Description: The user charges an arrow full of lightning chakra as they have it knocked in a bow. When the user fires the arrow it will be infused with lightning chakra enhancing the arrow’s piercing power and giving it all the benefits that lightning chakra has. (Such as acting as 1 rank higher against doton techniques, etc.)
Weaknesses: The technique causes the arrow to be cloaked in lightning which makes it more easily seen. The user cannot use the technique to alter the trajectory of the shot once it has been fired. Just like other lightning based techniques, wind techniques have +1 rank against it.

Description:
The user may use this technique as an A rank or an S rank technique, the technique’s power scales accordingly.

Sera Special: Lightning Sphere requires the user to perform the required hand seals and then extend at least one arm outwards with their empty palm.

Sera Special: Lightning Sphere creates a bubble of lightning chakra that surrounds the user. If anything touches the outside of the lightning sphere they will take A/S power lightning damage.

The lightning sphere starts forming from the user’s core and quickly expands outwards until it fully surrounds their body in the size of a 5 meter sphere. Since the sphere is created from the user’s body outwards, anyone (friend and foe) near the user during activation is at risk for being electrocuted.

The user may keep the skill activated and pay the upkeep, but they must keep their extended palm outwards the entire time.

The user may choose to use the technique as a dome instead of sphere to avoid affecting the ground they are standing on or they may use it as a perfect sphere centered around themselves.

Weaknesses:
Since the user needs to have one arm occupied at all times to use the technique, they are hindered in what they can do as they use or upkeep it.  Since the sphere is created from the user’s body outwards it would be difficult to use the technique to protect someone else besides themselves without electrocuting that person in the attempt.
