Appearance: Light-blue locks of hair fall down just past her neck, with a bundle of hair tied in a loose knot on top. Green eyes stare out with an intensity that does not match her more reserved expression Kudo typically wears. Kudo usually sports a high-collared jack on top of a wire-mesh shirt with long shorts reaching down half-way past her calves.
History: Raised by two humble merchants, Kudo lived an average and modest childhood until her knack for moulding chakra and subsequently Ninjutsu was discovered at the age of eight. While her parents appeared to be ecstatic and supportive to her newfound talent, inside they were deeply worried knowing the mortality rate for those that joined the shinobi forces. Even still they allowed her to enroll in the shinobi academy, secretly wishing for this path to be dissuaded by the hardness required of all those that go on to be true shinobi. All her life Kudo had been very soft-hearted, squeamish even with bugs and the sight of blood. These truths came to light quickly in her first days at the academy, becoming the butt of many a joke and plummeting her self-esteem. It was largely thanks to her teacher Kaito for her continued perseverance against the cruel youth, though amongst the nicer youngsters she made her first friends at the academy thanks to Kaito’s encouragement.
After four long years Kudo finally passed the final exam, at which point she had a falling out with her parents. It finally came to pass her parents true feelings, though born of worry it came out as anger and frustration in a whirlwind of a fight that left chairs upended and Kudo moving into the shinobi barracks that very night. The next two years were spent with increasingly little seen of her parents, though this time helped to harden her heart and she redoubled her efforts to befriend her peers, desperate to recreate the family she had stormed out on. While her confidence had grown since plummeting in the academy, Kudo still played the part of the follower, a supporter, and never the one to come up with ideas on her own or take charge.
Personality: On a cursory glance Kudo would appear a reserved and quiet kunoichi, but those that spend the time to get to know her would learn that she will go out of her way to try and make friends with everyone. Often Kudo will go out of her comfort zone to push herself to be more confident and outgoing, really wanting to put in the effort and show her worth. Her soft-spoken voice offers no help in her aims to befriend, but her drive comes through in the fierceness displayed in her vibrant seafoam-green eyes. With the shinobi forces being the closest thing to a family Kudo now has in her life, she is intensely loyal to the village and her peers.
