Nakaba had mulled over this summons far too long. He would strap his five swords, Ungraded Blades 1-5, onto his person. Checking them one at a time to ensure their quality. Next he would stand up his puppet the steady inquirer checking to make sure that every bit of it was in working order. Applying the chakra strings technique to it he would have it move, touching its wide brimmed hat then opening and closing each of its hands. A set of hands would grab Nakaba's Inspired Tool, Monarch's Scales, and attach it to a small hook on it's back. Fading into the puppet's shadow, Nakaba would stealthily guide the puppet connecting chakra strings at the base of its feet.

Description: This massive fan stands at 1.75 meters. The two guards are each .25 meters wide and .125 meters thick, giving the closed item an impressive profile. The tool isn't meant for use as a weapon, but when spread open this tool has two functions.- A user in the air can use the fan to glide on winds or shock waves with power up to B at B++ speed. When the winds stop for every 10 meters it glides, its speed drops by a +. Without the presence of wind a user can use this item to safely glide to the ground moving forward and falling at D++ speed.
- The user can use the fan to launch a 1 meter wide projectile. This projectile follows the thrown projectile rules and uses impact strength to knock opponents 2 meters back [resisted by equal or greater strength] instead of damaging them.
This fan’s guards are a deep and dark orange like mulched autumn leaves. In most circumstances they simply appear black. The pale material of the connective polymers is light and pastel in a manner that almost makes it seem like it was coffee stained.
