    The Easy:

    Name: Seal of Power
    Rank: C
    Power: C
    Activation Cost: 5
    Upkeep Cost: 3
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Horse
Description: This seal, placed on the torso, acts as an enchantment on the human body, forcefully directing energy from the chakra system into the muscles. This energy reinforces the larger portion, thus increasing the overall Strength of the user by One Tier.
Weaknesses: The seal can be activated at will, but because it drains energy passively, it must be touched for deactivation.

    Name: Seal of Endurance
    Rank: C
    Power: C
    Activation Cost: 5
    Upkeep Cost: 3
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Boar
Description: This seal, placed somewhere on the torso, can be activated by flowing chakra into it. Once this is done, the seal awakens and begins draining energy on its own and redirecting it into the epidermis. Much like chakra flow hardens materials, this causes the skin to harden, increasing Constitution by One Tier.
Weaknesses: The seal must be touched for deactivation, else it will continue to drain energy until the person it is attached to dies. Though the skin is made harder, pain tolerance is unaffected. If damage manages to cause any damage, the person will experience pain in accordance with their Constitution without the effects of this seal.

    Name: Seal of Haste
    Rank: C
    Power: C
    Activation Cost: 5
    Upkeep Cost: 3
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Hare
Description: This is another seal which is placed upon the torso and, when activated, drains energy from the user and redirects it elsewhere in the body. Like the Seal of Power, this Fuuinjutsu targets the muscles but, rather than the middle, this seal targets the connection points to enhance how quickly the muscles can pull joints, thereby enhancing overall Speed by One Tier.
Weaknesses: The seal must be deactivated by touch.

    Name: Seal of Finesse
    Rank: C
    Power: C
    Activation Cost: 5
    Upkeep Cost: 3
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Snake
Description: This seal, placed on the torso, is activated at will and drains the energy of the body to which it is applied and directs it into the nervous system. This hastens communication between the body and the brain, allowing easier and faster control of the body in the form of a One Tier boost to overall Coordination.
Weaknesses: Unlike the other seals, this one does not mesh well with other techniques which affect its given system. Any other boost to Coordination while this boost is active must originate from either Raiton or Ijutsu; anything else will be rendered inert by the seal or, if it is stronger, destroy it. The seal must be deactivated by touch.

    Name: Seal of Vision
    Rank: C
    Power: C
    Activation Cost: 5
    Upkeep Cost: 3
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Bird
Description: This seal, placed on the head, drains energy of the body it's applied to and directs it into the optic nerve. This, much like the Seal of Finesse, increases neurological communication, but rather than the brain and muscles, this connects the eyes with the occipital lobe, increasing the speed at which the eyes are able to perceive by One Tier. This Perception boost is strictly in tracking, and offers no other benefits, such as Genjutsu recognition.
Weaknesses: Seal must be touched for deactivation.

    The Hard:

Name: Sealing Technique: Phantom Dragon Consuming Seal
    Rank: S
    Activation Cost: 50
    Range: Contact
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Rinnegan - Outer Path
Parent Technique: Sealing Technique: Phantom Dragons Nine Consuming Seals
Hand Seals: Tiger → Snake → Rat → Ox → Dog → Ram
Description: This technique was developed to apply the power of the Outer Path to the creation of a Jinchuuriki. With this technique, the user can mimic the bond of a Bijuu to its original form, the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, to more fluidly combine a Tailed Beast with a human host. Like the parent technique, this jutsu generates a phantom dragon that attaches itself to a Bijuu and draws it in. The difference is that instead of using the Gedo Mazou, the origin point is a seal with a number of figures matching the number of tails of the Bijuu being sealed.

The process begins with the required hand seals and then making contact with the host body. A seal will appear, burning itself into the host's skin through clothing and armor. From the seal, a phantom dragon will emerge and immediately seek out the Bijuu corresponding to the number of figures present on the seal. Note that unlike the parent technique, this one can only pull a Bijuu out of a Jinchuuriki if the host and user have A-Tier or higher Constitution and Intelligence, respectively.

Once the dragon takes hold, a struggle ensues. The host's Constitution is compared with the target's remaining Stamina to determine how long the process takes:
    2 Tiers higher Con: Immediate
1 Tier higher Con: 1 post
    Equal Con: 3 posts
1 Tier lower Con: 7 posts
    2 Tiers lower Con: Indefinite

For this reason, it is suggested to weaken the Bijuu/Jinchuuriki before beginning this process. Now, because the dragon is comprised of chakra, it is immune to physical attacks, including those of elemental makeup. A pure chakra attack of S-Rank or higher can destroy it, though not if it contains Bijuu chakra, because this is what the dragon is devouring.

While attached, the Dragon suppresses all Tailed Beast chakra of the target. This prevents Bijuu from reacting to it, but in the case of Jinchuuriki, standard chakra may still be used even while the dragon is latched on to them.

In the case of Bijuu already sealed into inanimate objects, the user need only know the Tailed Beast Transfer Technique to use this jutsu to seal the Bijuu into a host without any struggle.

Once the Bijuu is absorbed, the seal locks in place, changing the color from burned red to ink black, solidifying the union of demon and human. Because this seal generates such a complete bond, it reduces the training required for Initial Jinchuuriki Mode, Version 1, and Version 2 by 100 exp each.

Due to the nature of the seal and its connection to the Outer Path, the integrity is solid. While this offers no benefit to resisting unsealing techniques nor makes Chakra Access any easier, it does prevent the use of seals which block or obstruct the flow of chakra within the user. It is too tight for anything to prevent the mixing of human and Bijuu chakra, while any seal which affects one or the other is broken by the other chakra type: Bijuu will override human chakra blocks and vice versa. The only exception is in specific seal types as described in the weakness section.

The Key to this seal can be drawn at any time and up to any number of copies but only by the person that applied the seal. Once created, the Key can be activated by anybody. When activated, the Key drains 10 points in chakra from the activator and causes a small black receiver to emerge from each of the figures (those that correspond with the number of tails) immediately preceding much larger version forming through each of the tails to bind the Bijuu both in mind and in body (if Version Two or Tailed Beast Mode is active) by its tails, limiting movement.

Weaknesses: This cannot be used on creatures unrelated to the Gedo Mazou, such as the Reibi. Placing a seal of opposite orientation to this one (even on an odd or vice versa) will disrupt the flow, separating the union of demon and host. This causes all benefits of the seal to reverse, adding the experience reductions instead of deducting them. Additionally, in the case of chakra-blocking seals, all Bijuu chakra is susceptible to blocking if the seal is of the opposite orientation.

    Name: Binding Demonic Chain Seal
    Rank: S
    Activation Cost: 25
    Range: Contact
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Rinnegan - Outer Path
    Parent Technique: Demonic Statue Chains
    Hand Seals: None
Description: This is a Fuuinjutsu that is placed on top of a seal which contains a Bijuu. The number of figures in this seal is equal to the number of tails of the Bijuu to which it is being applied; this means that it can be either odd or even, depending on the circumstance, and in the case that is opposite to the orientation of the base seal (odd applied to even or vice versa) then this seal will create an imbalance. This imbalance causes a number of chains equivalent to the number of its seal to emerge from the seal and restrain the user while suppressing any Bijuu chakra whenever the host attempts to access Bijuu chakra; this can be in the form of chakra access, healing, transformations, versions, chakra mode, etc. but does not affect the Passive Ability granted by Bijuu (such as Magnet Release from Shukaku).

When an imbalance is not created, this seal acts as a reinforcement to the base, adding its value to the overall point total of the seal containing the Bijuu, making it harder to break. Additionally, when rotated by the host (this is done by touching each of the figures and turning them), the seal produces massive chains to restrain the Bijuu within the mind. These chains are of such power and speed that the Bijuu is unable to avoid, escape, or break them. Note that this function only applies when the Bijuu is contained by the base seal; freeing it for the purpose of a Control battle or similar will reduce the chains' effectiveness to B-Tier Speed and A-Tier Strength and Durability.

The Key to this seal can be written by only the person applying it and, uniquely, the key can actually be written into the seal to allow easy access for the host. When activated (it can be activated by anyone touching it), the Key drains 15 points in chakra from the person using it and then causes a chain of similar appearance to the parent technique to emerge from each of the figures on the seal. These chains adjust to the size of the host, typically between human form and tailed beast form, to appropriately restrain them with A-Tier power and suppress all Bijuu energy. This does negate any boosts or abilities provided by Bijuu, as well as paralyzing any Bijuu affected by it. This same effect can occur in the mind, but because in there the seal is on the host and not the Bijuu, the latter may be able to avoid them due to their B-Tier Speed. This makes battle for Control easier, but by no means easy.

Weaknesses: The chains can be broken by a person generating greater than A-Tier force without the use of Bijuu chakra. A Key present on the actual seal is susceptible to activation by any touching it, though in this case it can always be deactivated by the host. This can be dangerous because even if the user of this technique activates the Key, the host can always deactivate it with the seal itself, should the seal also contain the Key. This technique can be undone as per normal Fuuinjutsu rules, in which case its point value in Bijuu resistance will be deducted from the base seal; depending on the circumstances, this could cause the Bijuu to be released.

Name: Satya of the Forbidden World
    Rank: A
    Activation Cost: 10
    Upkeep Cost: 5
    Range: Sight
    Speed: Instant
    Skill: Doujutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Rinnegan - Outer Path
Parent Technique: Summoning: Demonic Statue of the Outer Path
    Hand Seals: Snake
Description: Calling upon his connection to the Rinnegan and the Gedo Mazou, the user is able to access a higher level of vision which reveals truth. This sight reveals to the user the presence of those walking any of the Paths to Nirvana, that is, any possessing an unlocked Path of the Rinnegan, as well as any of the Nine pieces to the Great Demon of the Outer Path, that is, the Bijuu comprising the Juubi. The energy of these beings is connected to the Outer Path, being creations of it, while the Rinnegan users are pieces of the same whole. It is with this connection that the user is able to perceive from great distances what would seem as beacons of purple and of red shooting into the sky. Unlike most techniques, this one is not activated at will. Instead, after it is learned, the user will feel a mild throbbing in the eyes whenever Bijuu or Rinnegan energy is used (a technique or path ability) within the same Land. At that point, the technique may be activated, revealing the beacon for as long as the energy is actively being used. The technique may be kept active to continue seeing the beacon or, if energy is no longer being used, an outline around the individual from which the energy originated.
Weaknesses: The beacons themselves do not reveal great detail on any location, only the general direction. Any outlines do not penetrate obstacles and only appear as a thin aura; the user would need a direct line of sight to perceive them. Should the technique not be kept active, it will require its activation condition in order to use again.

    Name: Seal of Invigoration
    Rank: S
    Power: S
    Activation Cost: 25
    Upkeep Cost: 0
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: S-Tier Intelligence
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Dog
Description: Using the general knowledge afforded by the required Intelligence in regards to the secret Yin Seal/Strength of a Hundred Seal, this technique was designed to mimic it to the best of the user's ability. That is to say, S-Tier Intelligence is a prerequisite not only for creating this technique, but for learning it as well. Once applied, the seal is able to store Chakra Points equal to the amount of Chakra Points provided by the Stamina of the person to which it is applied. This is because the seal, inferior in design, depends upon the physical resilience of its user to maintain its integrity. If ever the user's maximum Chakra Point total falls below the seal's currently stored Chakra Points, as in a Stamina debuff, the seal will burst, releasing all of the raw energy like a small bomb, destroying whichever part of the body that it is placed on.

This seal works as a means of storage for chakra but, unlike its inspiration, it cannot passively drain small amounts of the user's chakra over time. Instead, the seal accepts deposits of chakra forcefully placed into it. This is intended to be done by the user, but can be done by anyone making physical contact with the seal; this can be hazardous if toxic chakra, such as Senjutsu or Bijuu, are placed into the seal and the user is incapable of handling them.

The amount of chakra which can be stored in the seal at any given time is limited only by the Stamina of the user, as mentioned before. Once desired, this chakra can be released by forming the same hand seal that is used in its creation: Dog. The seal will break and vanish, flooding the user's system with all of the stored chakra.

Weaknesses: This seal can leave the user open to Chakra Burn. Every Tier above E in the user's base Constitution extends the duration before Burn kicks in by one post, but once it kicks in, the user suffers damage in accordance with how many points over his Stamina maximum the user is when Burn kicks in: At 10 points, the body begins to exhibit physical burns, causing discomfort and immobilizing those with lower Constitution. At 20 points, the burns become more severe and the body begins to shut down, lowering Strength, Speed, and Dexterity by a tier, each. At 30 points, the body begins breaking down, lowering all stats by a - per post until the user is unable to move and slips into unconsciousness. Beyond 30 points, the user dies.

    Name: Sealing Technique: Suspended Preservation
    Rank: D
    Power: D
    Activation Cost: 3
    Upkeep Cost: 0
    Range: Touch
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: None
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu, Ijutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
Parent Technique: Enclosing Technique, Mystical Palm Technique
    Hand Seals: None
Description: The inscription of this seal mimics the flow of chakra caused by the hand seals of the Mystical Palm Technique surrounded by a basic enclosing formula for the storage of objects. This seal is imbued with healing energy capable of preserving any organic material placed into it by vitalizing the cells within using a loop creating by the seal to constantly cycle the healing energy used upon the creation of the seal. This is the reason that it can only preserve the current state of organic material, rather than repair or grow it.
Weaknesses: Each seal can only contain up to a single body's worth of material, from a single cell to a ten-foot giant. Once unsealed, all material is freed from the seal, which is then erased and must be remade for further use. It is suggested that only one type of material be stored in each seal- having multiple parts of the same body is fine, but if they are from two donors, meaning different genetic code, the healing will cause the parts to combine within the seal, making a new single type of material rather than the two that started. In the case of implantable organs, this can combine any number of kekkei genkai, but the actual implant process will suffer a -35 penalty to the dice roll for each material in the seal, on top of any present modifiers.
--As an example, placing the arm of a Senju with the spleen of Kotoshura will combine the material so that everything in the seal contains both Wood Release and Blast Release. However, implanting any of that material into a person will add a -70 to the roll. It is much more efficient to simply implant them separately.

    Denined

Having the dragon outright immune to physical attacks and elements is too op.  It's virtually all but invincable

It's also way too fast to take effect considering how it's parent technique Sealing Technique: Nine Phantom Dragons takes to rip a bijuu out of a jin.

Also A tech that reduces the experience costs to master bijuu stuff is also a no go.   Those abilties are balanced around the fact they cost a large amount of experience to gain

Being able to effect the point value of a seal in that way is a no go.   Effectively that could double the value of an S-rank seal putting it at 1000 points which is simply way way too much  especially when you could do normal reinformant on top of that

The rest is ok, however their needs to be a hard limit to how many times the chains can be produded before the seal loses power and needs to be reapplied/recharged.

Needs to be limited to the same subform rather then land

Flat out no to fusing bloodlines.
1 piece of dna per seal.  Each seal will require an upkeep of .5 charka and require a sorce of chakra at all times to stay active.

Seal of Invigoration - I have serious problems with this technique as I believe it to infringe on Yin Seal and Strength of 100.

Satya of the Forbidden World - This technique needs to be opened up to all other Rinnegan users or its denied.

Invigoration uses the same basic idea: put chakra into a seal. It has no other similarity and in fact has much more weaknesses than strength of a hundred. The idea that only a restricted is allowed to place chakra into a seal is far too restrictive and encourages a copyright environment that helped make tnrpg so toxic.

Satya can be registered by the other users. As I said, copyright is horseshit. If an ability is basic (storing chakra in a seal, lining your hand with lightning) there's no reason to make it exclusive to the first thing that does it. The reason I don't make it a clan technique is because each path would see something different and I couldn't come up with six useful things on the spot. Outer Path sees Bijuu because that's its connection. Naraka may see souls, Asura may see battles, I don't know and I didn't want to choose for them.

The technique is still far too similar Yin Seal/Strength Of 100. I think you realize this because you made S-Tier Intel (and the accompanying knowledge of Yin Seal) a requirement. If I gave more drawbacks to FTG and called it a custom it would still be denied. The same principle applies here. Packing chakra into a seal in order to access it later is one of the definite attributes of that technique. It functionally doubles your Stamina pool which is arguably worse than Yin Seal because Yin Seal takes a period of time. I don't want carbon copies of Restricteds running around because you think copyright is bullshit.

So long as you open it up to the other Rinne users that's fine.

On Satya: For the second time, there is nothing forbidding people from registering their own version of this technique. If I opened it up to everyone, they'd either need to have the Outer Path or would be paying full price for half a technique. This is unfair. They must register their own version that will be within full rights to duplicate the Rinnegan specific portion of this technique. All that stops this is the corrupt view of Copyright.

On Suspended Preservation: This becomes open to a vast array of weaknesses if it is able to remotely drain chakra from the user. A post limit is the most appropriate option. Concerns over this are unfounded. Do any techniques with post limits mention whose posts it counts? The answer is no. It is always assumed to be the user of the technique. If I choose to use this seal on a scroll and leave that scroll some place, then I have at maximum ten of my own posts to return to it before it breaks.

On Phantom Dragon: The Eight Trigrams Seal reduces the experience cost for Jinchuuriki to master Chakra Access, one of the most used aspects, along with Chakra Mode and Tailed Beast Mode. My reduction is to the Tailed States, the least used aspects, and at a lesser amount. Furthermore, Eight Trigrams immediately seals Bijuu away, regardless of circumstance. Mine offers a chance to fight back, specific though it may be. Eight Trigrams also fully resets the Bijuu points whenever it is about to break. I don't have anything like that. In any case, I made the following edits: Stamina vs Constitution now uses the combined Stamina of host and Bijuu when this is used on Jinchuuriki, the dragon can now be destroyed by anyone that discharges 50 CP into it via touch, and I decreased the Exp reduction for Tailed States to 50.

Note: In the case of Jinchuuriki, the combined remaining Stamina of both Bijuu and host is used for thistle comparison.

For this reason, it is suggested to weaken the Bijuu/Jinchuuriki before beginning this process. Now, because the dragon is comprised of chakra, it is immune to physical attacks, including those of elemental makeup. A pure chakra burst of equal cost to this technique can destroy it, though not if it contains Bijuu chakra, because this is what the dragon is devouring. This burst can be done by anyone touching the dragon and it does not need to be a technique; simply touch it and discharge the required Stamina amount.

Because this seal generates such a complete bond, it reduces the training required for Initial Jinchuuriki Mode, Version 1, and Version 2 by 50 exp each.

On Demonic Chain: The Torii Seal applies 500 points to the Eight Trigrams Seal and allows for limitless use of its gate binding ability. At any rate, I added a cost to the chain function of my technique of 50 points from the seal integrity. Once it reaches the 500 point limit, it breaks, and since that value is also reduced by using Bijuu abilities, it's unlikely to ever reach its max of ten uses.

    Name: Binding Demonic Chain Seal

Activating the chains of this seal will weaken its integrity, reducing the point value by 50 with each time it is used, regardless of how many chains are produced. Once 500 points are gone, the seal breaks and must be reapplied. Note that because Bijuu abilities also reduce this point total, the seal may not survive the ten uses it is designed for.

On Seal of Invigoration: The fact that you call this the Yin Seal shows that you've not even looked at the technique before throwing accusations at me. As I've said, there are at least nine differences between my technique and Strength of a Hundred:
    1. SoaH comes with a Perfect Sage Mode.
    2. SoaH eliminates excess chakra waste.
    3. SoaH stores small amounts of chakra at a time, bypassing any reduction to user Stamina, while mine requires a direct deposit that the user will be unable to use until he recovers.
    4. SoaH has a vast limit regardless of the user's Stamina, while mine has a limit directly linked to the user's Stamina.
    5. SoaH amplifies any of the user's techniques.
    6. SoaH is linked to a Boss Restricted Summon and can enhance its power.
    7. SoaH can be used to remotely channel chakra into a summon.
    8. SoaH can be released at will with no repercussions, while mine risks lethal chakra burn, the same drawback used to balance an entire Rinnegan Path.
    9. SoaH remains in place after use, while mine must be reapplied.
    10. SoaH can remain on the body free of risk, while mine will explode if its contents ever exceed the user's maximum; one debuff can both foil this technique and kill the user.
    11. SoaH only stores chakra from the user, while mine can be accessed by anyone to force more chakra into it to either force an explosion or poison the user with Nature/Bijuu Chakra.
    12. SoaH has four subtechs, two of which grant temporary immortality, while mine has no subtechs and, due its nature, cannot be used for those purposes.

That's twelve differences. Now let's look at the similarities, the reasons you claim that my custom is a direct copy of SoaH:
    1. It is a Fuuinjutsu.
    2. It stores chakra.
    3. It is S-Rank.

    Name: Seal of Invigoration

    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Dog
Description: Once applied, the seal is able to store Chakra Points equal to the amount of Chakra Points provided by the Stamina of the person to which it is applied.

This seal works as a means of storage for chakra but it cannot passively drain small amounts of the user's chakra over time.

Parent Technique: Five Elements Seal, Black Receivers
    Hand Seals: None
Description: This seal is an inscription that is etched onto the tips and shaft of a black receiver by the user's will while it is being created. This process adds the cost of the seal to the generation of the receiver and provides an additional effect. Once a black receiver inscribed with this seal makes physical contact with something, it is able to lock away a portion of Stamina equivalent to five times the cost of the seal, that is, 25 points. Only by breaking contact with the entire receiver can the target be free of the seal's effects. Alternatively, it may be unsealed by working on any portion of it, for the entire inscription is effective no matter which part remains.
Weaknesses: While breaking the receiver has no effect on the seal's function, it can be unsealed by the normal methods no matter which portion of the receiver is visible or accessible, rather than needing to see the whole seal, which may be impossible in certain situations. The Stamina, once locked away, can be returned to the user by no longer making physical contact with the receiver. The Stamina inside the seal is inaccessible to any and breaking the seal will simply return that Stamina to the target.

    Hand Seals: None
Description: This technique is a strategic method of placing black receivers into the body. There are certain pressure points in every individual that govern general movement within the body that, when blocked, can hinder movement in that area. This technique is the proper placement of black receivers throughout the target's body to completely block off movement. These points, known only by the appropriate level of Intelligence and Ijutsu Skill, are located along the torso and can be accessed via the front or the back. Using black receivers, the user can penetrate those points to limit the target's mobility.

In total, there are six pressure points on lateral sides of the torso. The top two points are medial to the upper half of the shoulder blades and govern the arms from the shoulders down. Blocking both of these has no effect until the middle two points, located halfway on either side of the rib cage, are also blocked. This prevents body movement from the shoulders to the hips. The torso is locked in place and the arms can't be moved, though chakra can still move through them. The final two points are located just above the hips. Blocking these two and the middle two prevents the legs from moving, but allows chakra to flow through them. Blocking all six, of course, causes paralysis from the shoulders down.

Weaknesses: Use of this technique costs no chakra/stamina, but neither does it enhance the user's ability to actually place the rods into the target. The points are very specific; one or more inches off center will not work, making this near impossible to perform on a moving target without extraordinary Coordination. Blocking only one of the two in any given set will also have no effect. Notably, in every situation, the middle set must be blocked in addition to either the top or bottom to enact any sort of paralytic effect. The black receivers can be blocked by armor of sufficient durability, depending on the user's Strength, and can be broken by the target. Note that they must be extracted fully in order for the effects of this technique to wear off. These pressure points are in non-lethal locations, that is, piercing them will cause little to no blood loss and will not interfere with the individual's inner functions or organs. Note that the use of this technique does not affect chakra flow, as they do not target tenketsu as the Gentle Fist does, nor does it prevent the movement of the head or neck.

Whew. For starters change its rank to A and add a befitting activation/upkeep cost. Activation will be for using chakra in the receivers to cause this stun effect and upkeep will be to maintain it. 15/5 works. Furthermore, make it so that every receiver that's successfully in the target lowers their base Coordination (ignores boosts) by two minuses -- if they hit E-Rank Coordination, thats the only circumstance in which they'll be rendered paralyzed.

Tack on a minimum Coordination requirement as well, and add that due to the nature of the receivers that your chakra plugging into them disables boosts for the applicable areas (so if you have two in the top points then a booster will no longer be active in the area that affects, since it's cutting off flow). I dont really like trying to change up how people's techs work but in its current state it just doesnt work.

The Blood Seal Empty Re: The Blood Seal

Post by Zurui Fri Oct 12, 2018 7:42 pm

Well, there's a bit of a problem with that. As I'm shooting for high Stamina, I could use the Six Paths of Pain technique to embed as many receivers as this technique into a person and activate the control, turning them into an unwilling Path so long as I'm within range and my Stamina sufficiently exceeds theirs at the cost of 2 CP per post. To give this a five point upkeep would work well for someone not shooting for high stamina, sure, but it makes the technique wasteful to me. I can maintain the 15 point activation, though.

The Coordination requirement is a bit redundant. It's going to be user Coo vs target Spd & Coo for placing the rods anyway. Given the specificity of the targets, the user will need to either completely outclass the target or the target will need to be still, like knocked out, which would make a Coo req silly.

Description: This technique involves the strategic placing of black receivers into the target's body and then using a remote jolt of chakra to induce immediate paralysis. There are six specific pressure points throughout every human body which govern the movement of certain parts of the body. The top two points are medial to the upper half of the shoulder blades and govern the arms from the shoulders down. The middle two points, located halfway on either side of the rib cage, govern the mid-section, connecting the lower and upper halves of the body. The final two points are located just above the hips.

The knowledge of these points' existence and precise location require high Intelligence and a working knowledge of human anatomy granted only by the Ijutsu Skill. The application of this knowledge, however, can be rather difficult. If the target is moving in such a way that the user plants a receiver even one inch off, the effect will not take hold and he will need to try again. For this reason, it is suggested to either completely outclass the target physically or put the target into a restrained position beforehand.

Once the user is satisfied with the black receiver placement, he can activate the technique for the noted cost. This sends a shock through the opponent's body based on how many receivers are in the correct position. For every receiver in place, the target's Coordination is reduced by 2-. If three or more points are blocked, the target loses the ability to boost Coordination and the reduction is applied to their base. If the target hits E-Tier Coordination while any receivers are in  place, complete paralysis takes hold and the target will be stuck until enough receivers are removed.

Weaknesses: The black receivers can be blocked by armor of sufficient durability, depending on the user's Strength, and can be broken by the target. The activation cost remains the same, regardless of how many receivers are in place. Should the user add more and wish them to take effect, he will need to activate the technique again, at full cost.

If possible, I'd also like the following techniques checked:

    Spoiler:

Nyg had specific contention with Satya and Invigoration, but the others have been fixed.

It is with this connection that the user is able to perceive an aura of either purple (Rinnegan) or red (Bijuu) emanating from the target.
Weaknesses: The auras themselves do not project visibility through obstacles; the user must have line of sight to at least part of their physical form to perceive the aura.

Kinda iffy on the bijuu part since i feel it should only be visible while the bijuu chakra is being used, but this seems fine otherwise. Approved.

The seal, when used, has a lifespan of 10 posts before it must be resupplied with the activation cost by an Ijutsu user, otherwise it will release its contents and vanish.

Because this seal generates such a complete bond, it reduces the training required for Initial Jinchuuriki Mode, Version 1, and Version 2 by 25 exp each.

    Approved.

Description: Once applied, the seal is able to store Chakra Points equal to the amount of Chakra Points provided by the Stamina of the person to which it is applied.

This seal works as a means of storage for chakra but it cannot passively drain small amounts of the user's chakra over time.

Feel like my only gripe with this is the amount that can be stored. Make the seal store a maximum of half your max stamina reservoir and it should be good imo.

The Blood Seal Empty Re: The Blood Seal

Post by Copycat Fri Oct 12, 2018 8:53 pm

    Name: Seal of Invigoration
    Rank: S
    Power: S
    Activation Cost: 25
    Upkeep Cost: 0
    Range: Self
    Speed: Immediate
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: None
    Parent Technique: None
    Hand Seals: Dog
Description: Once applied, the seal is able to store Chakra Points equal to half the amount of Chakra Points provided by the Stamina of the person to which it is applied.

This seal works as a means of storage for chakra but it cannot passively drain small amounts of the user's chakra over time.

    Approved.

The Blood Seal Empty Re: The Blood Seal

    Name: Distortion Seal
    Rank: B
    Power: B
    Activation Cost: 10
    Upkeep Cost: 1
    Range: Self
    Speed: Instant
    Element: None
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu, Sensory
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: B-Tier Intelligence
    Parent Technique: Sensing Technique
    Hand Seals: None
Description: By drawing this seal on his person, the user is able to activate it to initiate an encryption within the chakra system. This encryption causes the user’s chakra signature to bounce so wildly that it becomes nearly undetectable by sensors. This is not to say that it appears as though it does not exist. Rather, the signal appears as though it’s coming from everywhere in the sensor’s range at once.
Weaknesses: This seal can be activated at any time, but is only effective when it is within the range of one or more sensors. Any number of sensors may be effected, which can be useful, but given that this seal does not alter the signature of the user, those sensors will know that the user is somewhere within their range. Due to the nature of this effect, it can be partially thwarted by sensors who have limited range, as the less their range, the fewer places the user could be.

    Name: Scrambling Seal
    Rank: C
    Power: C
    Activation Cost: 5
    Upkeep Cost: 1
    Range: Self
    Speed: Instant
    Element: None
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu, Sensory
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: B-Tier Intelligence
    Parent Technique: Sensing Technique
    Hand Seals: None
Description: Once activated, this seal generates an encryption upon the user’s chakra signature. This encryption is then transmitted to anyone that attempts to sense the user’s chakra and effectively scrambles their reading. The user’s signature will then appear to the affected sensor(s) that it is a combination of every sensor they’ve ever sensed, due to constant fluctuations that seem to change its reading. An alternative to this is by reshaping the seal in such a way as to alter the user’s signature such that it becomes identical to another person’s. This can only be done if the user is presently sensing the other signature at the time of the seal’s creation.
Weaknesses: The fewer people that use this technique, the easier it is to identify the person behind it. If the user is the only one to ever employ the seal, then regardless of how scrambled his signature is, everyone will know it is him. Copying another person’s signature gets around this to an extent, except that the seal must be created within range of that person, thereby risking the user being found out; if a sensor can sense his signature change into the other person, then the encryption won’t do much good.

    Name: Banshou Fuuin
    Rank: S
    Power: S
    Activation Cost: Varies
    Upkeep Cost: 0
    Range: Touch
    Speed: Instant
    Element: Varies
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Varies
    Parent Technique: Enclosing Technique
    Hand Seals: Snake
Description: The Banshou Fuuin is a special seal with a highly versatile use. It is able to absorb and seal away any technique which it comes in contact with. This process appears as a whirlpool, sucking away any chakra-borne creation originating from the technique that it is targeting, including even pre-existing materials that are being manipulated by said technique. This targeting method is indiscriminate; any technique that makes contact with the seal is subject to absorption so long as the user is holding the Snake Hand Seal when contact is made.

While the application of this seal costs a set 25 points of chakra, its activation varies by use. If the Banshou Fuuin is activated to absorb a technique, it will drain an equal amount of chakra from the user to that of the technique being absorbed; this can be drained remotely. Failure or inability to pay the cost will result in absorption not taking place, thereby subjecting whatever the seal is placed on to the technique in question and potentially damaging the seal.

In order to seal a technique, the user must have the ability to learn techniques of the element or skill it is from. For most people, this is limited to Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, any Skills or Elements they have, and, if somehow applicable, Taijutsu. It should be noted that this technique cannot be used to seal living people and only inanimate objects if they are being used as part of a technique which involves a chakra cost, because if not, the seal won’t activate since chakra is its trigger. If the user does not have the relevant skill/element, then the seal is unable to recognize the technique and, therefore, unable to seal it.

Once a technique is sealed away, it is stored permanently. The Banshou Fuuin can only hold up to 300 Chakra Points’ worth of techniques before it is full and will no longer absorb techniques. If a technique would push it over this threshold, it will not absorb the technique. Room can be made in the seal by releasing stored techniques. However, this charges the user of the seal the same price of the technique that is being released. Yes, that means you pay for the Jutsu once to seal it, and once more to release it, totaling at double the cost to catch and release techniques.
Weaknesses: In order to seal techniques of certain rank, the user must possess a working knowledge of that technique in at lost some fashion. This can be general knowledge or simply having trained the technique. If the user does not know the technique and does not have the Intelligence required to know of the technique, then he cannot seal the technique. While this seal requires no upkeep to maintain its integrity, it is very dangerous once that integrity shatters. If the seal is broken, it releases all stored techniques at once, much like a bomb.

Unapproved for the same reason I outlined above.

This technique shouldn't be able to seal Genjutsu. Only Ninjutsu and Taijutsu/Buki/Ken w/ externalized chakra (a fire aura, lightning fist etc).

Note that this jutsu only affects exposed chakra or things created by or manipulated by chakra; most Taijutsu and nearly all Genjutsu will naturally be immune to this.

    Activation Cost: Varies
    Upkeep Cost: None
    Range: Touch
    Speed: Instant
    Element: None

    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Varies
    Parent Technique: Poison Mist
    Hand Seals: None
Description: By kneading and arranging chakra within the body to imitate the basic composition of a known poison or medicine, the user can secrete a liquid from the skin that, when exposed to air, activates as a single dose of the original poison or medicine. This requires prior knowledge of the original composition, whether by having crafted it oneself or analyzing it. Either way, the user must have the prerequisite Intelligence level for that rank of chemical. Additionally, the cost of this technique is equivalent to the rank of the poison or medicine being generated.
Weaknesses: This technique only produces a single dose of a poison or medicine that is able to be generated as a liquid. In the case of chemicals that do not exclude the ability to be made liquid and were originally registered as gaseous or solid, then their efficacy rank will be adjusted accordingly; gases gain a rank and solid loss a rank strictly in effectiveness - the original rank, which determines cost, remains the same.

    Name: Cellular Fusion
    Rank: A
    Power: A
    Activation Cost: 15
    Upkeep Cost: 5
    Range: N/A
    Speed: N/A
    Element: Yoton
    Skill: Ijutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: B-Tier Intelligence
Parent Technique: Healing Regeneration Resuscitation Technique, Chakra Scalpel
    Hand Seals: N/A
Description: This jutsu is a method of combining separate genetic code to make a new whole. Obviously, the user will be unable to actually splice genetics, therefore rendering the method no more effective than a standard transplant. However, this does afford the user the ability to combine cells from two different people. The process starts by taking samples from two different people and splitting the red bloods cells with chakra, much like the Chakra Scalpel technique. The split cells are then pressed together and mended via healing chakra, allowing them to grow together as a new whole. This process is done around a dozen times, depending on the user's skill and experience with the technique. Once complete, the user induces cellular mitosis in the same way that the Healing Regeneration Resuscitation technique does, albeit to a far lesser scale. The newly made cell splits and regrows repeatedly until the new type of cell that was artificially made becomes a usable sample. This takes several minutes, due to the speed of the mitosis caused by healing chakra. After the sample is generated, the user can observe the viability of the new cell by doing the standard implant dice roll and then inject the sample into his body. The cells continue to multiply by means of the noted upkeep until the entire body has adapted, thus completing the implant.
Weaknesses: This process is quite nearly foolproof, meaning that whatever result is determined by the initial dice roll is the permanent result of mixing those two cells. If the user is unhappy with the result, he won't simply be able to try again, as he would if doing a regular implant. Instead, he'll need to seek out a different donor entirely. The adaptation process takes 10 posts to complete, during which time the user will be unable to use any Kekkei Genkai abilities and will need to continuously pay the upkeep. Failure to pay the upkeep will result in the denial of the new cell type, causing a tier reduction to Constitution for every post that adaptation happened. This reduction lasts for five posts, while the body works to rid itself of the foreign cells. This means that if the user cuts off the process too far in, it could very easily kill him, especially if his Constitution was low to begin with.

Note that this jutsu only affects exposed chakra or things created by or manipulated by chakra; most Taijutsu and nearly all Genjutsu will naturally be immune to this.

Note that this does not change in any way the chances of success. It is an alternate method to the standard implant and more in depth for those who want to feel more complete or renewed by it, because the user really does become a whole new person after this process; maybe not in mind, but certainly in body.

Denied because this might allow for the mass production of kekkei genkai.

I don't understand what this technique is designed to do so I am having trouble approving it.

The energy of these beings is connected to the Outer Path, being creations of it, while the Rinnegan users are pieces of the same whole. It is with this connection that the user is able to perceive an aura of either purple (Rinnegan) or red (Bijuu) emanating from the target.
Weaknesses: The auras themselves do not project visibility through obstacles; the user must have line of sight to at least part of their physical form to perceive the aura.

Also I forgot but this is unapproved for the same reasons as outlined above.

We've been through Satya, Nyg. I'm not going to be a party to you fucking over the other Rinnegan users. You want them to pay full price for half a technique because they have different paths and I want them to register their own techs with secondary functions like I did with outer. Anyone that wants to see Rinnegan auras can. They just have to register a non Outer Path Version. They can literally copy/paste the whole jutsu, delete Outer Path, Bijuu, Gedo Mazou, and replace it with whatever path they have and some nifty thing for it. Not hard. Don't know why you're being difficult.

Cellular fusion makes new cells. Take two, splice them together, and then multiply them in the body to remake the composition.  Its flavorfully more complete for us OCD folks than duct taping a spleen to you. The last two paragraphs in the description address your earlier concerns.

    Name: Demonic Draining Chains

    Range: N/A
    Speed: Instant
    Element: N/A
    Skill: Doujutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Rinnegan - Outer Path
    Parent Technique: Demonic Statue Chains
    Hand Seals: None
Description: When using the parent technique on a Bijuu, Jinchuuriki, or an object containing a Bijuu, the user can project his link with the Gedo Mazou beyond the chains themselves to channel its consumption ability. The Gedo Mazou typically devours Bijuu chakra to reconstitute its original form while drawing chakra from the user to function in combat. This technique blends the two, using the chains as a medium to feed Bijuu Chakra directly to the Gedo Mazou, with the user acting as a relay. The Gedo Mazou will then use that absorbed energy, rather than the user's, to be summoned and use its abilities. Once this energy is gone, the statue will drain the user as normal. This technique drains 25 points per post.

Drains bijuu chakra via demonic statue chains. Can be used for the Gedo Mazou and Bijuu techs only.
Weaknesses: Because the chakra absorbed by this jutsu is fed directly into the Gedo Mazou, it cannot be used to offset the upkeep nor can it be accessed by the user. Once the Statue is fed 500 points of chakra from any one Bijuu, it will open the associated eye, sealing away that energy. Once this is done, that energy cannot be used or accessed by anyone, even the statue, and this jutsu will no longer be effective against that Bijuu.

    Name: Demonic Draining Transmission

    Range: 500m/3km
    Speed: Instant

    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Rinnegan
Parent Technique: Demonic Binding Seal, Black Receivers
    Hand Seals: One-Handed Tiger
Description: By forming the seal, the user is able to reverse the flow of chakra normal for black receivers. This causes energy contained by all receivers in range to transmit to the user at a rate of 5 points per receiver per post. The Demonic Binding Seal or similar technique must be applied before using this jutsu in order to store energy within the receivers.
Weaknesses: The base range is 500m. The 3km range is only usable if black receives are embedded into the user, per the parent technique. Energy drained by this technique cannot be recovered by the seal from which it draws; the Demonic Binding Seal holds 25 points, so it'll take five posts to empty it. Once it is emptied, it cannot absorb more energy, so a new one must be applied. Care must be taken when using this technique. All eligible receivers within range will transmit 5 CP per post, opening up the user to Chakra Burn. This burn effect is identical to the one present in the Preta Path, which can lower the user's maximum stamina pool and eventually lead to death if the user exceeds his stamina limit by more than 30 points. Can only be used with Black Receivers created by the user.

    Name: Sensing Relay Transmission
    Rank: B
    Power: B
    Activation Cost: N/A
    Upkeep Cost: 3
    Range: 500m/3km
    Speed: Instant
    Element: N/A
    Skill: Sensory
    Classification: Secret
    Requirements: Rinnegan
Parent Technique: Black Receivers, Sensing Technique
    Hand Seals: Bird -> Snake
Description: Allows the user to extend his sensory range by activating Receivers in range as relays. The user's chakra spreads out much in the same way that his sensory range does, but upon receivers in range, allowing them to take in sensory information as though the user were standing in their place. This information is then immediately transmitted back to the user.
Weaknesses: The cost of this technique is in addition to the Sensing Technique, which must be active to user this jutsu. Only Black Receivers created by the user that are within the base 500m range can become relays. This range increases to 3km if the user imbeds receivers into himself, per the parent technique. The user and the relays can only sense up to the user's normal sensing range. Especially in the case of the 3km relay range, this can leave large gaps in the user's sensing area that can fairly easily be avoided. The receivers, when acting as relays, project a noticeable aura across their sensing range that other sensors can detect, allowing them to stay out of range whenever possible.
