Description: This is a specialized technique devolped by Izumi through constant use of the Body Flicker Technique. She is able to use her chakra to enhance her Speed by +1 Tier and move in unilateral directions, just like the Body Flicker. The main difference is that she can keep this technique going and not have to end it once she stops moving in one direction. How this jutsu got its name is because Izumi has to stop momentarily when she wants to change directions. So to a lot of people it looks like she's flickering all over the place because they can't see her running so fast. Using this technique also outlines Izumi in a blue fiery looking aura.
Weaknesses: She might get tripped up if her Speed gets way over her Coordination.

Description: When Izumi is using her Flicker Style, she runs super fast. When she's in the middle of one of those high speed dashes, between flickers, she builds up a lot of momentum. This technique is what she uses to channel that momentum into a single hit. This hit has a +1 Tier Strength boost for Izumi and it stops her at the point of impact because she puts all of her forward moving speed into the hit. She can continue to use the Flicker Style afterward to get gone before her opponent strikes back. The punch looks like an explosion of the fiery blue aura from the Flicker Style.
Weaknesses: When she goes to hit her target, Izumi slows down. The Speed boost from her Flicker Style is canceled for the moment of the hit. This can open her up to taking some damage before she is able to run off again.

Weaknesses: The aura doesn't look all that cool when it's condensed like this. She also needs to have the Flicker Style active to use it.

This is like a meditation where she takes the time and clears her mind enough to really connect with the energy that's inside her body. It takes one post to perform and then it gives her +1 Tier to Coordination for the rest of the topic, but only for chakra control.
Weaknesses: Izumi needs to meditate for a whole post to focus. During that post, she can't think about stuff in the real world.This makes it super tough to use in a battle, but that's when it's most useful, so it's tough to pull off.

Description: When Izumi uses the summoning jutsu without drawing blood, she'll summon a special contract assigned just to her. This contract can take any form she wants it to when she's summoning it. It can be a big scroll, a little scroll, a tattoo on her arm or even glowing letters in the air! All it does is display the names of anyone that she has a contract with. This doesn't include anything from other contracts, like the toad contract for example. That's a whole different contract and it lists the summoners for it, not the summons. This contract lists the summons. After Izumi summons her special contract, she can write a name on it. Any name listed on her contract can be summoned by her if she uses the summoning technique with a blood offering.
Weaknesses: The people or creatures written on her contract don't have to respond to Izumi's summon. They'll feel her pulling them to her location, but they can choose to ignore her. Izumi can only have one name on her contract for rank of her stamina. So if she has E stamina, she could only have one name. But she could have up to six names if she has S stamina! Izumi has to spend the same rank of chakra as her summon's class to summon them.

Description: This is how Izumi gets around stubborn people that don't want her to summon them! She performs the hand signs of the summoning technique in reverse and then touches something. A mark will appear on that something and it looks like an inverted version of the summoning seal. As long as this mark is on that something, Izumi can summon it and it won't have the choice to ignore her. She can use this on things that already have a contract with her or things that don't. If Izumi also has the Fuuinjutsu skill, she can increase the cost to 5 and make the seal permanent until somebody unseals it!
Weaknesses: Without Fuuinjutsu, the mark goes away after ten posts, so it's not super permanent. If she uses this on something she doesn't have a contract for, then she can only have one active at a time. If it's on things she does have a contract for, then she can have up to three. If she reaches her limit and tries to create a new one, then the oldest one goes away to make room for the new one. When she summons something, she has to match the class of that thing with the same rank in chakra.

It focuses on lightning fast reactionary moves to both attack and defend at the same time. Izumi uses this style by standing with equal weight on both feet and holding her hands in front of her on the lines of an imaginary cone that’s pointed to her opponent. It gives +2 Tiers to Coordination.
Weaknesses: This is really only useful in a Taijutsu fight, since it focuses on counters and isn’t the best at closing long distances.

It maintains the balance of the Lightning Dragon by always following up the initial step with the second foot so that she is never placing unequal weight on either foot for very long. This is a trained motion, so she can perform it without thinking too much and do other things with her hands, like this style requires. +2 Tiers to Speed.
Weaknesses: Izumi’s maximum distance with this technique is one meter, so it’s super limited in what it can do and is pretty much only useful in sidesteps and closing already small distances.

Description: This is the Lightning Dragon's basic form of offensive combat. It's a move where Izumi will continuously launch punches at the enemy that are aimed from her centerline. This makes them able to deflect incoming blows that cross paths with her arm while also dealing damage to the enemy. This technique is a series of slaps, backfist, straight punches, grabs, and knees designed to retaliate against most any defensive or offensive move. This makes it possible for Izumi to stay on the offensive with fierce power! +2 Tiers to Strength.
Weaknesses: This technique doesn't use kicks. That makes it super close range. It can also be overwhelmed by higher Coordination because Coordination is the speed of punches and Lightning Dragon relies pretty hard on being faster than people it's being used on.
