    Description: Earthen Grasp allows the user to manipulate the ground beneath their target, causing a sturdy earthen hand to emerge and restrain the opponent. Upon channeling chakra into the earth, an extra expenditure of the Activations Cost can allow an additional hand to be formed if desired. These earthen hands are capable of holding an opponent in place, limiting their movements. They are sized at roughly eight feet from the bottom of the palm to the end of its fingers with four extra feet of wrist bringing a total of twelve feet to their maximum length.
    Weaknesses: C-Rank or higher Strength allows a trapped target to free themselves, however each hand that grasps the target adds another tier of Strength required to break free.

    Description: This technique is devised to give Kudo every bit of speed she can possibly squeeze from the Petal’s Dance by increasing the user’s Speed by ++ with the addition of more wind propelling the user forward. Simply increasing the output of the parent technique wasn’t enough, with such speed it became an issue with turning fast enough when going fast in one direction. By expending the Activation Cost the user can perform a similar flap with their armored plates like when deflecting an attack with the parent technique, but in reverse by pushing the plates inwards rather than outwards with the added gusts of Futon chakra to help propel the user in a different direction with a motion similar to a jellyfish movement.
    Weaknesses: Similar weakness to the parent technique with Katon jutsu being particular effective against it

    Description: With two stone hands created with the Earthen Grasp technique, the user forms the Serpent seal to control the hands and have them form the Ram seal. This summons a gust of Futon chakra to swirl around the hands, creating a whirlwind to try and send whatever or whoever is around them into the air as far as twenty meters at a decent speed. This technique counts as a Futon technique for the purposes of any influence on cost, though the Earthen Grasp technique must be maintained or formed in the post this is used in. The gale of wind can be summoned for just one post or it can be maintained, requiring the Earthen Grasp hands to remain in the Ram seal position as well as have their technique be maintained. This technique can also be made of use by the user to gain a height advantage by being flung into the sky.
    Weaknesses: Requires the earthen hands to be close to one another to use properly, also takes them away from their primary purpose of restraining targets.
