Arrival & Departure

Chen walked up to the gates with an instinctive knowledge of what needed to be done. He walked into the village, got some supplies and a group of ninja and then gathered outside the gates. It was time to formally welcome Suna into the arms of the Stone Country. Chen had sent word for Tadara to meet him outside the gates. He would explain exactly what they would be doing on the way there.

Tadara would come when summoned. He had packed his owl persona of course deep within his backpack but mostly it was just filled with identical clothing sets. Black pants with white button up shirts perfectly folded and vacuum sealed for compact spacing efficiency. This meant he could pack more in less space and the plastic seal would keep any part of nature from influencing his prepared outfits. Tadara did not question why he was summoned but being as it had been to the gates...he was prepared to travel. To not be prepared and have to would mean he had not thought it through...data was clear so preparations were clear. Still he would arrive with a water sack hanging off a hiking backpack about a gallon in total. He had trail rations and vitamins as well. That and a kit for boiling fresh water at night on any trip. He himself however was wearing his usual black slacks and white button up shirt. A long black coat with his headband stitched into the breast pocket over that with black dress boots modified with good tread. In the back pack was also a black box with three smaller black boxes housing three god pills he had on his person. However in his hand was another black box.

He would see Chen and approach. Those black eyes taking in the benefactor for his work. Chen would already know about the five black ops Tadara had done recently and successfully. His persona as the owl and his involvement with the Kaiju. Still he would approach with that same empty black stare. His form was better though. Not as frail and sickly in appearance. His chakra pool had also improved significantly. Still those eyes seemed to stare ahead as if into a void. Once he stood before Chen though he recalled appearances were important both for the guards nearby and this man who prided himself so. As Such Tadara would bow an raise the black box in his hands up to Chen before speaking with his head still bowed. A gesture with no feeling behind it but one designed to be appropriate all the same.

"Doctor Kamizuru Tadara reporting in. As requested. These are called God pills. The cultivation of my experiments on soldier pills to their improved form. Their rating on the market is labeled as S and I offer them as a gift."

Chen watched as Tadara approached. He was a man after Chen's own kind. The shinobi's completion of several black ops missions and involvement in the Indaina Kujira Crisis was enough for Chen to acknowledge him as a proper warrior. He would need someone like this watching his back considering what they aimed to do. The alien looked down at the box containing the God Pill and accepted them. Tadara was a genius level chemist and had used his constructs to poison an artificial Bijuu. Whatever he cooked up had to be quite good. Chen accepted the box without emotion and stored it on his person. He wasn't the type of sensei to offer idle words of praise and the time to explain their mission was not yet at hand. Instead, he motioned to the guards that had been called to his location. It was a single group of A-Rank shinobi that would accompany them to Sunagakure no Sato.

"With me Tadara, we have a long journey ahead. We're going to Sunagakure. I'll explain on the way." was all he offered as he turned around and trudged in the direction of the nation's newest holding.

Tadara would merely watch with that empty gaze as the box was taken in silence. No shift of a gaze seeking approval. He had simply brought more evidence to his increase in value. Since it was acknowledged that was enough. His value had increased and he had demonstrated as much. Chen was not threatening or violent. Simply an appropriate measure. A gesture drew his attention to some A rank shinobi nearby. He had registered them and calculated them in of course but had seen no reason to mention them. It was clear that Chen was not above having a guard. Humans had pride but Chen...Chen simply was. This Tadara could appreciate. Still Chen would command him to follow and there would be no change in his blank expression. Those dark eyes simply seeming to take in all. Running endless calculations as they factored in all that he saw much quicker than they had before. Tadara would fall in without a word. Already packed and ready to go. A new land would mean new data....new opportunity. Regardless of what Chen wanted...Tadara would gain something from this too.
