+1 tier and ++ to Intelligence. One of the +s is a + Unique Boost of Intelligence that doesn't exceed 2 tiers for the whole technique.
Conditional + Unique Boost to Speed. In exchange, the users can only get the + Speed if they're prepared to fight 1st. If they don't try to engage 1st, 2 precognition saves are used to get the + Speed.
Weaknesses: There are no particularly unique effects besides boosting, and Intelligence needs to remain B+ for concentration.

Description: Barcodes spread in each cardinal direction, and the chakra ink is usable if the requirements are met. Afterward, any chakra-based jutsu can be forced to remain active in range. Jutsu can only be forced to remain active if they could already be sustained.
These rules only apply to jutsu that were cast beforehand. Any other chakra-based jutsu up to S-rank are disabled within the boundaries of the fuinjutsu.
Weaknesses: The user can't cast new jutsu either. Barcode seals must make contact with an opponent to force their jutsu to remain active.

Description:
First, the user must have read the mind of their target. The user spreads barcode-like fuinjutsu from their body by having physical contact (not ranged like the gif) with a target. Chakra ink is usable if the requirements are met. After making contact, the user no longer needs to retain contact and a branded fuinjutsu will force their target to activate jutsu that the user's aware of. Activated jutsu must be jutsu the target had already learned. The target can perform hand signs, even if unconscious, as long as it's not a physical impossibility (no hands). The user can perform the hand seals required for techniques instead, but they must have learned the jutsu already.
Weaknesses: Jutsu can only be delay-casted for up to 1 post. A target must have had their mind read, such as by Saiko Denshin. The user can only apply one of these seals at a time. The target cannot cast the user's jutsu unless they've learned them already.

Description: Barcodes appear on the user's body, and the chakra ink is usable if the requirements are met. The user defensively isolates and transfers instances of damage to take place over 3 posts instead. The first post of damage is always 1 rank lower damage first. The second post is half of half (so S damage halved twice is B), and the third post is the same as the second.
Damage can be moved to a limb. Without equivalent Constitution at least, damage will sacrifice that limb.
The user can use it on others to damage a different part of their body, or to protect them. For surgical purposes, the user can even use this technique to transfer damage to themselves.
Weaknesses: The user cannot transfer damage to other people. 1 rank lower in damage means only 2 jutsu need to hit the user for full initial damage still.

Description: The sealless fuinjutsu UA works if the user has it, as ijutsu is only used for medical knowledge. Barcodes appear on the user's body, and the chakra ink is usable if the requirements are met. The user can share the effect to those touching them.
An A-rank ijutsu is sealed beforehand into the user's body, to restore it to a prior state most effectively. Shock is stopped, pain is dampened, and blood is restored. The user remains conscious and alive for as long as the jutsu's active, at least a post, unless their head is specifically destroyed. If the user loses major targeted organs, they need a way to live without them after the jutsu ends.
Weaknesses: The healing counts as the sole jutsu the user can seal, until 5 posts after it's use.
