Information: Chen has razed Sunagakure to the ground. Every major building was attacked and subsequently destroyed by Chen and his summons. This is a historically significant event on Gladius as no village has previously been utterly annihilated in this manner. Chen has also had immense growth as a character. He has moved through a slow burn villainous arc culminating in him becoming (I hope) the new site big bad. Because of his actions sparking major site plot and his long-term character development, I am requesting a Restricted Technique.
