Appearance: Sera has long blonde hair which falls to the middle of her back. She will sport a couple different hairstyles including braiding it, setting it up in a ponytail, curling the ends, and just rocking it naturally. Her eyes are naturally purple due to her Subetemiru clan genetics, and gain a glowing geometric pattern when her kekkai genkai activates. She stands at about 5’6” and tends to wear her emotions on her sleeve. If she is excited, sad, happy, bored, sleepy, etc. everyone around her will easily be able to see. Sera enjoys wearing frilly outfits when not on stealth missions and tries to include a cute bow on her outfits whenever she can.
History:
Sera is from the Subetemiru clan, but has never actually been to the Land of Demons where they used to reside. Her Mother is of pure Subetemiru blood while her father was clanless, but when they met each other, there was an instant connection. Sera spent her childhood traveling from town to town with her parents until they decided to settle down in Konohagakure so that she could get an official education.
As she grew up and began to study at the ninja academy, her mother spent time with her hunting in the forest and teaching Sera how to use a bow. While she spent some of her free time with other kids her age around the village, there was a large portion of time dedicated to hunting every day to the point where Sera started to dislike it. The aspects of searching and being analytical were things that she felt she excelled in, but the actual harming of animals that were just minding their own business was something that irked her. Understanding that hunting live animals was pushing her away from her training, Sera’s father set up an extremely complex archery course with moving wooden targets to help her train without worry.
Years of academy training and hunting practice passed by, and Sera’s clan dojutsu activated as she finally perfectly completed the archery course. With her kekkai genkai unlocked, Sera’s mother explained to her more details about her heritage and the real reason that she was training so much. At this point, it was clear that Sera wouldn’t go out seeking violence or hunt anything for sport, but if there were demons or spirits causing harm to others, Sera would have the skills to step up to the plate. Sera graduated from the ninja academy and became a genin of konohagakure.

Sera has an inherent curiosity towards most things and is quick to show interest in someone else’s skills or hobbies. She has a positive nature and is bad at hiding her emotions if she needs to. Crying from joy and crying from sadness are both always on the table. She uses her hands a lot when speaking to help convey what she is talking about, and tends to poke fun or jest with people who she thinks act overly serious. While out in the field and fighting, she tends to stay in the backlines and trusts her teammates to cover her back. Although she is a ninja, she would prefer if fighting wasn’t the first resort, but understands that it's better to be prepared to defend oneself rather than die to a surprise attack. Being a kunoichi who focuses on kyujutsu, she excels in hunting and maybe even assassination, but she requires good reasoning for why she would make the first move to take a target out.
