Culture/Lore: Founded by the Yuki clan in the snowy mountains long ago before the times of change occurred within Kirigakure. These large mighty creatures dominated the heights of the mountains remaining in isolation and only coming out of their nest to eat. Ignoring the plague that was shinobi until that changed for the better as the Yuki clan came to the aid of these creatures. During this time the heir of the next leader was abducted by the rival nations of that era missing for only a week.

Before it was the Yuki that returned the young prince back to its family with their clothes tattered in blood. The leader at the time took his chance and offered inclusion with the shinobi due to their sacrifice and resolve in saving their future king. From this moment on the Yuki clan and Owls learned to trust and become closer to understanding each other as the outside world continued to change.

Unique Abilities: Using the follicles on their beaks the owls can sense their territory up to eighty meters for their targets allowing them to prey on the unsuspecting victim by accelerating their speed without warning. Up to one hundred meters the owls vision allows them to track down their next meal seeing them clearly and without hesitation. In snowy environments the females use the environment to hide in plain sight due to their body consisting of pure white feathers. Unlike the males which come hint of black in their feathers. Due to this the females would reduce the perception of their prey by one tier as long as they remained hidden.
Requirements: Summoning Contract
Drawbacks: Upon the ground the speed of the owl is reduced by one tier since it’s not known for chasing down prey on foot.
