Information: S-Rank enhancement for Manticore Boots: Quake (Dash/Stomp) - When a charge is used, the user can stomp the ground. Sending shock waves rumbling through the ground or floor. The shockwaves fan out like a drop of water into an ocean. Spanning out about for a radius of 80 meters. Those within the radius of this epicenter will have their speed lowered by -1 tier. The user could also switch the Quakes power into a single area, sending concentrated shockwaves that can increase the users speed. This is a +1 tier to speed for the purpose of single dash. Each dash/stomp takes a charge, but both cannot be done in the same post.

Adding UAs
Otsutsuki Mastery: After spending years on training his Doujutsu. Seid has found that his clans powers to be of much more use to his battle station. Seid has become well versed in the teachings of his clan. And as such as become very proficient in its use. He can use Otsu clan techniques at 1 rank lower in cost. At the same time Katon techniques would become 1 rank higher in cost.

Iron Will: A player may temporarily trade a stat in response to something in the environment, or that can be triggered manually. To do this the player must also debuff a stat for equal value (if you're going to raise a ++ you need to debuff a stat ++.) This debuffed stat must also be relevant to what the player is receiving the debuff for. This cannot be used to reach S-tier stats. [Stamina is buffed by 1 tier. Intelligence is debuffed 1 tier] Can be toggled on and off.
