Description:
This enchantment is perhaps one of the most intricate and more dangerous enchantments created by Halcyon Yomi. Designed as a substitute for the requirement of huge amounts of water needed for a single technique, this enchantment can be activated once per thread in order to draw out massive amounts of moisture out of the air, effectively removing any requirements for large quantities of water to be nearby in case of high level water release techniques. The effect of this enchantment may last up to three posts, though loses effectiveness in dry areas, where its effect may only last one post.
