Pivoting can be done without reactivating the technique, but the user's Coordination must be equal to or greater then the user's speed.

Description: Mort's personal version of Zanjutsu, mixed with the fighting style he leaned when wielding the Weaklessness Soaring Shortswords. While active the user floats slightly above the ground (about an inch) and the user can treat their Coordination stat as their Speed stat for the purposes of brief 5m movements, 1 movement per post. This allows the user to be even more agile then before while still retaining their dexterity. The range of the chakra flow-like effect on the user's weapons has also increased slightly to about a foot.
Coordination is boosted by +2 tiers
Weaknesses: Katon techniques used on the user while this fighting style is active deal +1 rank more in damage, while Raiton deals -1 rank less.

This is definitely denied. Stat replacement such as this is outside the bounds of regular custom jutsu. Its far too powerful.

Description: A strong genjutsu originating from the Kurama clan and modified by Mōtimā, the technique is triggered by the user sending their chakra at their opponent in either an AoE pulse or a straight line, with both requiring no obstructions in the way. The set-in time is 2 posts, 3 is AoE is used, and once the timer is up all targets will be put into what looks like an entirely different dimension. This 'Dimension' will be filled with weapons that relentlessly hit the target, dealing A-Rank Psych Damage.

While the opponent is in the dimension getting stabbed up the user shouldn't be able to move.
