The Near Death and Sparing is denied.

Near Death requires that you be in actual mortal danger (ie Naka was actively attempting to kill you)

Sparing is not sparring. Sparing as in one's life here. This would be that you had the option to kill him, had good reason/actively considered, but choses instead to let him live. This would also require a serious fight thread.

Also please include your total and spendable exp in these if you would.

Denied. You're at 1420 experience and gaining 200. That puts you to 1620. That doesn't put you up a class level. Only Total experience does that. Not Total+Bonus. Bonus doesn't count towards class-ups, that's why its awarded per class up.
