As Tempest flew over the sky of the Land of Rice Ren would activate his Rain Tiger at Will technique, his chakra quickly forming rain that would blanket the entire country. Able to see the entire country and find the village with relative ease thanks to the technique, Ren would use his right eye to Kamui to the village center. Taking Tempest with him but leaving him in the Kamui Dimension as to not start a panic within the small village, Ren would find the leader of the village before handing the man a substantial amount of Ryo to leave the village to his care. Before leaving, the former leader would hand over two flute like objects explaining that one was used to cast Genjutsu while the other could be used to break genjutsu or boost a person's physical performance. He would also hand Ren a scroll which contained the village's secret techniques before departing from the village, Ren would take them all in his hand before disappearing into the Kamui Dimension to look over his new bounty.
