Off to the west the country of Vladveria exists, largely closed off to the outside world for the last several centires. Few venture out and even fewer are allowed in. Out of the blue promeniant leaders from across the shinobi world recieve an invitation from the leader of the country Count Volseig to attend a costume ball for all hallows eve. The doors to the country are being thrown open.
Rumors abound that they have a way to bring the dead back to life, and after being sealed away for so long who knows what other strange treasures they might have lurking. They could be a powerful friend, or a dreadful ememy if turned against you. In any case people from all the villages and even some missing nin will be sure to attend.
The rules:
The Hallowen event begins Oct 1rst alongside the timeskip and will run thoughtout the month of October and possibly early November depending on how long it takes to wrap up. It will take place in the Event subform HERE
Posting in it will be the equivlant of posting in a normal mission. Everyone is allowed 1 free thread for this event which is exempt from the normal travel rules and thread limits
It should be noted that these events are cannon to the game. Should death occur it will count the same as if it happened in a normal thread.
