Also use numeric value instead of letter. So a B-rank activation will be 10.

When learning this technique you must learn it with each different poison you make. So for every different strand of liquid poison you plan to use with this technique, you must "re-train" it for that particular poison.

The same as the other technique. Also, because medicines are quite powerful and more complex I would need you to amp up the rank and cost to A-rank.

Add a C-Tier Intelligence requirement to Cleanse; as that's the required level for creating a D-Rank Medicine.

How long does the chakra poison last when on the projectile? I'm assuming it's one use only, but there will also need to be a time limit on how long it can be applied to a weapon without being used before it expires. Also, does it affect the entire chakra system, or just the spot hit by the projectile?

Fixed Cleanse

It effects the whole chakra system and the entire jutsu lasts one post from the moment it’s activated to the moment the post is over, so someone would have to use it right away instead of applying it one post and using it another (edited all that in.)

I feel like the internal burning damage should be restricted to a small area around where the damage is done. Causing an entire 2nd degree burn throughout the entire body will be very one-shotty.

Also the 2nd degree burn is subjective to the target's Constitution. Just state the technique causes burns. Seeing as it's B-rank and foreign chakra entering the opponent's body should tell enough about the damage done.

I'm also assuming this requires the item to enter the body to work as well. Contact with the chakra will not yield the effects.
