Additional effect: The user can use an open hand to launch the target as if they were a thrown projectile as per the thrown projectile rules. Collision with a solid mass does damage to the target and the mass. This effectively lets the user hit the target twice, once initially and potentially once on the ricochet. The +1 to coordination converts to a +1 to the effective speed of the pushed target.

Description: When the user activates this jutsu surges up their chest and into their head causing them great pain. Golden flame-like chakra ignites around their heart, climbing and growing until their head is alight with this golden flame. As the wave of chakra surges and then calms, it settles as it fills the caster's hair with a golden glow. Activating this technique significantly changes the user's Chakra Signature, making them seem like a different person to sensors. Their chakra becomes vaguely reminiscent to Son Goku the Five Tailed Beast's chakra.
The user takes a one tier debuff to Intelligence, from the initial damage, for the duration of the jutsu. Their new form gives a unique boost to their Stamina and Speed of a + and an additional boost of a + to Stamina. At every rank above E, they gain an additional + to stamina for each additional rank. This means at D-Rank they have +1 tier to stamina, +1 tier and a + at C, +1++ at B, +2 at A-Rank, and +2+ at S-Rank.
Additional Effect: The user can spend chakra to generate a simple object no more than 3 meters in any dimension out of their Radiant Chakra. This includes weapons and armor from the shinobi market place as well as simple shapes like a cube. The user can freely manipulate them within 5 m of themselves with their Stamina -1 tier. This object can have Quality and Hardness up to the Chakra cost that they pay (E=1, D=2, etc). These objects glow brightly illuminating the area within 5 meters of them, and their light cannot be diminished by jutsu with a rank/power (whichever is stronger) lower than their Quality. The user can launch it at a target with a burst of energy using the projectile rules, using their Stamina instead of their Strength to scale the projectile's speed and power. These projectiles singe and burn their targets with searing light, but also interact and collide as if they had solid mass (so a strong enough target could swat one away). If the user has a crafting skill they can use this to create any object they can craft that is no greater than 3 meters in any dimension.
Weaknesses: Radiant Chakra can be blocked normally, but reflective or refractive objects and jutsu (Metal, Ice, Water, Crystal, etc) interact as if they were a rank higher, repelling or redirecting the chakra, target's (not the caster's) choice. Techniques that manipulate light or render a target invisible can deflect or choose not to interact (completely ignoring their effects and mass) with the objects generated respectively.
While in this state the user cannot use or be forced to use any jutsu from skills other than Taijutsu and Sensory.

Description: This technique targets an object, structure, puppet, or creature that the user has the puppet strings technique on or themselves. The user can determine an a second target that the first is in contact with and generate a mass of chakra strings that will, at the point of contact portrude out of the first target and into the second, effectively sewing the two things together. The strings will last until they are broken by brute force (strength equivalent to the jutsu’s Power) damage of eaual rank. with a stitch length of 5 mm this jutsu can be used to repair objects, heal puppets’ damage, attach severed limbs.
Additional Effect: The user can extend the effects of a chakra strings technique to combined objects.

The caster can choose to exclude themselves when they initiate this Jutsu, but can not exclude any allies. This Jutsu gives the targets a debuff (-) to their intelligence that increases (by -) for each rank in power above E (up to -----).- Trigger:
- Observing [Sight or Chakra Visualization] the cold purple miasma created by this technique.
- Timer:
- 1 Post. This jutsu's speed comes at the cost of allowing the target to select which effect the are under. Each player has the ability to customize their character's fear response or any hallucinations they may see, though their characters are bound to their selected response until the jutsu ends. (OOC: Give it some thought before you choose, and feel free to have too much fun with it.)
- Effect(s):
- Fine: The target processes the emotions that this Jutsu is trying to impose, but is drained and distracted from the effort of constantly engaging in the process. The target may choose to debuff their stamina instead of their intelligence.
- Fight: The fear that the target feels sends them flying into a rage. Until the jutsu ends, the target finds themselves unable to cast a jutsu at a reduced chakra cost, and cast Jutsu at the highest power available to them (example: for this Jutsu that would be 30). Additionally, the target receives a buff to Strength [for taijutsu only] equivalent to the debuff they received in intelligence.
- Flight: The target sees the caster as a monstrous figure (targeted player's choice or the caster just looks huge) that's grown 5 meters. The target gets a one rank reduction on Jutsu that increase their speed.
- Fawn: In an instant the target is over come with dread realizing that they shouldn't have engaged with the user as they feel both companionship and the desire to get to know the user better. Any ongoing techniques of lower rank that the target has active end. Jutsu that the target casts while they can see the target of a lower rank fail to cast while still expending the chakra until the jutsu ends.
- Freeze [with Sensory only]: The target becomes immobilized by fear as they try and think their way out of the situation taking in the the world around them and the caster to find a way out. The target receives a buff to perception regarding any event within the jutsu's range.
- Flop: The target goes unconscious as stress hormones, like a poison, rush through their system. Their eyes go roll back and their mouth foams. They receive a buff to their constitution equal to the debuff to their Intelligence. Those that choose Flop resist the intelligence debuff as if it were a poisonous jutsu, but not the unconsciousness.
- Fine: The target processes the emotions that this Jutsu is trying to impose, but is drained and distracted from the effort of constantly engaging in the process. The target may choose to debuff their stamina instead of their intelligence.
Additional Effect: Casters with sensory also give the target access to the Freeze effect. The user can sense the number of people effected by the jutsu, the effect that they are under and any hallucination that they generate. They receive no additional information on the target like location or chakra reserves. This jutsu may be used with the Chakra Suppression technique.
Weaknesses: This Jutsu targets the amygdala healing that can repair damage from a jutsu of the same rank as this jutsu's power can end the effect of the technique. This technique can only target those with an amygdala.
The targets of the technique can choose beneficial buffs or have the debuff be applied to stamina instead.
Casters without the genjutsu spec may only use this jutsu's power up to their rank and may not choose not to target themselves. The caster may only use the additional effect if they have both the Sensory and Genjutsu Specs.

Until the jutsu ends, the target finds themselves unable to cast a jutsu at a reduced chakra cost, and cast Jutsu at the highest power available to them (example: for this Jutsu that would be 30). Additionally, the target receives a buff to Strength [for taijutsu only] equivalent to the debuff they received in intelligence.

Any ongoing techniques of lower rank that the target has active end. Jutsu that the target casts while they can see the target of a lower rank fail to cast while still expending the chakra until the jutsu ends.
- Freeze [with Sensory only]: The target becomes immobilized by fear as they try and think their way out of the situation taking in the the world around them and the caster to find a way out. The target receives a buff to perception regarding any event within the jutsu's range.
- Flop: The target goes unconscious as stress hormones, like a poison, rush through their system. Their eyes go roll back and their mouth foams. They receive a buff to their constitution equal to the debuff to their Intelligence. Those that choose Flop resist the intelligence debuff as if it were a poisonous jutsu, but not the unconsciousness.
Additional Effect: Casters with sensory also give the target access to the Freeze effect. The user can sense the number of people effected by the jutsu, the effect that they are under and any hallucination that they generate. They receive no additional information on the target like location or chakra reserves. This jutsu may be used with the Chakra Suppression technique.
Weaknesses: This Jutsu targets the amygdala healing that can repair damage from a jutsu of the same rank as this jutsu's power can end the effect of the technique. This technique can only target those with an amygdala.
The targets of the technique can choose beneficial buffs or have the debuff be applied to stamina instead.
Casters without the genjutsu spec may only use this jutsu's power up to their rank and may not choose not to target themselves. The caster may only use the additional effect if they have both the Sensory and Genjutsu Specs.
- Spool: Even if it is less than 1 per post, you'll still need some kind of upkeep cost.
- Chakra Oppression: Due to the effects, I'd suggest making countdown 2 posts minimum. Increase the rank to at least B due to it's effects.

Weaknesses:
Unique booster portion is good.
This reads more like nin/sensory than tai/sensory to me.
You'll need to note that the "additional effect" currently would make it so that if you use this at E rank, you would get a + to perception, -- to int, and no unique booster. You might consider making this 2 different techniques or just having the min cast level be C?
