Description: This massive fan stands at 1.75 meters. The two guards are each .25 meters wide and .125 meters thick, giving the closed item an impressive profile. The tool isn't meant for use as a weapon, but when spread open this tool has two functions.

• A user in the air can use the fan to glide on winds or shock waves with power up to B at B++ speed. When the winds stop for every 10 meters it glides, its speed drops by a +. Without the presence of wind a user can use this item to safely glide to the ground moving forward and falling at D++ speed.
  
• The user can use the fan to launch a 1 meter wide projectile. This projectile follows the thrown projectile rules and uses impact strength to knock opponents 2 meters back [resisted by equal or greater strength] instead of damaging them.

If the jutsu is a fuinjutsu barrier the musician contests the caster's Intelligence with their Perception to dispel it.
This item can also be used to break ninjutsu barriers. Ninjutsu or fuinjutsu barriers that can be broken by raw strength can be contested by the musician's perception as long as they are within 5 meters of the musician.

Description: This prosthetic doesn’t help a target restore their visual acuity, but does appear to be an eye. The prosthetic uses the flux transducer to rotate the eye in the socket with a negligible amount of chakra, and the color of the eye can be programmed with an E-Rank chakra expenditure.

Additional feature: The eye’s embedded Flux Transducer can be exploited by a Kazehana or any other magnet release user allowing them to use the Flux Transducer’s ability to convert chakra into magntetic fields to amplify the distance of their control by 100 meters. Techniques that will dispell the Kazehana’s freeform control over their sand (Like Dark Relaease Techs) costs 25 additional CP or the dispelling fails.

Additional Ability: While attuned this pendant the wearer can recover from grevious injuries caused by damage up to their Stamina or Constitution (whichever is the pendant is boosting) between threads as long as they enter those threads with all of their chakra available to them (so fights that change locations, strenuous travel threads, and similar threads don’t count).
