Description:
An elegant wooden necklace tied by a leather cord. The center is a wooden nearly palm-sized in the form of a phoenix frozen in mid flight with the three tails trailing behind it. Etched flames can be seen on the wings and around the tails. It is always comfortably warm to the touch due to the chakra placed onto the phoenix. In low to dark lighting the talisman emits a faint reddish orange glow.
When the talisman runs out of charges it no longer gives off the glow. However it does retain the warm touch though it is faint now until it is recharged.

Major Effect: By using 3 charges the user can produce the Fire Sealing Method up to S rank Katon techniques. The sealed katon will make a mark on the enchanted item which the user may release the technique with 1 charge being spent. The user does not need to weave seals to release the technique except by contact on the seal itself. How it is fired is up to the enchanter either from the head of the axe or from the palm of the hand. It is quite versatile, and the bigger the item the more seals it can hold at a time.
Moderate Effect: Using 1 charge allows the user to coat a touched object in katon chakra burning with intense heat that provides an extra inch of sheer condensed fire. Capable of dealing A rank fire damage upon contact of the coated tool. Alternatively, the user can spend 2 charges to reduce the cost of Katon techniques by 25%.
