    This is definitely denied. Stat replacement such as this is outside the bounds of regular custom jutsu. Its far too powerful.

    Improved Enclosing Technique: Way too powerful. Sealing jutsu is heavily regulated. This doesn't describe what the sealing mechanism is (does it insta-seal every jutsu within radius?). Follow this:

    We have made a site-wide rule for all Fuuinjutsu that seals live techniques. This means jutsu that has been cast by an opponent usually in the context of combat. Such sealing techniques will have a five post cool down before they can seal another technique. One must also pay the base cost of the rank of the jutsu (regardless of what the caster pays). The Fire Sealing Method when registered will follow this rule.

    Define chakra damage. Are you damaging their reserves by a B-rank amount? Or are you dealing B-rank non-elemental damage to the victim? Additionally I don't feel knowledge of the Chakra Flow technique merits its power being boosted to A-rank despite the increased cost. Generally, Non-Elemental technique cap at B-rank and are very limited in flexibility unless it's an Exclusive (Rasengan) or an enchantment is used to further concentrate or manipulate its shape.

    Description: This seal is a special seal that only truly serves one purpose. To pull people, and others, out of the mindscapes and into the real world once more. The trick to this seal isn’t in it’s application, but it’s removal. Once applied the seal does nothing except force a ‘link’ between the seal’s presence and the current location of the user ‘consciousness’. Once that link is forcefully removed the link, in the process of being removed, forces the user, and by proxy, anyone else in their mindscape, back into wakefulness immediately.

    This seal does nothing against genjutsu, as generally the one under a genjutsu is still conscious and they aren’t in the depths of their mind. This seals only real application is pulling an individual out from their control fight in the event of an emergency happening. In the process of removing the individual(s) from the fight the seal that is holding their entity spirit at bay will take a fifty point deduction in integrity. This reduction will occur no matter what system is being used to keep track of the entities progress in either being free, or simply killing the one they are attached to.

    Weaknesses: A third person has to not only apply, but remove the seal. The seal loss can be crippling if done too much, and you’ll still probably have to fight a giant chakra monster.

    Description: Made as a response to Ashitaka's Archery Skills and the possible danger of future long range fights. By infusing a Fusee orb with wind and overcharging it with chakra, the user can fire off a miniature pressure orb that continues to build power over time, becoming stronger over time as it slowly conumes its own speed.

    On impact the sphere will detonate into a 5m radius mini Pressure Damage Sphere. The user can choose to lower the amount of CP they pay if they plan on shooting at something closer at the cost of a (+) of speed per lowered rank. (So paying a B amount would have the technique hit up to 600m away with 300-600m hitting at A speed instead of A++) The exception to this is E power, which  for 5 CP can be fired up to it's max distance of 1.5km at a constant X speed, though doing it this way the user can't buff the technique's power above E.

    Up to 5 shots can be made per use, except for the special E shot, which only gets 1 use per CP payment.
    Weaknesses: As it needs time to build up power, often the best way to fire it is in an upward arc where most people can see it and more then likely plan out a new course of movement. The shot also creates a loud bang that can be heard in a radius equal to the firing distance.

If the user decides to stay underground instead after 1 post of setting in, they will take B-Rank Physiological damage for every post they stay under.

    This Genjutsu is triggered by the opponent touching an area inlaid with the user's chakra by the user sending their chakra out in a pulse. This chakra bypasses any non-chakra based barriers or substances of C-rank or lower and takes 2 posts to set in.
    Weaknesses: While great againt doton users, it doesn't have much use outside of that field. As soon as the oppenent is completely out of the ground, the genjutsu automatically breaks itself on the target who left the ground.

    Boil & Swallow Snowstorm need more handsigns per the handsign guide.

    Seraphinium Anti-Ashi Artillery Shot: 1.5km range is too long for an S-Rank. 100 meters and if you want more it should have a few more limitations/drawbacks. Also X-Tier Speed is a no go.


    Dokuma: This Genjutsu is triggered by the opponent touching an area inlaid with the user's chakra by the user sending their chakra out in a pulse. <- Way too big a range. Cut range in half and make the trigger a little bit more precise.
