Totally Unique: In his laziness, he half assed learning to do hand seals and accidentally made it work for him. Natsuki Uchiha can weave hand seals with only one hand. When he does so, he loses 1 tier of Coordination in that hand for the purposes of weaving those seals.

Sole of the Earth: Natsuki has always felt connected to the Earth in some way, and this has only been further fostered by his incessant desire to lounge about upon or within it. As such, his entire body is as capable of channeling Earth Release chakra as his hands. Natsuki Uchiha can substitute the hand seal requirement of placing one's palms to the ground with any other part of his body. When he does, he loses 1 tier of Coordination for the purposes of weaving the seals for that technique. This is because doing so goes against the grain of how these techniques are meant to be used, so extra care must be taken with each seal to get the chakra manipulation right.

You have that you need to place your hands on the ground, but then have that you don't. Not sure what that means but when that's cleared up you're all set.
