Information:	So I misinterpreted and was told the wrong information in regards to the Ninjutsu Skill. I was informed, by who, i don't remember, that I was able to learn all elemental jutsu up to C Rank with the skill. Apparently that information was wrong so I'm going to be "unlearning" a series of jutsu. I'm keeping the EXP though as I still RP'd for them. I'm just giving back the jutsu I shouldn't have been able to learn.
