman = 2 and a half days.
5 B/B+ Steel Glaives using 50 units of Steel, crafting time due to MC = 5 Days (rounded down as per the design app)
6 A/A++ Demon Tanto using 6 units of Ebony, crafting time due to MC = 18 days (Rounded down as per the design app)
5 C/B+ Grade Steel Arm Bracers using 5 units of Steel, crafting time due to MC = 2 and a half days
