History: Kureji was born to two parents of interesting occupations, his father being a medical ninja and his mother being a writer. He aspired to be his father more so than his mother, being more ambitious than his father had be and decided to aim for bigger goals in the village, his mother was born with physical abnormalities which led her to having a short lifespan, Kureji had cursed his father for not finding a way to cure her and was simply told the typical answers in such situations, "Life isn't fair." "There's not much we could've done" but he rejected those answers, and this drove him down the path of studying biology to move past such tasteless answers and find the solution that his father refuses to find.
He shined in his academy year, scoring abnormally well for his age in the theory exam but poorly in his physical exam, these balanced each other out and he successfully graduated, becoming a genin.
Personality: Kureji has a keen interest in how the flesh ticks, and this interest extends to kekkei genkai as he's always curious to how each different one is meshed with human flesh. He likes to take any chance he can get to learn of the human flesh, with a secret goal of one day curing his mother of her physical abnormalities.
To this end, he tends to be pragmatic when it comes to his goals but he is a doctor to heart due to his mother, he isn't incapable of emotion and likes helping other people out when it comes to the medical field but even this charitable side of him has it's limits if there isn't some point to him giving such aid.
He is cold and calculating on the surface, seemingly having no emotion or expression towards anything but he becomes more expressive as he learns about those he considers friends, or those he respects. He is still human, but he's more interested in his pursuit of knowledge than having a social life.
