Description: Impulse is a simple technique that opens up the target to just how powerful the user is. The user lightly pulses their raiton chakra with a target in mind. When that raiton chakra reaches them it will attempt to ‘frazzle’ their nerves somewhat, using the nervous system as a catalyst. All this technique does however is give the target an idea of just how powerful the user is. It will give the target the impression of the user’s class level. This technique is meant to be used as an intimidation technique but of course how each character reacts to such things is dependent on the character itself.
Weaknesses: This technique has no actual combat effectiveness and is really just a neat roleplay option. The only way damage is done by this technique is if the target has E rank constitution as at that low of a level the pulse will cause actual pain and damage. Otherwise this technique only gives up broad information about the user, specifically that of their power class. Of course this can backfire depending on the target.

Description: After performing the hand seals, the user channels lightning chakra into any surface they might be touching. Be it the one they are standing on, or one they are touching with their hands. A surge of lightning chakra will infuse the surface, spreading out in it for the jutsu’s range. Should another come into contact with that surface they will find themselves electrified by jutsu power lightning damage. The user can maintain this technique so long as they are maintaining contact with the surface they have ‘trapped’ but the lightning chakra will only stay infused for a single post once contact with the surface has ended. The range of this technique is doubled if the surface the user channels it into is either metal or liquid.

Description: Kikoho is a massive beam of lightning that is fired from the users hands. The user performs the seal and then places their hands together with the fingertips touching, palms apart, and the thumbs extended and overlapped, creating a triangular shape with the hands. The user then fires a massive blast of Raiton chakra that expands to 100m wide and travels up to its maximum jutsu range before dissipating.

Description: Chain Lightning appears as a closely linked stream of lightning bolts that arcs out from the users hand toward their target. The technique travels at jutsu power and moves at jutsu speed. Should Chain Lightning hit a target it will strike that target with jutsu power raiton damage before arcing off toward the next closest heat signature. Each time the lightning bolt arcs off a heat signature it will lose 1 rank of power until it hits E at which point it will fizzle out after hitting the target.
Weaknesses: No distinction between friend or foe. Besides the user of course. Fire/Lava jutsu specifically can confuse this technique and send it arcing toward them although it will arc again if it wins a jutsu clash. The power will be reduced in that case of course.

Description: Overload is a technique that charges raiton chakra into the user's body that is immediately transferred into the body of someone the user touches once the hand seals have been completed. Contact of any kind transfers the chakra over to the individual that touched the user and the lightning moves into the body and viciously overloads the nervous system of the afflicted.
The nervous system overload will do no actual damage but will effectively shut it down for a brief time. Two posts to be precise. During that time the afflicteds five senses will be completely shut down as the nervous system overloads and all five senses 'fry'. Once the two posts have ended the nervous system will successfully reset and whoever was afflicted will be able to sense and perceive normally with no repercussions.
Constitution equal or higher than this technique's power will resist the technique in full.
Weaknesses: Contact must be made, only one target can be hit per use of the jutsu, sensory can circumvent this jutsu’s disabling of the five senses with the user of the technique being completely unaware.

Description: Pulse Burst is a technique that fires out a domelike burst of raiton chakra, emanating from Tamwyn. The dome of black raiton appears as multiple crackling arcs of electricity firing outward from him with the streams of raiton chakra arcing into each other as well. The technique will move out to twenty meters in every direction from Tamwyn before dissipating. Any and all with the exception of Tamwyn himself (and his equipment obviously) will be hit with damage equivalent to the jutsu's power. The dome will explode from him at a speed equal to the jutsu's speed stat. This technique also carries the black raiton jutsu's elemental advantages. Although, unlike it's parent technique, it cannot be controlled once released.
Weaknesses: This technique requires black lightning to be active. It does not distinguish between friend and foe.

Description: Fulminating Slash is an incredibly effective Kenjutsu technique that makes use of the user's high speed movements as well as their usage of lightning release chakra. This technique causes a single slash of the users weapon to multiply into three with Raiton chakra making up the other two slashes. The secondary and tertiary attacks will have the same dimensions as the weapon when swung although they will not retain any kind of chakra flow the technique had. Being separate attacks in themselves made of Raiton chakra. These Raiton slashes will swing from two different directions from the original slash, effectively attacking from multiple directions at once. Each slash much originate from the user's position however. The secondary and tertiary slashes will retain the swing speed of the original slash but will have a slashing power of S class. The secondary slashes appear as black raiton does however will not have the elemental advantages of black raiton. Not can they be manipulated midway through the technique. Furthermore Lightning Release Chakra Mode must be in use in order to utilize this technique although either level one or two will suffice for the purposes of using it. These attacks are timed to occur at the exact same time with all three swings meeting the opponent at the same moment.
Weaknesses: First due to the necessity of having Lightning Release Chakra Mode active the chakra cast is going to be higher than stated on the technique. Secondly this technique has an interesting way to be blocked. Which is via a defensive type technique that the technique has to slash through. Since the secondary and tertiary slashes land upon the target at the same time even defensive technique that can stop one successfully could theoretically stop the other two as well. This is of course dependent on the users weapon though. As the original weapon can still have chakra flow channeled into it for the use of this technique.
