Otsutsuki Expertise: Due to only relying on her clan abilities for the majority of her life and initially having little skill with Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu, Ikomiki finds herself more skilled at using her kekkei genkai than traditional shinobi skills. She can use her kekkei genkai techniques at one rank lower chakra cost than they would normally cost. This includes summons granted to her by her Animal Path. In return, all Non-Elemental Ninjutsu has its chakra cost increased by one rank. Any technique that is an Otsu Clan Technique/Exclusive but also Non-Elemental prioritizes the Otsu Clan part and doesn't behave as both, giving the -1 rank cost effectively.
