:: 1/2 and 1/2: What's the range that you can throw the goop? I get that it can spread up to 100m after it makes contact, but what's the range of the initial attack to get the goop onto someone?Toshiyuki wrote:Summon Name: Ikuchi, Guru

The former head of the Ikuchi Familia Guru's wisdom and intellect puts her on a scale comparable to many of the great minds of the shinobi world. The position this creature occupies is one claimed by awe and fear. Guru is a very old, wise, and powerful previous Familia head and carries herself as such.

Description: This jutsu causes the user to secret a complex mixture of a corrosive and a high salinity mucous infused with powerful lysosomes and stomach acids over the any surface on them of their choice while at the same time protecting themselves from its effects. This powerful caustic toxin is capable of dissolving most objects, and will eat clean through any creature that comes in contact with it. This jutsu can be maintained even when Guru transforms with the transformation technique or similar jutsu, treating the new form as the user's body. Once the goop makes contact it eats at a substance at A-Rank speeds for that post with the corrosion spreading up to 100 meters in a direction on any given post. The mucous itself clings to the user and to affected targets with A-tier strength, but otherwise doesn't spread from the user.
This corrosion manifests as either 3rd degree burns and a 2 Tier reduction of hardness on items once per contact and only once to each target a post. Possibly doing both in the case of certain techniques that give their user a hardness/durability. If an item's hardness would be reduced below D-Rank it is instead destroyed. The damage dealt by this jutsu is effectively A Rank, but targets effected by this jutsu receive a -1 tier-- to their Con in regards to damage from Raiton jutsu for 3 posts due to the high salinity of the substance on the damaged area.
A user with S Rank or higher Strength can sling drops of the acid as a thrown projectile.
Weaknesses: The toxic sludge created by this jutsu can be countered by a Chemist with B-Rank or higher intelligence and access to the proper tools, improvised or otherwise, to - for example - apply a powerful base to the area. If applied to the user the technique is forcefully ended and can't be used again until the counter is undone (by removal of an applied substance or otherwise). Obviously this jutsu can hurt friend and foe alike. Certain non-metallic substances like glass and sand that naturally boast a high resistance to chemical reactions with acids, ignore the effects of this jutsu completely. This jutsu, even though it is a Non-elemental jutsu, is also weak to Suiton.

Description: The user lets out a menacing sound audible to all up to the maximum range of the jutsu. This can range from a barely audible growl meant for only one person, or a roar heard across great distances. The user can choose to exclude targets they know are in the area, such as Kiri-nin -if they know which ninja are which- or the guy in the corner. This sound is the trigger for a subtle, but potent, Genjutsu. This genjutsu reduces every target's Coordination or Intelligence, target's choice, by -1 tier and a -, as fear ripples through their body once it comes into effect. This happens on the third post after they hear the trigger. This fear deals A Rank psychological damage to the target on that same round. Unless the genjutsu is broken, the fear begins fade by a -(to one stat at a time) each round dealing C Rank psychological damage until it dissipates.
Weaknesses: This is an auditory jutsu, and any target that is unable to hear is immune to its effects. Any target without an Intelligence stat is also immune.
Additionally the target can choose where the debuff is going and even split the debuff between the two stats if they choose to.
Name: Combination Transformation: Royalty
Rank: C
Power:C
Activation Cost: 5
Upkeep Cost: 6
Range: Touch
Speed: None
Element: None
Skill: Ijutsu/Ninjutsu
Classification: Secret
Requirements: Requires two users.
Parent Technique: Transformation Technique
Hand Seals: One user must bite the other.
Description: With this jutsu Guru uses the transformation technique with a target, while this technique only needs to be known by Guru. The other user also must both be willing and conscious. This transformation changes the physiology of both creatures to become a hybrid of the creature that cast the jutsu with Guru and an eel, and therefor use her (Guru’s) partner's stats as the form's base. Guru's partner gains the ability to breathe underwater as they grow gills on their neck. They gain the ability to move freely in water at the partner's base speed as fins and a tail are formed on the partners body. The user also gains a single tier increase to their Constitution stat, as this jutsu splices the two creature's genes together providing them with a best of both worlds combination. The two users can communicate mentally and control is established by the user with the higher stamina.
Weaknesses: This technique requires focus and in the case that either user's CP drops below 30 this jutsu automatically ends on the subsequent post. Though this technique has a very steep CP upkeep cost it can be paid in any ratio by the user's of the technique (it is possible that one user may pay only 2, 1, or even 0 as long as the partner picks up the slack.) This is not necessarily a weakness, but the two users don't share a chakra pool and therefor can only split the cost of this technique and it's derivatives. This jutsu applies over cloning techniques, splitting both users' chakra pools further amplifying the drain of this technique.

Description: The user's body parts that can cut, pierce, or shred such as teeth, claws, spines grow slightly and become enhanced to A-Rank quality and durability. When the user pierces a foe with these weapons, the target receives powerful electric shocks that induce pain and cause muscle spasms that reduce the target's strength by 1 tier a their coordination by -.
Weaknesses: The effects of this jutsu's debuffs only last as long as the contact itself.
:: Step in the Arena: Range is way too high. Please reduce that to 200m. Cannot "pick and choose" who is affected by this technique. This either deals the debuff effect or the damage. This cannot do both.
:: Combination Transformation: Royalty: For what this gives -- especially the water breathing, I believe this should probably be a A-Rank technique. The sharing of chakra will also need to be redefined as that is treading on Sage Mode perks. Also, needs to be mentioned how damage will be dealt to the combined entity
:: The Squeeze: Since this is a style, remove the activation cost as the cost will be the upkeep.
:: Capture: Looks good to me
