Description: While underwater the user is quite susceptible to Raiton attacks, this technique was designed as a defense against such attacks making use of this as well as having a general defensive use. Releasing the Chidori Current into the water the user simultaneously assumes control of the water currents around them with the Horse sign to keep the lightning chakra from zapping themselves and contain the form of the Chidori to properly defend against a competing jutsu or shinobi fighting them in close quarters. Similar to its parent technique, when using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This is particularly dangerous while underwater.
Weaknesses: If the user is within Suiton waters controlled by another or natural water controlled by another this technique will not work, requiring uncontrolled natural water or Suiton waters controlled by the user to exert the techniques own will over it. The user is only able to defend themselves from the effects of the Raiton chakra, endangering any allies within its range. The user may only apply chakra reductions relating to Suiton for this technique. The user must hold the Horse seal to keep the Suiton movements under control and protect themselves. Being designed to either target shinobi to shock and paralyze or jutsu this manner of defense can only protect against raiton jutsu of the same rank and lower.

Description: The user performs the hand seal before flowing their chakra into their hair and extending its length and physical attributes considerably compared to the original technique. These flowing locks of hair are able to form limbs, up to four, with A-Rank Strength and durability moving at speeds equal to the user’s Base Coordination, capable of extending up to fifty meters and growing out of the user’s hair or shrinking as needed.
This technique also improved upon the base technique with not requiring long hair to utilize, allowing for the finer level of chakra control to form from little or even no hair with it being chakra-based.
Weaknesses: Unfortunately for those with thinning to bald heads, this technique does not lengthen one’s hair permanently with it returning to normal after the used topic if left unattended. Though it will allow such individuals to live a glorious if not fleeting hair-ful existence while the technique is active.

This is particularly effective if multiple targets are able to be caught within the parent technique.
Weaknesses: This techniques requires the user to maintain the Bird seal to keep the technique active, though they are still able to move around while doing so.

You cannot increase the Rank if it's already S. I would suggest reducing the rank to A if you want to take advantage of the Uzumaki bonuses to Fuuinjutsu. Fuuinjutsu has Intelligence as a secondary stat which means you cannot buff it beyond +1 Tier and it has to apply to something specific with Intelligence.

As much as they are designed for mobility the limbs are perfectly capable of fighting and attempting to restrain targets. As with the parent technique the limbs are able to grow and shrink within the parameters of their range at will.
Weaknesses: An expensive and draining technique to both the user’s natural chakra and senjutsu chakra reserves. At least two limbs are required to be used to move the user about and lift them up if so desired, leaving two limbs free for added mobility or for more combative efforts.

Upon creation the user is able to place a modular amount of chakra into the seal, intended for optimizing chakra reserves when used in combination with the Octopus Sage mode and subsequent Octopus Kata which provides a ++ Unique Boost to Intelligence. This technique takes advantage of the Uzumaki clan’s affinity with Fūinjutsu seals and receives the +1 Rank boost from the Adamantine Chains bloodline ability, increasing its complexity to S-Rank as well as increasing the potency of however much chakra was placed at conception. The design of this seal was made with special care, one that allows the technique to provide Unique Boosts to its user. This is Tōri's singular Custom Technique that may offer Unique Boosts.
The most chakra that is put into the seal is C-Rank, the potency of which is increased to B-Rank which confers a full +1 Tier Unique Boost to Intelligence while maintained. With an E-Rank amount of chakra put into the seal the potency is increased to D-Rank which confers a + Unique Boost to Intelligence, which when combined with the ++ Unique Boost to Intelligence from the Octopus Kata allows for a full +1 Tier Unique Boost to Intelligence.
This increase to Intelligence solely affects the Precognition capabilities associated with the stat raise.
Weaknesses: With the power of the seal set at its creation the user is capable of swapping to a smaller or larger amount of chakra by forming the hand seals once more and spending the new Activation Cost to swap up or down in potency between the two allotted amounts.

Please also be aware that you may only receive Unique Boosts from one source that you'd have to pick when these apply. Stacking different unique sources doesn't work.

Besides that, I believe this would count as an Aura of which only 1 boost can be applied at a time.
