Custom Enhanced State: Artemis’ Blessing
Artemis’s Blessing is a Custom Enhanced State entered by shinobi who have spent their lives dedicated to the craft of “the hunt”. By undergoing intensive training, the user is blessed by the Goddess of the Hunt and becomes permanently empowered. After receiving Artemis’ Blessing, the user’s body is constantly stimulated by electricity, allowing their mind to process faster and body to react quicker. This permanently enhances their perception and coordination. Alongside their enhanced body and senses, Artemis’ Blessing grants the wielder the ability to create wings made out of pure lightning chakra. These lightning wings allow the user to fly while they have been conjured. A boon from the Goddess of the Hunt, Artemis’ Blessing also grants the wielder the ability to create arrows made from pure lightning chakra.

- The user gains Passive Boosts of +2 Unique Boost Tiers of Perception and +2 Unique Boost Tiers of Coordination after unlocking Artemis’ Blessing.
- The user also gains the ability to conjure wings made of lightning chakra (see below for details).
- Custom techniques based on the conjured lightning wings can be created and will be judged individually upon creation just like any other custom techniques. - The user also gains the ability to conjure arrows out of lightning chakra. (see below for details)
Experience Cost / Upkeep Cost:
- 500 Exp is required to unlock Artemis’ Blessing (This also unlocks Lightning Arrows)
- 250 Additional Exp can be spent to unlock the Artemis’ Wings technique (10 cp upkeep)
- 250 Additional Exp can be spent to reduce Artemis’ Wings upkeep (5 cp upkeep)

Description: This technique may only be used by someone who has received Artemis’ Blessing. The user is able to create wings made out of pure lightning chakra which allows them to fly. Due to movement being based on full manipulation of lightning chakra instead of their physical body, the user will fly at a speed equal to the user’s coordination instead of being based on their speed stat. Due to the wings being made out of chakra, if they are attacked or shot at, the wings will immediately reform and act unimpeded.
Weaknesses: Although the boosts given by Artemis’ Blessing are passive boosts, the ability of flight from Artemis’ Wings requires an activation cost and upkeep to be paid.
- Lightning Arrows:
Artemis’ Blessing grants the user the ability to instantly conjure arrows made of lightning into the user’s hand. These arrows can be easily used in any bow without damaging it, but disappear after 1 minute and cannot be stored or sold for future use.
By default, the user conjures lightning arrows of B rank for 0 chakra expended, but can spend extra chakra to create arrows of higher rank.- A Rank Arrow: 3 Chakra Points per arrow
- S Rank Arrow: 5 Chakra Points per arrow
Weakness:- Chakra expended from conjuring Lightning Arrows is not reduced by the Ninjutsu(Raiton) skill.
- Due to the Lightning Arrows being made of lightning, they suffer from a weakness to wind, and act as if they are 1 rank lower when they come in contact with a wind element technique.
- A Rank Arrow: 3 Chakra Points per arrow
